I was recently at this beautiful hotel for a gala. I must admit to being fairly disappointed. Although the lobby is stunning, the ballrooms are the same boring hotel ballroom and the food is the same boring hotel food. The staff had no idea what they were passing as hors d'oeuvres which is frustrating in this age of allergies and food sensitivities.

When my fiancé went to the cocktail hour bar, the bartender didn't know what Scotch was, and he had to keep telling her what bottle to pick up. I had the same experience for a Gin and Tonic. First I asked for Tanqueray. When she didn't know what that was, I asked for gin. When she didn't know what that was, I said the green bottle. When she didn't understand that, I reached over, picked it up, and handed it to her. Every bartender I saw through the night (about 4) seemed very confused by which side of the jigger to use to make a simple cocktail.

I understand that there is a period of training needed and some rough edges in a new hotel, but I expect staff to have basic knowledge of food and bar. For such an expensive hotel, I think we should all expect more.

I was at this hotel for a conference. One day, my room was never cleaned and we had to have towels sent up so we could shower the next day. Many of the staff was very nice and helpful, but we had to wait a lot for the elevators and escalators. It was a fine location in which we walked to many many tourist things. However, be cautious when venturing north & east... it was a little scary.

We went there for drink Tuesday night. Beautiful brand new hotel with an impressive atrium style lobby bar but we opted for the Dignitary Bar. It's tucked in the corner of the hotel with dark woods and big comfy stuffed chairs. Friendly service but a word of warning: we ordered a bourbon neat and apparently they charge more then the menu piece for a neat. Their logic was the pour is larger for a neat than rocks so they charged $3 extra on the bill? My whiskey on the rocks was charged at the price shown on the menu.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. After checking out, I cancelled my Marriott Rewards account and vowed to never stay at another Marriott again. I have been a loyal Marriott Rewards Member for two decades and as of this month, I am officially "TEAM HILTON". I have never stayed at a hotel where they FAILED in EVERY LEVEL from check-in to check-out. There are plenty of Marriotts in town, I suggest you go elsewhere, I will be.

The atrium is spectacular. Staffs are nice. But I hope it can offer free wifi in the future.

This hotel will live up to the Marriott's quality service after the soft opening. The lobby is stunning and the staff, even though some are still in training have a friendly attitude and are more than willing to be of assistance. This hotel is located near the train station, convention Center, Verizon Arena, China Town, and only a mile and half walk to the White House. The group I was with, was very pleased with the accommodations. The guest rooms were great. And the restaurantswe dined in were excellent.

I would definitely return to this hotel.

This is about as honest as I can be. With a hotel in Downtown DC I expected much greater things but here are my thoughts as to why NO one should ever stay at this hotel.

1. I put this hotel on my AMEX card just to hold the room, the policy suggest that you have up to 2 days to cancel. I booked the room for June 14. When I check my AMEX I saw that they not only charged me once but twice to my AMEX card on May 30th (what about that 2 days notice) I called immediately and said that I did not want my AMEX charged but my debit. The representative at the hotel stated that it was just a hold and that when I come in with my debit card that it would be removed.

2. Upon arrival, The staff was nice, young and a bit untrained but overall nice. It took about 40 min check in and I was the only person in line.

3. The hotel room was mediocre not glam just mediocre, it was pretty small but I was only staying the one night. I understand the hotel is all about making business but this place severely nickeled and dimed you parking was about $45-$50. Internet about $15-20.

4. The next morning, I went up to get breakfast, when I mean the food was disgusting it was absolutely horrific. Who can honestly mess up a plain waffle. a plain waffle that took 50 minutes to prepare. A waffle that cost $16-20.I stopped by the hotel clerk to check out and further to confirm that I wanted the charge on my debit card. She said with a smile, sure yep we will charge it back to credit card number XXXX ( last four of my debit card number) I said fantastic.

5. But this is where the real problems start. On August 10, I get a call from American Express stating that I am over due. I said that's impossible. I check my statement and it turns out that they still charged my AMEX card twice.. so when I called it took approximately 30 minutes to get through to billing they acknowledged the error but they also stated that they never charged my debt card. Me severely pissed as it's been almost two months said that's fine. I saw they revered the charges on my AMEX but then charged my debit this was on August 11.

6. I check my bank statement August 13, and I saw they they charged me not once but TWICE. I was furious so once again I sat on the phone for 40 min and they once again admitted their error and said it was a disconnect with the Marriott Marquis and Billing and that they each billed me twice and that they refunded my AMEX two more times. ( idiots right?)

7. Today is August 15, still no funds have been deposited into my account.

8. I called the lovely billing department again and they stated that the customer representative never processed the charge and that it will take up to 5 days. Me being even more furious I asked to speak to every supervisor in supervisor history. When I explained my entire story I said what do you have to say for yourself and your untrained staff. She said nothing, I have nothing to say them, they did what they were trained to do.

Let me begin by saying. If you were thinking of staying in this hotel don't. If you thought the location was great and that it "looks" pretty from the outside don't waste your time staying at a location who has incompetent and untrained staff. There are other nice hotels in the area of the same if not better caliber and excellent food.

My suggestion to the owner or GM of this hotel. Get your ducks in order

My husband and I spent three nights at the Marriott Marquis for a wedding at the Park Hyatt. I wanted to love this hotel. I really did. It's brand new, beautiful, and nice. We got a great deal and it felt too good to be true. Well, it was. I can't honestly imagine paying full price for this room. The bed was comfortable enough. However, the handles of the closet door and the bathroom ripped off as we were using them. We weren't swinging from them and going insane. They just popped off in use.

The biggest complaint I have, and it is a huge one, is that they pipe music into the atrium 24/7. It is loud, obnoxious, and never ending. We called the front desk to ask about it and the woman on the line said they "turn it down" at 12:30 am. What she neglected to tell us is that it would be turned up to full blast at 5:00 am. That's not even a full night's sleep! It can be heard in the rooms. It even woke us both up at 5:00 am and my husband is an extremely sound sleeper. This went on all weekend. What is the point of a hotel room if you're not going to be able to sleep? Ironically enough, when we checked out on a Monday morning, there was NO music playing at all. They must just play the music to torture the weekend guests.

Do NOT stay at this hotel if you have a room facing the atrium. You will be miserable. You won't sleep. And you will have wasted a nice sum of money to NOT SLEEP at a hotel. Don't bother walking to the Safeway down the street either. You won't be able to find ear plugs.

Although I was not able to stay in this hotel, my rating is a review of the sales office at the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC. I had two simple questions on prices for rooms that were not available through the website. My first call was forwarded to a woman in the sales rep office who did not want to answer my question on pricing, and I was forwarded to another woman in sales who asked me questions but never answered mine. I was put on hold and then she hung up on me. I called back again, this time the main customer service rep was a very kind man and answered my questions instantly with ease, and kindly forwarded me to sales again for further details. The sales rep office never picked up, and I was bounced back to my previous representative. He noticed the flaw, and forwarded me again. The sales office never picked up.

To the Sales Office,

As this premier institution is a professional business of hosting and hospitality, I was dealt with very unprofessionally, and am writing to share my concerns. You lost business for one of your VIP suites today because of your actions, and as sales reps, you represent every aspect of that hotel. I hope you don't take you job lightly, and hope that you better respect those for whom you work for.

Staying one night for a medical conference tomorrow, on kidney transplantation. $350+ for the room and $14 extra for internet. Sports bar downstairs had lousy food. Nachos and veggie burger $67 with tip. Room is ok, but there is CONSTANT noise outside from sirens and horns honking, and we're on the 7th floor! Must be next to a fire station or something. If you have a choice...don't stay here. I know I won't again.

Nice place. Modern style, lots of cozy places in the lobby to hang out, good snacks, especially the bbq flathead pizza.

Meredith-Leigh C

We were traveling with the International Century 21 Convention. This is a fantastic hotel. We felt safe from the minute we walked in. The staff could not have been any more helpful. They were always willing to help. If we were in the area again, we would stay here again.

Dr. P

We love this place! Very upscale, great location, clean, THE BEST HOTEL GYM YOU WILL EVER FIND>>>>EVER....and if you are a Rewards Club member, the M Club is great place to escape to and watch TV, enjoy the 24 hour/day commercial espresso/coffee machine and all the other goodies that are there for the guests. We will be back

In reading the other reviews, I must say I did request a non atrium facing room, which they obliged, and we heard no noise at all.

The service was fine. We did not have any problems with the staff.

The M Club served breakfast for free....the BEST croissants....this is my wife's weakness and she can't stay away from the croissants Marriott serves here. Eggs, Lox/bagels fruit, muffins....this would be at least a $20 breakfast buffet all for Silver/Gold Reward Club members, so I can't speak for the less than adequate breakfast I read on other reviews...but our breakfast was also 5 stars.

Also, if you want to save some money, go with a local parking garage/ local parking lot. Yes, you will walk 10 minutes, but instead of paying $47/night with taxes for valet services , you will pay $8/night.

Not as I hopped for. Not internet in rooms. No airport shuttle. Damn fire detector flashing green light in your face while trying to sleep. Not good house keeping personals

Patrick B

Staff were great, room was clean and smelled fresh. Facilities were exactly what a business traveler is looking for. Great stay.

Peter M

Way nicer than a traditional Marriott. Has a Renaissance or JW feel without the price.

Anne M

feels grand and brand new! very pleasantly surprised! so clean.

Dawn C

The rooms were very clean and spacious and the lobby was awesome with very friendly staff. The sports bar has awful food but everything eke too notch

Benjamin M

Very clean, upscale hotel. Situated within a reasonable walking distance to the national mall and other points of interest. Seems to be a very nice part of town. Rooms are very clean and modern.

Tabitha N

Wonderful place to stay. Love the architectural design. Lots of spacious conference rooms, so you can do everything in one spot.

Nick B

Located next to the Convention Center, perfect for being at a conference there. Staff friendly. Has a Starbucks in the lobby which was convenient. Rooms are clean, good size, and comfortable.

Darian S

This has to be one of the nicest hotels in DC. Nice décor. Nice Rooms and great service

lisa w

Stayed at this hotel for a conference...won't be doing it again next year.

Room and bathroom were exceedingly small and in need of some attention.

Food and food service was horrible. Box food that you can get from any store served cold and slowly.

And now THREE WEEKS after my stay (which was completely paid for by the conference) there is a flat $100.00 charge on my credit card that I was required to put on the room when I checked in. When I checked out with the front desk I verified that there were no charges. What's up with that!!!!!!!

Cristiana S

A friend got a room here at the DC Marquis for an event at the Convention Center in DC. I ended up staying with her. The hotel is very large with a nice layout and luxury feel. Room was nice and food service was good. Overall a good experience!

Nishant R

Great hotel. Great rooms. The only negative is that there is no free Wi-Fi. If you are a rewards member then you do get free Wi-Fi.

Offered free wifi wich turned out to be absolutely not free! Check your banking account after your stay. Super disappointing!!!

Dion T

I didn't stay for a conference, but it was still a great stay. Boring room view but gorgeous building. Great gym!!

Bryan B

I visited the Marriott for a conference only, but the scale and refinement of the facility was impressive. Located by the convention center (and with a connecting tunnel), an excellent venue for large conferences and gatherings. Would stay here if I needed a DC hotel.

Stephanie H

I was at the Marriott Marquis for a convention and it was a great location. The rooms were huge and even with a lot of people at our event it didn't feel cramped. I only encountered hotel staff once and she was very friendly and helpful. Valet parking prices were very high so we parked off site.

Angélica G

Love the interior/ambiance, but other than that it's just like any other hotel in DC. Comparable to the Embassy Suites or Renaissance right down the street. This hotel has the added benefit of being linked to the Convention Center by a tunnel, so you don't actually have to go outside to visit if you are there for a conference or event.

Gerald L

no local phone calls after calling the front desk to ask how to dial out they tell me just dial 91(phone help sheet says 9+local number). after trying to call out a few times with no luck i go to the lobby only to be tould that no the room phones do not call outside of the hotel. One of the clerics did not know that you could not make outside calls from the room phone. for 250$ a night I should be able to call a local number for free from my room. will never stay in a marriott marquis again waste of money

Phillip F

We had a good room rate with the friends and family employee discount. Everything was overpriced and the room was smaller then I would have hoped. The employees were very helpful.

Ross G

Place looks amazing and the rooms are updated with pretty views. Everyone is helpful. I can't afford staying here but won a contest and got to stay for free. Close to the Verizon Center and the White House.

Never ever book this hotel! They are complete jerks. My dad is blind and has a seeing eye dog. I was letting the dog out to go to the bathroom which means I have to walk through the lobby. Officials stopped me on the way back to my room and asked if the dog was a service dog, I said yes and they asked if it was mine and I said it was my dads. They then told me I was not aloud to be alone with the dog in the hotel and to go back to my room... which I already was doing. So next time I queues I'll just let the dog go to the bathroom in the room.

Checking in was also a huge dilemma. We got to the hotel at 1am and was expecting to be checked in quickly so we could go to bed. We had requested connecting rooms a week earlier and they said that there was 2 connecting rooms available and that they would hold it for us. However, now they said the connecting rooms were already not available, saying that they have been completely booked for weeks. Proceeding, it took the lady 40 minutes to check us in because she didn't have keys... the printer wasn't working to print directions etc etc. Finally we got the keys and she gave up on the written directions and explained how to get to our rooms which were now not remotely close to each other. Turns out she told us the wrong elevator to go in. So we went back down and asked someone else to take us to our room. He stumbled around for a while took us up a second elevator that was wrong and then directed us to someone else who finally got us to our room.

The next morning we were told that there was connecting rooms available but we were already settled in so we told them that we would just stay in the same rooms... What they didn't tell us initially was that the room we were in was booked and we had to move not for our convenience but theirs. We moved to what they told us were connecting rooms, however when we showed up they were not... they were across from each other.

We had also booked a third room for the second night for a friend arriving. She had her name on the reservation but they were all under the same credit card and confirmation number. I was going to stay in the room with her but she wasn't going to get here until 12 pm so I wanted to get a key to put my things in the room. No matter what they would not give us those keys because the friend was not there in person even though the secondary name was me.

Overall I was extremely disappointed!

Sara M

Reservations made for four guests, but they gave us a room with a king bed, so our two small children had to share with us. Beverage vending machine took money but was out of product and wouldn't return change. Valet took nearly fifteen minutes to return vehicle. Bathroom had a shower with no tub. Restaurants had nothing for children. The only reason I gave three stars was because check-in was quick and there is a Starbucks inside next to the lobby. We won't be returning.

Stayed here on a business trip in September 2014. Loved the location; as I only had one day for fun in between business meetings, LOVED that this was close to attractions that I could walk to as well as a nearby CVS when I ran out of makeup. Had a gross, unclean experience when I tried to enjoy the hot tub for 2.2 seconds that was not maintained, but other than that I would highly recommend this place when you're in town on business!

Attended professional event in one of the ballrooms. Location was nice, well appointed, everything was clean and the staff was courteous. There were no A/V issues. I would strongly consider this location if I was planning a mid-sized (1,000+) professional event in central D.C.

Charlie S

Customer service is embarrassing (rude front desk who hung up on us and multiple booking mix up). Location is good and the hotel facility is good. But having two of the three guests sleep on air mattresses because of the hotel mishandling our bookings is unacceptable.

Harrison S

Very beautiful hotel with great accommodations. Great location as it is 15 minutes walking to the Mall. Staff was helpful and generous with correcting mistakes. Club M breakfast was average. Rooms were very clean.

Josh S

Met a friend there for drinks, it was pretty awesome had two bars great room to spread out and have our own area to carry on a conversation. The service was good, nothing too crazy but they were quick and friendly. The areas inside were decorated nicely and had neat scuptures creating a fun DC atmosphere.

From what my friend said about his stay is because many of the rooms face into the courtyard, it was a little noisy on a Saturday or Friday night due to groups staying there from the convention center or the Verizon Center.

LOCATION: A little bit walk from the sites but that's why there's a bus.

ROOM: Excellent. Room is tidy and neatly made when you arrive. Sheets are made and towels are changed daily. Everything is refreshed as if it was your first night.

SERVICE: It's easy to find staff that will help you out.

FOOD: Great breakfast buffet although a little pricey. Still worth it regardless.

What an excellent experience! Beautiful hotel and great rooms! The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the while hotel was very clean. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Could not have asked for a better stay.

David P

I was at the hotel to attend breakout sessions for a conference. The rooms we were in for the sessions were large and spacious with good lighting and acoustics. Some credit should go to the A/V folks, but the hotel was certainly prepared for the volume of people. I also felt the bathroom facilities were top notch.

Brian S

Stayed here 2 nights in connecting rooms. Everything was great, no complaints. There was basically no noises heard from outside the room which was really nice. Air conditioner was not that loud running at night, just background noise. We are at one of the restaurants onsite and the food and service were great for our family. Parking was a little steep in price.

Jason P

The hotel staff were kind and eager to help. The location was perfect as it was next door to the convention center where I spent the day. The rooms were clean, the shower nice and spacious. Highly recommended and I will stay there next year

jillian g

I had an event with my job here, with it being an event with the medical field I didn't see the rooms except for the room that we were all working in from my team but as far as the bathrooms and the staff they were all very polite and helpful with getting us cards in order to get all of our supplies and equipment to the rooms and areas needed. Seem to be a very clean Hotel, parking was nice with having valet parking except for having to completely go around in a circle to get your vehicle on the correct Road in order to actually get to the hotel.

Alok P

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Lobby is beautiful, multiple restaurants on the premises, great views from 12th floor lounge. My room was very clean and nice. The location is great for getting to various parts of downtown DC.

David T

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Good seating area around main atrium, lots of light and sufficient space. Attached to convention centre makes it unbeatable for convenience if you are attending a conference.

Neil H

Great conference venue. Staff lowered the temp on an initially cold room. Great food

Glynis D

Fantastic hotel! I was so impressed with the front desk, the room service, concierge. Best of all was John the bellman who helped me with my broken suitcase by taping it up for me. Beautifully designed foyer. Large rooms with comfy beds. Food was amazing. Went for the Toastmasters Annual Convention event and all arrangements were done fabulously! Even the Smithsonian and other memorials and monuments are easily a walking distance. Convenient location. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

Thomas D

The hotel is a wonderful decorated and beautiful hotel! I do wish there were more amenities included in the hefty price though. It would be nice to have a free happy hour or at least free breakfast. Prices are a bit steep for a simple over night stay.

Robert F

If you want quiet or customer service, avoid this place. Especially if you get an atrium-facing room, which is a terrible trend in the hotel industry. The lobby blasts music all night to the point of not being able to sleep.

They couldn't find my room at check-in due to misspelling, room wasn't ready when they said it would be. The bartender pushed us off to restaurant at 10:30 when we could have ordered food at the bar until 11.

A really comfortable bed brought it up from 1 star.

Johnny C

My review is based on the event I went to and not an actual overnight stay. Large and beautiful hotel with many levels in the center of DC. Its clean and everything looks brand new. Conference room I was in was large, stocked with paper, pens and breath mints. The larger conference room was able to accommodate 400 people with plenty of room to spare.

Jason B

Very nice, trendy rooms. Service was decent. Took forever for someone to pick up the phone and the happy hour/bar at the M Club lounge seemed to never be open. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Khoi N

Love this hotel service here is exceptional. Place is spotless, rooms are modern, and the parking staff is really warm and friendly. The interior is gorgeous. Not one of the most expensive hotels in DC and with all the travel sites you can find a great deal here. One of my go to hotels from now on if I'm in the District.

James C

The building is nice looking, the bar options and dining on site appear to be nice.

I've been here for three days and it smells like a sewer. It's not just me, I've asked other guests and they agree.

The doorknob on my bathroom is installed backwards. Meaning the lock is on the outside. So, while you cannot have privacy in the bathroom behind a locked door. You could easily lock yourself inside the bathroom.

There's undeniable bird poop inside the bedside lampshade. I couldn't tell you how it got inside the lampshade, but it's definitely there.

Casey G

Beautiful hotel. I attended the Illinois State Society inaugural ball and did not stay the night. The hotel was very large and the staff friendly. The ballrooms/ large conference rooms were beautifully decorated.

Ed W

Great hotel with modern amenities. My room was spacious and clean. I will stay there again.

Timothy G

Very nice Marriott. Everything is as you would expect as far as being very clean, great service, and comfortable accommodations. I would give it 5 stars but the rooms get kinda of warm and the AC wouldn't let me put it on high. Also the shower pressure was okay, but it wasn't as strong as I would of liked. Great hotel though with great location in DC

Alyssa M

I stayed here a few days ago for a volleyball tournament. Beautiful architecture, good food in the hotel, and very convenient if you're going to an event in the convention center. But, construction cite near the hotel made sleep difficult for light sleepers like me. And although the cleaning staff was nice, while I was at the hotel, a bug went around that spread to multiple different people, and I believe it could have been eliminated easily with more rigorous cleaning. Besides the noise and illness, great hotel.

I was in town for a Convention and preferred to stay at the Hotel directly connected to the Convention Center. I was in a double queen room that overlooking Massachusetts Ave. The noise from the street was minimal until the drivers started honking. I must say, the people of Washington D.C. honk all the time. It's terrible. The bed was comfortable and the sheets crisp and clean. Great housekeeping staff.

Nicole C

The hotel was in a good location. The check-in experience was excellent. The guest agent, Viviana, was professional, knowledgeable, and displayed outstanding customer service. The valet experience was absolutely awful. Any time that we requested our vehicle, we had to a wait a minimum of 30 minutes (despite the fact that the automated system said that there would be a ten minute wait after the request was made from the room). There were some cosmetic updates that could have been made for the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Shane S

Beautiful hotel with unique design. Did not get an atrium view which I requested online with the app and at check in. I was two rooms away from the elevators but could still hear them all night. The breakfast in the lounge was very disappointing as the selection was limited, especially for the weekend. I've had much better breakfast at residence inns before. Those are my only complaints. It is a nice hotel and I would have no problem staying there again. The hotel is centrally located downtown. The National Mall was a $5 Uber ride away. Overall I think it was a great hotel but I think I'll try my luck at a different hotel next time just to see what Marriott has to offer at it's other locations.

I've stayed here a few times over the past couple of years. The accommodations are nice and the concierge lounge has a very nice breakfast. The reason for the poor rating follows...

I ran out of shave cream on this trip. I called down to the front desk and requested a packet of cream - it never came. The next day I used my Marriott ap to order the shave cream - I ordered at 5pm and at 9pm it has not arrived. I called the front desk and explained that this was my third request for a complimentary packet of shave cream. 20 minutes later - I'm still waiting. Needless to say - something is wrong with the service at this hotel - certainly not one would expect from a four star property.

Michael S

Newish hotel in a great location. Easy walk to many dining options. Lobby is massive and open with a modern look. Rooms are recently sized for being in the city. Very comfortable bed, plenty of workspace and a modern, bright bathroom make this one of my go-to hotels in DC.

Stephanie P

The hotel is in a great location and is an excellent place to stay! Would highly recommend. The rooms are very clean and really well done. The staff was very helpful as well. The cherry on top was the TV, there was even a TED channel!

Tajha M

The hotel is beautiful and clean with several restaurants on site. I checked in on the evening which went very well. The location has an underground concourse that connects directly to the Convention Center, which was part of the reason we'd chosen this hotel. It is within walking distance to a number of great restaurants and attractions. The only negative thing I have to say is about their "Fresh Bites" program. I called in the evening and placed an order for pick up that evening as well as one for delivery for breakfast at 8am the next morning. The woman I spoke to on the phone read everything back to me and it was all correct. I received a call that my evening order was ready, but when I went down to pick it up, there was no one around but security (who did help me get my order). The next morning rolled around and 8:30 came with no sign of breakfast. I called to find out what was going on, and was told that there had been some kind of miscommunication with my order and it was never submitted. To their credit, they did put the order in for me right then, expedite it, and didn't charge for it to make up for their mistake, which I appreciated.

Great location, with the sorts of amenities expected from a Marquis location. Helpful concierge and door sraff, great Club M Lounge with rooftop seating. Stayed here with my family, including 2 kids. Will be our go-to location for the DC area. 4 restaurants with easy access to popular surrounding areas, including China Town.

Egon R

The hotel is nice. Rooms are a little on the small side, but in good shape. Fitness center is excellent. One of the best I've seen, in fact. Two levels with lots of cardio and a LOT of free weights. My biggest gripe is the M Lounge. Normally and M is a step above a concierge lounge. Not in this case. Let's start with the food and drink. Aside from the chopped fruit in the morning, Everything else is nearly inedible. The eggs are almost unrecognizable. The bacon, cold. The coffee, terrible and acidic. The staff unpleasant. Add all of that to the fact that the lounge is in the most inconvenient place possible and it makes it super disappointing. There are many other, better Marriott properties nearby. I recommend you look elsewhere if the lounge is important to you.

Devin H

I understand that DC is an expensive place, but this hotel had no justification for being so overpriced. The room was as standard as they come. There were no special amenities(less actually since internet didn't come with the room), and there was even construction going on directly outside the room. And the worst part about my stay here was a misunderstanding with the bill where I must have misheard the rate of the room. When I got my bill it was $100 more than I was expecting. But by the time I realized what had happened, they said it was already sent off to billing and there was nothing that could be done. I wouldn't be as upset(sometimes I just have a hard time hearing), but I had repeated the price I thought I heard to the clerk, and she never corrected me. That is just bad customer service. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

Adrienne R

Great centrally located property to the Washington Convention Center, Metro and bus transportation, Chinatown, and other major attractions.

There atmosphere is ultra modern with white marble flooring every where.

Depending on your shoes, the marble can be a very slippery surface even when dry. The hotel layout is confusing and it's easy to get lost in the building. Depending on what floor you are on, there is no cell phone service.

Meeting and convention services are offered but there is no dedicated large freight elevator. So be prepared to scale down equipment, or make multiple trips.

Service hallways have a low ceiling, so tall items won't fit.

Restaurants and parking are pricey. It's cheaper to eat out or park in a private lot.

Tyler H

Phenomenal outward appearance. Grandiose and clean. Great service and staff. The gym is the biggest and best I've ever had. It's worth noting a travel frequently and this stood out. The location is prime. Within walking distance to anything worth seeing in the District. The room was the only lacking feature. My TV had some damage, and the beds are a little harder than I'm used to. The shower curtain also had an ugly stain from the bath. Those issues aside the room is aesthetically pleasing regardless.

Justin W

Beautiful hotel with easy access to convention center. I only attended the Microsoft Inspire event here and was shocked at how large it is compared to the size from the street. Everything inside is sleek and modern with a very large open lobby. Meeting facilities were top notch.

Sand C

Comfortable beds and the room was clean. It has a mini fridge to keep small bottles of water cold. I walking distance to most things. We walked to a restaurant called Mulebone from the hotel. It was so worth it!!! Fantastic food.

Dalton B

Services provided by the hotel were good quality but nothing outstanding or beyond expectation. The hotel was very cleanly and well maintained even during a large convention win higher than normal foot traffic.

The temperatures in the overall hotel during night time were a little low even for a summer setting and the room key requirement for the elevators was a small additional hassle but nothing that ruined the stay.

Natasha K

Beautiful lobby area, multiple restaurants and eateries conveniently located within the pubic areas of the hotel, and elegant guest rooms made my stay here wonderful. I attended a five day conference and stayed in the hotel as well, and both the hotel and conference center are beautiful and well kept. One remarkable bonus was that my bed here was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I slept LIKE A ROCK, and I don't normally sleep very well away from home.

Additionally, the service here was very good. On the last day of the conference I had to check out of my room, but I am a nursing mother and needed a place to pump before I left for the airport. The front desk was very accommodating and found an open room for me to use just temporarily so I could pump in peace and privacy. Very happy with my experience at this hotel.

Doug A

CLUB FLOOR ONLY as they lounge is spectacular and at breakfast there is a great array of foods. On a nice day you can sit on the rooftop terrace in the sun and read. Terrific.

ROOM SERVICE RE-DESIGNED. If you're on the Club floor and don't mind getting dressed for breakfast you'll never learn how Marriott has re-designed room service. That said, you might want to try it. FABULOUS.

Visited this Marriott for a convention; it has some nice basement space for convention activities. Nicely appointed for wide open rooms and lobbies to said areas. The restrooms were all incredibly clean and nice as well. I can't comment on the hotel aspect, but they do a solid job of maintaining their convention space.

Jeremy T

Visited over three days for work-related training courses, though didn't stay here. Hotel was nice, and conference rooms were good and well-equipped. Washrooms were clean and well-maintained. The food, though fairly standard fare, was decent considering the large scale of feeding hundreds of people at once, leading me to believe the food services department is quite competent. Ate once in the casual restaurant in the lobby. Didn't have high expectations, but was pleasantly surprised.

Rick C

This place is beautiful. Big too. It has several floors of meeting rooms of about any size for your meeting or event. Facility staff are friendly and efficient. Food service was not what I expected, it was more like upscale restaurant cuisine than banquet food.

I stayed here too and the room was nicely furnished with quality fixtures and furniture. Housekeeping did a really good job taking care of the room and never bothered me but kept my room emaculant.

The amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) are high quality. The wash clothes and towels are soft and smell fresh. Same with the bed linens.

The location is quite good, particularly in respect to getting around. A subway station is across the street and there are plenty of taxis around when you need one.

When I come back to Washington DC, this hotel will be at the top of the list of where I will stay.

Ryan G

From the inside out this hotel is very unique. Every hotel staff member is attentive and their customer service skills are very high. They take of each person as if it was family. Went to the breakfast restaurant and in the hotel and it was not to bad on the pocket and the food was great. Rooms were always kept clean and to the high standards of the Marriott.

Susie Y

Didn't stay at the hotel, but shout out to the wonderful valet staff outside. My car tire ripped while turning the sharp turn (lame) and I had to stop in the middle of the street right in front of this hotel. Despite the busy cars and customers coming in and out, the staff let me pull into their valet area while the towing truck came. They were SO generous and kind. Thank you so so much!!

This is a beautiful hotel inside and out. The breakfast is varied and filling. Jamie was an amazing front desk person welcoming my wife and I and making us feel at home (if home is a beautiful castle.. .). I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to DC.

Nice room! Clean, good size, and downtown. Easy to get around and close to Metro stop. Lounge had hot & cold drinks all day plus a decent breakfast & dinner with vegan/vegetarian options. Friendliest hotel staff ever!

Everything about our stay here was great from luggage care to house keeping. From breakfast to the concierge to the wiskey bar to the room every part of the day was great. We had a flight leaving a little later than we wanted to on Sunday. Luckily they had a great sports bar with great football coverage so we had a place to waste a few hours. Food, stay, and service all stellar.

Andrew R

This is a beautiful, well located hotel. All of the interactions I had with staff were very positive. Their conference facilities are nice, but a little difficult to navigate. The interactive maps on the walls are difficult to read. My only real complaint is that when I called just after check out about an item I left behind, they were very slow to look into it and get back to me. I have called twice and am still waiting almost 24hrs later for someone to let me know if they have found it, or even that someone has taken a look.

Carson K

We were visiting DC for vacation. The location was good. It was within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. It is around a 20 minute walk to the national mall , where we spent most of our time. The services provided by the staff was great and they were all friendly. The whole building is very nice and so were the bedrooms. The complimentary M club lounge we got was amazing. Also if you enjoy working out on vacation they have a 2 story fitness room that has everything you could need to workout.

Christopher F

Second it third time I've been to this hotel for a conference. Lovely as always. Very clean, well-staffed, plenty of room. Looks incredible. I didn't stay at the hotel while in town due to the cost, but the location is convenient to many other hotels. Only thing I'd like would be more sitting areas on each floor. Finding someplace to sit and talk with colleagues can be a challenge.

Amethyst 9

Facility and front desk were great. Room cleanliness not great--weird spots on the headboard/wall, bathroom sink only superficially clean. Also, not really in touch with down allergies. I requested a feather free room. They just swapped out the pillows but didn't clear out the fluff that was on the counterpane, so I still had to deal with symptoms. Amenities on the plus side: free bottled water in the rooms & gym.

Had wonderful time at the Marriott Marquis. Staff were excellent. Only issue was Breakfast Buffett with cold food. Twice observed verbal exchange between staff which might explain why the food was cold. Otherwise a positive experience. We would definitely return & recommend it to others.

John S

Fantastic customer service! The hotel is recently built, so felt very new. Great room upgrade: they really know how to appreciate Platinum guests. The full service Starbucks was very nice. I was there for meetings: great food service for breakfast and lunch from the catering team. Looking forward to returning!

Location is King for this very modern hotel, with 4 restaurants that is conveniently located across for the convention center / Metro. The atrium bar is amazing, not to mention to others. It's very quiet I'm the rooms and conformable. This is your center stop for most of what's new in DC. Great M Lounge, with espresso machine and seasonal rooftop bar. In

I attended a catered event, on one of the sub floors. "Everything" was nice, as you'd expect from a professional operation like this. If there was a stand out, it was the staff mood. As background, I was volunteering, wearing a huge teddy bear costume (long story). Anyway, when the event participants were crowding me for hugs or photos, the staff periodically asked for some - politely, in an acceptable way. Point is, they were in a good mood. Service industries are full of miserable people. The staff here were in a pretty good mood, which speaks volumes for the way they are treated by management. Happiness trickles down to the way they perform.

So many booking problems. First they lost my reservation, then fixed it by booking me for THREE rooms. I discovered that by chance, in advance, and they "fixed it" too but actually didn't do a thing and now I'm trying repeatedly to clear those extra charges. Altogether, I've spent hours on hold, hours talking with people who seem to try to help but apparently can't. Print your correspondence, take good notes, watch your wallet, check your credit charges, that's my advice.

Rooms are nice. Staff on site is great. It's the business office, that's the problem.

Nathan M

I did not stay in this hotel, I merely used the Starbucks in the lobby. A very efficient Starbucks I might add. The interior of the Marriot is quite beautiful and modern. The rooms face the atrium which is from street level to the roof. I've not seen the rooms but I expect that they're quite nice. It's a brand new hotel after all.

Joe N

One of the newer hotels in downtown Washington DC, the Marriott Marquis is a great mid quality hotel with almost 1,200 rooms. Priced competitively, the modern interior looks fantastic. Right next to the DC Walter Washington Convention Center, the Marquis is conveniently located to support the many conventions hosts there. I'm a fan of the cocktails and bourbon program at the hotel bar, The Dignitary. The hotel is smoke free and is not pet friendly (no pets policy). Outside of that, it is a nice hotel.

Saundra H

I needed a place to park in Washington DC when I attended the Washington Auto Show. This hotel was the closest to the Washington Convention Center and it is an amazing and beautiful structure. Unfortunately I was only there for one day and I only part but I have plans to go back and spend the weekend. I recommend any and all Marriott Hotels because I am a fan of the hotel chain. I've never had a bad experience, and you can never go wrong staying at Marriott!

Gloria R

I spent a weekend here with my hubby and it was very nice. The room was excellent. We very much enjoyed the sports bar on the main floor. This hotel is located within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and monuments. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

Jack M

This hotel is beautiful. All of the staff have been friendly and courteous. I stayed in a room with a single king bed. It also had a mini-fridge, multiple dressers with drawers. A large closet, computer desk, a large chair, and a TV that has Netflix built in, you just need to sign in. There was also a 1 cup coffee brewer, iron and board, and s hair dryer. The bathroom has a nice tile wall in shower.

avi m

While I did not personally stay at the Marriott Marquis, I did see and spend time in a room. They were clean and just as you would expect for a high quality hotel. Granted, it was not stunning, but it served its purpose. The real reason I am rating the marquis so high is for their great meeting spaces. They have 4 floors of multiple meeting spaces and rooms. That includes a large ballroom. As a bonus, the hotel is conveniently connected via underground tunnel to the nearby convention center.

Catherine M

Visited this wonderful hotel in September. I was very pleased with my room and the decor. I love the location of this hotel. It adjoins the convention center, and it was an easy walk or Uber ride to the museums. They do not offer room service, but you can call down and pick up meals from restaurant Anthem at lobby level. My food was always ready on time. The breakfast at Anthem was yummy, and the staff very friendly and efficient.

Amira Z

Nice hotel, big rooms, clean and spacious it's just not a good location if you're want to be in the mix of things and have a real NYC vibe. It's in the financial district and isn't located to much, most places are too far to walk, there's practically no street parking near it and parking there is $65 bucks...and the rooms are are expensive too! I'd rather stay at Indigo, for that price. It's much nicer with a roof top pool and centrally located with plenty of cheaper parking around.

Marc S

Quite a nice property. Very large / grand scale. Was roomed on the concierge level (12th floor) which includes access to the "M Club". An impressive facility that provides business services and a full and wide assortment of food and beverages include branded alcohol. Very nice indeed.

Brian M

Great location, attentive staff and beautiful rooms. Wifi is fast and stays connected. Place is huge, easy to get turned around but the highlight is the beautiful, grand lobby. Great artwork and nice selection of restaurants. Highly recommend.

Amanda S

Went to lunch with friends at High Velocity. The Korean beef tacos were excellent. The options for sweet wines or ciders were limited. The table and the menu were clean. Our server was polite and attentive, got our orders correct, and was willing to split our bill. The prices are not cheap, but it was nothing out of the ordinary for dc prices so they were not expensive either. I would be happy to eat there again the next I am in the area.

Desislava S

I’m pretty pleasantly surprised. I was on a project in Atlanta for two months and tried two W’s and the Westin. This is definitely my favorite so far. The rooms appear renovated and feel clean. I got a pretty big room with wonderful views on the 41st floor. The staff is nice. The only thing that surprised me was the quality of room service - I expected more. All in all good experience.

Andrew A

The entire staff was so nice! Checking in was busy due to the convention that was starting, but even during the craziness being busy, the staff who helped us was so incredibly nice! Our bellhop was joking around and super friendly leaving the hotel as well. We needed extra blankets one night and they helped us get a few! My group of friends and I will be staying here every year for this convention we love this hotel so much!

Brian H

I'm staying here while I attend Otakon. It's pretty much a must to stay here if you're going to the event since it's connected to the convention center and accessing it without having to walk in the heat is great. The rooms are comfortable and clean and offer very nice views. It's metro accessible (about a block or two from the Mt. Vernon stop on the green line). Additionally, you're within walking distance of numerous restaurants and other points of interest.

Zakimonk K

This hotel is connected to the Walter E Washington convention center via tunnel, which makes it very convenient for conventions. The lobby is very nice and well decorated. Room was reasonably large with nice, modern decor. 2 double beds with a sofa chair, office chair, desk, large tv. No issues at all during my visit.

Ralph K

I stay at hotels all the time. Many of those hotels are Marriott's. This has been surprisingly one of my best days in a very long time. Staff overwhelmingly anxious to please. Nothing that one requests is denied. Rooms are beautiful. Organization is superb. Much to my surprise, totally highly recommended.

Johnny W

Really nice hotel. Located adjacent to the DC convention center. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Valet was quick. They provide complementary charging for EVs. I attended a conference so didn't experience the hotel rooms. There's a walkway to the convention center for easy access.

Hailey T

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The M Suite was wonderful. Thanks to the cleaning staff for being so accommodating with our crazy schedule. If we come back to Washington DC, I'm going to convince my husband to stay here again!!

A pretty solid hotel as far as Marriott goes, the rooms are clean and modern, the lobby is spacious and has several restaurants, bars, a Starbucks, and even a Best Buy Express. The main reason I won't give it 5 stars is because I found the service lacking, especially because they don't seem to treat their frequent travels very well. Other than telling me there's a gym and restaurants, they didn't give me a room upgrade which I'm entitled to (the availability of better rooms was wide open for the days of my stay) nor was the presence or location of the M Club brought up.

The team at the Marriott are not only professional, but personable. I cannot say that I came across anyone on staff who did not go above and beyond to assure that my stay was comfortable by making sure I had everything I needed. Special gratitude to the head bellman/bell captain and his entire team of engaging and helpful people.

Great hotel conveniently located next to the Convention Center and near downtown. Great service from the hotel team. Food is excellent in the restaurant. Wonderful for meetings, an overnight stay, or just to stop on for lunch or dinner.

Great location, very impressive atrium lobby. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Everything in my room is in good working order. Service has been good throughout the property (restaurant, bar, valet, caterers). Company event went off smoothly. Overall what I expect from Marriott Marquis.

Very nice hotel. The lobby and all public areas are beautiful. They have multiple restaurant options. The dignitary whiskey bar has a great atmosphere, huge selection and the seared tuna they served was very good. The underground connection to the convention center is very convenient in the colder months.

The facilities were modern and clean, very pleasant. The food at the event was pretty good, not sure if it was catered through the hotel or not. Would have been nice to have some signage pointing out how to get to the metro station through indoor paths

Very nice hotel. Was there for a professional conference and the rooms and amenities were all high quality. The staff were attentive and professional. Within walking distance to some good restaurants and not far from common DC sites.

Beautiful lobby! Centerpiece is a must see. Starbucks here and restaurants. Great convention space with plenty of room. Great location in the heart of DC.

Enjoyed a nice night away with my spouse. The staff were courteous and helpful and we had a nice breakfast as a part of our stay. The only down part to our stay was that a Marriott lounge was closed on an upper floor that was to be included during our stay. We were informed of this, but we were not informed that a "temporary" one was made available until we checked out. Otherwise, a nice overall visit.

Beautiful hotel. I was there as a performer for a private event but everything was wonderful and the food which appeared to be catered in house was a huge hit. I was not an overnight guest but I wouldn't hesitate to consider the Marriott Marquis in the future.

3 starts just because parking situation sucks. Nice, big hotel downtown. If you're not staying here, you're either gonna need to find cheap parking or pay $40+ valet parking fee. I've been here for 2 different occasions, both company events. They make arrangements with neighboring hotels to use their parking spots. You'll have to walk a block or two if you park at other hotels. The ballrooms are large and they always keep it clean and classy. The room size is average. There's a bar and a cafe in the middle of the building which you are able to see if your room is on the inner part of the hotel.

The best hotel in Washington DC. The managements are outstanding the reception is excellent. The hotel is very convenient to many restaurants, historic places and activities. Try to stay at one of their suites they are very fancy and comfortable. Two rooms, full size refrigerator, two bathrooms big dinning table 66" screen TV. and many more. The lounge is open 24hrs. They service breakfast and dinner with state of the art dessert. If you try this place once you will never stay anywhere else. I would to thank all of the team in this hotel for their hospitality and friendship. The front disk manager was great person, the person who checked me in was outstanding and both made me feel like home. Thanks again for being the best.

The lighting especially at night was everything for me. I loved how they combined both natural and artificial lighting to make the hotel beautiful. There is a Starbucks cafe at the hotel lobby for all coffee lovers. Their rooms are so clean, spacious and private especially if you want to stay indoors and just relax. Their conference halls are also really amazing and can hold really large groups of people. Their staff are helpful and will ensure that you get to the airport in time.

Oh, golly! This hotel was relatively new when we were there and it was amazing! The staff was delightful and its proximity to my meetings was incredible! Pure happenstance, my room had an amazing view of the Capitol Building. Gorgeous!

Beautiful location for DC. 5-Star everything. Regular rooms have mini fridge but no microwave. Strange.... Can't bring leftovers from nearby hotels.... Can't heat it up. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of electric outlets. Decent room size. Stand-up showers in Glass enclosures.

Just an average hotel. Well located, if you need to be in the area, with a direct though circuitous underground connection to the Convention Center. The people there were friendly and helpful, though there were glitches--the concierge desk, for instance, was unattended for some time.

I may have had one of the worst rooms there. The room itself was OK, though what's with bathroom counters that only a basketball player could love? They're very high.

The problem with the room is that the windows were 95% obscured by some structure immediately in front of them. Not the fancy statue in the courtyard, but the curved concrete structure next to it. I'll post a view of the room, two views of the view from the windows (note the sliver of visibility to the extreme left and right), and a courtyard shot showing the sculpture and the curved concrete thing immediately to its left. My room was immediately behind it.

I did not stay at the hotel but was frequenting it because of the conference going on in the convention center. And the staff at coat check? Extremely friendly, nice, and helpful. And not "this-is-my-job-at-a-fancy-hotel-I-have-to-pretend" kind of nice. God bless them all.

Staff was very polite. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Only complaint would be that they hide the cost of their rooms in the cost of their parking. $50/night mandatory valet. Hopefully they pay their valets well because no one should be expected to tip for that cost.

This is a lovely hotel. I came here for a convention type meeting with lots of sessions on different topics. The hotel sets up fantastically for that as it has 4 floors with super high ceilings like a conference convention center under it and it connects to the DC convention center. The hotel has a huge glass topped atrium so the double loaded hotel rooms have windows up the atrium. It has a huge sculpture in the atrium and it's also a beautiful meeting space. Rooms are modern and lovely.

The Marriott Marquis is one of the better hotels I've stayed at in Washington, D.C. The size of the Marriott Marquis Aline is reason to stay here. Especially for a business trip. Not only does it have three restaurants, it has four lower meeting room floors. And if you're lucky enough to have a conference on the mezzanine level, then wow, get ready for a one-of-a-kind experience.

The beds are comfy and the rooms are nice. You won't regret staying here.

Beautiful and modern. I was on-site Monday for a conference and a meeting on Tuesday. Nice business meeting facilities and great in house catered food. The restrooms were spotless and updated. I couldn't figure out parking so I had to park at 901 NY Ave. Very beautiful surroundings in not so exciting DC. Highly recommend.

Came here for business but the staff here was so nice, friendly and helpful I seriously thought I was on vacation. The hotel was very clean. This hotel has multiple restaurants on the lobby level to include a Starbucks. I can only speak for my visits to Starbucks and High Velocity. High Velocity had this crab cake patty that exceeded my expectations. It tasted incredibly fresh and was put together very well. In Starbucks, they are staffed well in the mornings and are very quick to get your orders in and out. Both places were nice and reasonably priced for the DC area.

If you are a Marriott rewards member, specifically Platinum and above you do have additional amenities available to you which are communicated to you by the front desk agent. I experienced this and it was fabulous. I had some gummy bears and ginger ale. Overall, this experience was quite a treat for me. I will always prefer Marriott Marquis when I’m in town and have recommended it to my friends and family.

Modern, sleek hotel with a tunnel connection over to the Walter Washington Convention Center. Starbucks, Whiskey Bar, sports bar, gym, atrium bar, corporate hospitality floor, meeting rooms. Walking distance from a lot of good restaurants and bars. Clean, modern hotel with Marriott quality rooms, and professional staff. I like to stay here above other properties in the area when I am in DC for convention work. Built in 2015, I think?

I wish that I could remember all of the names. Lana at the front desk, Colin the Hotel Manager, the concierge and bellhop gentlemen were all as courteous and professional as could be. The hotel itself is incredible. The gym is very impressive. The location is perfect!

Excellent stay. Staff were very professional and courteous. Ambience of the lobby was superb especially with a natural sky light courtyard. Recommend taking rooms with windows facing the courtyard.

The special police manager is very rude. If you lost something important there and go back to get it after check out. They may look helpful at first, but actually they do nothing and even cheat you.

The hotel cleaner did their work careless, when they found their mistakes. They will destroy your important thing. Pretend you lost your things somewhere else to avoid their responsibilities.

They collude together to bully you. And they even expel you out the hotel and told you that you are not their guest even you checked out yesterday. So remember to take care of your belongings before leaving to avoid see their hypocrisy under their “warmly smile ”. By the way, the parking fee is about $ 58.

Great hotel. Got a Studio Suite. Unfortunately had to contact the hotel four times to ask if the room is ready. Although they told us they would write an email when it was, they didn’t. Room was huge and service was good. Lounge breakfast and dessert as well as the terrace were great.

I do not recommend staying or hosting an event at this property. On Thursday, June 27, 2019, I attended an MBA fair here, and the first encounter I had with the staff was unacceptable. I arrive at 8:38 pm and the two Bellmen at the bellhop stand did not engage me at all. I did not know what conference room the MBA fair was in; so, I greeted the two bellmen and told them why I was at the hotel. One of the bellmen handed me two pieces of paper and continued to talk to his colleague. I was in awe because he acted as if I was disturbing him. The paper he gave me did not provide me with direction on where to go. Fortunately, a third bellman observed what took place and came out to direct me to the MBA fair.

Before I started working in government, I was a sales assistant for a small Hyatt chain. Although we did not have Bellman, I would advise the front office staff to treat all guest as if they were the hotel's owner. No matter the occasion (a trip to the restroom, a meeting space event, and extended stay guest) a guest is a guest, and all team members should treat guest hospitably. I am not sure if anyone from the hotel will read this, but this property could benefit from guest service training. I am a new Marriott rewards member because when my current team travels, they like to stay with Marriott. I will advise my team to try other chains instead and to stay away from the Marriott Marquis DC.

Awesome hotel in downtown DC. Attached is a whiskey bar with Pappy Van Winkle, for $40/glass. I was in heaven! The rooms were average size but the bed very comfortable. I stayed here for a conference and it was very convenient. If in DC, I would stay again.

Amazing hotel. Everything clean and spacious. Wish the restaurants had some better selections or at least more varied from each other. Difficult area for people with service dogs as you have to cross the street to find real grass. Staff was amazing at helping us and providing acvomodations.

I cannot thank them enough for the hospitality I received during my stay here.

I fell while running and sprained my ankle really bad in front of the this and 219 more
