Nice professional people,
Same as any other bank, Nice!
The staff here are very nice they were so helpful when I set up an account for my son (minor) account. They are so willing to help him there is no need for me to be there for him to conduct business for himself. The have a coin counter so we are able to deposit what he has saved. It is a black owned business and I believe in supporting us. Will I continue to do business with them yes I will. Will I refer others to them, yes I will.

Horrible Bank I lost my debit card August 2017, I’ve went into the branch several different times and called it’s the middle of January 2018 I still haven’t recieved a debit card. On top of that they let a transaction go through on a card that was reported lost when I went back into the bank to speak with a someone the females were relaxing having a very engaging non work related conversation while the waiting room went from 3 people to eight. I left while others were walking in. I was forced to sign back up with my old bank. So much for keeping the money in the community.
Horrible financial institution. Was trying to bank black but this isn't a good move. Hell a Rush card is better. Three times my funds were tied up due to this bank. And it was an extremely inconvenient experience each time. Definitely closing this account once this last issue is cleared up if it ever is.
On multiple occasions industrial bank has lost transactions and they have horrible customer service. I am out of town without money because of an banking error and every person I speak to says we can call you in 24 hours...... nothing is ever handled unless you go in but I’m out of town. I will be finding a new bank for 2019!
Been here 3 nights in a row to make a deposit. They never have any envelopes available.

Jabree Harris is correct. This bank lost my $1700 deposit & did not apologize when I asked abt it. If I had lost the receipt, I would be SOL. Folks, complain to DISB & ask them to investigate. I'm sorry I did not (because I wanted to protect our own).

These guys are fantastic!!!! They are incredibly fast but thorough. They were, all three, polite and personable, considerate of my needs and did the job...read this and 80 more
