How would you rate LegacyIII Barbershop?
Won't recommend this barber shop, they messed up my back and my hair the other day. The back of my head was cut too high and alot of the places around my head was higher than others. The barber had no focus on me and payed no respect. All this for 18 dollars? I felt stupid paying it. This places is very unprofessional, although the staff are a bit jolly with eachother there is alot of disconnect with the customer. I don't mind that but at least pay some respect to me and focus on cutting my head. After the first 2 minutes of cutting my hair I definetly regret that moment. That shouldn't be the case with a barber shop. I ended up going home with a very insecure haircut, and I am considering going to another shop to fix this mess. That was my first and last time there. I hope others don't get the same problem as me. I don't wish bad for the business, they just don't care about their customers. I hope they change staff or atleast teach them how to properly treat customers with respect. I might have gotten a bad staff member that ruined their image but as a business they should select their staff with proper prerequisets in terms of professionalism.
I went here once and never again! Firstly 18 dollars, absolutely not. Secondly the middle aged bald fool with a beard was very very rude as if I owed him money or disrespected him. His listening skills were below sea level and his cutting skills were of a child. This is a job where your customer service skills and personality is a must. But when your yanking a woman's head around and then cut her hair to look like a man... just terrible. And when it was time to fix it he was unable to make it even look presentable. I ended up leaving and dealing. I would really appreciate all of my money back and that fool educates on how to hold a conversation. I have had this haircut for 4 years from NY, GA, TX to Korea and understanding guard numbers has never changed! Terrible place, inability to communicate and seemed intimidated by new customers especially from a different place. As military, I travel I travel all around and being from NY I have and will continue to encounter some many different types of ppl. Where I am from or where I just came from should not make a difference of the quality of haircut I receive.
Okay I have to also add that two days ago, my homeboy went in for a haircut. The gentleman was not paying attention what so ever. Meaning when I encounter him I ask why is his neck so scratched up an pink!!! Including a cut. His line was moved a whole centimeter and there was a patch. The Barber was so distracted talking about another BAD a customer that he cut his hair waaaay too short plus the issues. Very unprofessional to be caught up in a conversation about another Barber that you fall guilty and create another issue. This place needs new staff with actual barbers or should be shut down.
Was there yesterday for over half an hour. Was not greeted by barber or even explained on how to get in line for any particular barber. New to the area, first time there and won't be back.
Love this barber shop! Great Barbers and awesome family- friendly atmosphere!
You get in and out fast with exceptional service. Prices are affordable and the hours this shop is open are very accomodating to busy schedules. Highly recommend
I feel like as far as price, atmosphere and flexibility they're great. I was simply upset with the quality of my experience. I visited, because I needed a cut on Sunday and my regular barber was out of the country....these guys happened to be open on Sunday, so I figured give them a shot. I get a bald fade, and a line up on my beard.
At first I was glad to have one of the younger cats workin' on me, but his clippers are way too sharp. Today I have welts on my upper lip and on the back of my neck. I feel like a really seasoned barber knows when the client is in discomfort (eye movements, cringes etc.) and you adjust your blade. Probably won't work with him again unless its an emergency.
Thats not a diss at the shop or this particular barbers skills,...just dang..head/face skin is sensitive bro. It might've just been a bad day.
All of them cut my boys hair very nice and neat and they are like a family atmosphere
My experience has been awesome...the barbers are nice and friendly and very professional and respectful...they give you precision haircut's you can't go wrong by going to legacy barbershop you won't be disappointed....
Best barber shop in the dmv good barbers nd excellent service
Really nice people and the best barbershop in the area i've been to
Keeping Me Fresh and always Fly, come check out Legacy 3 Barber shop, great service, great environment and always on point with the cuts. Big ups to my man Trey, big Zach, Dee and the rest of the fellas...One.
Trey is an amazing barber! He's great with my autistic son.
You don't say a price and change it latter. If you know your business you know your prices.
Good, clean environment. A good place to take your family.
Clean and professional barber shop. They will cut your hair how you like it. Went in at 11 AM, I was done in about 30 mins with a great cut. It can get crowded in the afternoons.
I was checking online for a good place for my boyfriend and this place came up. So I took him for his cut the next day. The place was really dirty and there was hair almost everywhere. It’s like they rarely clean up. The cut they gave him wasn’t what he asked for either.
Messed up... I walked in on Wednesday January 10th to find myself wasting 20 minutes of life. Walked in saying hello and received a look with no response. 2 barbers and a bald man chilling in a seat talking about NFL. The 2 barbers cannot even talk and cut their customers hair at the same time. 15 minutes gone by, 1 of the barbers finished his customers haircut and just walked to the back of the barbershop. I'm up next wondering what the heck is going on. So I gave him 5 minutes and he still didn't return. Walked of there disgusted by that customer service.
Excellent atmosphere and great barbers. Trey the owner is awesome! Kid and adult friendly professionals.
Wonderful place to get my haircut great service and always good conversation.
They take care of me since I moved here from Ohio
I have to appear in front some of the people that one see on TV in this area. So I depend on my appearance being the best that it could be. That is why I trust my haircut with only shop, Legacy III Barbershop and Mr. Trey Wilborn. What I love about this brother, he listens to what you want and then executes it flawlessly. If you need, THAT, haircut there is no other place that you want to go than Legacy III. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
I’m consistently getting pushed back at this place every time I decide to go here, the barbers are great here but I’m not paying 25 for a basement cut
They did a good job cutting my boys hair but they skip customers which is not fair and not good customer service.
I give this barbershop five stars because of the way the shop conducts business and also the experience in the shop. Calvin is an excellent barber I told him one time how I wanted my hair cut and he done exactly the way I asked. Definitely recommend and will return!
My son love his cut every time he goes there
Trey does a good job. Cut me and my toddler sons hair very well. I would recommend the shop.
I give them a star, just because they know at least how to fade. They don't listen to the specific haircut you want. I gave it one more try after getting my haircut messed up by them in the past and they blew it.
Good cuts, funny conversations. Ive been going here for 15+ years.
Great Barber Shop! Love all of the Barbers, professional and friendly. My Barber is Pat! She is a master at her craft. Never had a bad cut and always compare others to her. Most can't even come close. If you don't have a favorite, sit in her chair and I know you will never change Barbers.
Zach was great! Found a new barber for my son.
I recently moved to the area, and I am still trying to find a good Barber. I have been to this barbershop 3 times, and have gotten my haircut by 3 different people; two of them were good and I was satisfied with my haircut. However, my main issue is that each barber charged 3 separate prices for the exact same haircut (one $18, one $22, and one $25). I have no issues with paying for a haircut, but the prices should be consistent across the board, unless you are charging based on skill level. If that's the case, then you shouldn't have a price list posted.
This barbershop is a hot mess. The two main barbers do EVERYTHING but cut hair. Surprisingly, lead by the owner of they spend more time TALKING to one another than anything else. What's really crazy is, the best barber in the shop is the youngest. Message to the owner; your core business is cutting hair, please have your team cut down on the cross talk, and get down to cutting hair.
I used to be a regular of another barber shop, but for some reason, they have already closed down, and I needed to find a new barber shop. This barber shop...read this and 15 more
