How would you rate New Regal Theatre?
I'll never go to another theater again! This theater has always been my favorite, but now with their reclining seats and eating trays there's no reason to go anywhere else again. The entire theater is always kept clean. It would be fantastic if they eased up on what they charge for food, but I rate them 5 stars because my comfort supersedes the food issue.
Went here twice, the cinema is is a smaller one but they do have good movies. The staff is friendly and the tickets are fair priced. Like any theater the condiments are expensive but overall is about the same anytime or movies theater you go to. The parking lot is a little nuts, you have to get your tag marked, dont forget to do this had a issue getting out once and it wasn't fun, that is why it get 4 stars. It is close to a bookstore and other shopping.
theatre itself seems slightly aged, but the seats are absolutely fantastic. The problem, though is nowhere did it say that parking was 10 fricking dollars. It just said 'theatre parking in garage, bring ticket to validate'. well, the attendant ignored the ticket and just rang us up for 10 dollars with no prices displayed anywhere, which ended the night with a note of pointless butthurt.
new seats oh man a step up, they gutted the old seats out for new ones, less seats but more pleasurable experience, have leg raises and just feel awesome, get in tuesdays for $6.50 movie days, staff is never an issue, great place
The fact that they Allowed Big Brother 15 winner Andy Herren to walk into this establishment with food he did not purchase at said establishment is insanity.... the precedent has now been set for everyone to bring whatever outside food you can into this theater
Definitely going to more movies now! I hadn't been to a movie here in about a year. It usually did the job (standard experience, always clean, respectful clientele). However my wife and I just went to see a movie last weekend, and boy were we surprised! The seating is amazing! They must have removed 1/2 the seats per theater to be able to fit the luxurious recliners (with foot rests)! We were incredibly comfortable, and there is plenty of room between rows of seats to exit without shoving your pelvis in another patron's face. Now that I know that this theater has been re-done, we will be going much more often. Also, for a small fee, you can reserve your seats ahead of time, no more getting to the theater 30 minutes before to quickly snag a good seat! What a treat!
Love the new reclining seats, love that I can pick my seats. Always clean. My boyfriend and I go almost weekly. Now if we could just get some decent coffee/tea drinks in there...I'd be in heaven!
My new go to theater in the city. Reserved seating, comfortable new recliners, state of the art video/sound. If you can get here without driving, you'll avoid the hassle of parking.
I have never had a more comfortable movie viewing experience in my 30 years on this earth! Full reclining seats are absolutely genius. Went there with my family this past weekend while they were visiting for the holiday and had an absolutely lovely time. I was a big fan of being able to reserve specific seats, too! My only complaint is that the popcorn is probably the worst I've ever had and at $8 that is just not cool.
great seats, and have been going to this movie theater since i've been very little. Great food too, but since they made the nicer seats there have been less in each theater so be careful there's a higher possibility of being sold out (yesterday I went and tickets were sold out for hunger games). Also, Costco sells less expensive tickets, so if you can you should get some there. Well, at least if they still sell them there.
This theater has been totally revamped. We went on a Sunday right after brunch, so it was not busy at all. The customer service reps at the counter, the ticket taker, and the concessions were all very polite. The only thing that made me scratch my head was when you buy tickets, they allow you to pick your seats based on what’s available on the screen, however they are not touchscreens, you have to tell the cashier which seats you’d like??? Not important, but poking at the screen won’t select your desired seats. Moving on… New motorized reclining seats that are wide, have a swivel tabletop for your phone and snacks, and your own 2 armrests equipped with cupholders. I love these new seats because there is enough legroom in front of my lifted leg rest for someone to still walk by. FYI, the small soda for $5.25 is actually like two cans of soda and if you are watching a 2hr+ movie, you may have to interrupt your movie experience for a bathroom break. We did not have any problems watching the movie, the audio was great. It does get a bit cold, so bring a blanket. Also, you can find free parking on the street just W of the parking structure but before the bridge, otherwise after 90 mins + validation, it's ~$6.
The reclining chairs here made the experience that much better. I'm an infrequent movie goer, but this place has convinced me to leave the comfort of my couch to watch movies. Their chairs are AMAZING! The theaters are clean and the staff seem to be on it.
The seats are amazing. It's the first theater I've been to where you can push a button to recline as you please. There are also trays and ample space between seats to really relax and enjoy the movie experience.
HOWEVER. Parking is $5, A less-than-standard pour of wine is (at minimum) $9, and tickets are about $15 per person. I can have a cheaper movie experience in the Loop, which is crazy to think about.
Go for an experience, not for every movie that comes out.
Excellent movie , very clean theatre, good for a date night venue! The reclining seats are definitely a bonus . We will be returning!
Love the renovations to the theatre. The theatres are smaller and cozier. The roomy stadium seats with button recliners were amazing. The addition to liquor at the concession stand was about the only improvement I saw to that area.
Great theater with the best seats. They are electronic and you can recline pretty far back. Plus you get two cup holders and a small table that folds out!!
This is an awesome theater, best I've been to. The ability to pick your seat is great, no need to show up 30 minutes early. Buy your tickets a few days in advance and you'll be fine. Tuesday discounted tickets are great too. Very spacious seats (with tray table & cup holders) that recline! I don't see movies anywhere else.
Ooooh! You've got to check out these seats. They recently upgraded their theater and although you have to reserve a seat, the comfort is well worth it. They also now sell beer and wine at a reasonable price.
The theater is really nice. Clean and very comfortable viewing experience. I recently saw a movie and had the person next to me get up several times but I didn't once feel him shifting or getting up. I wish I could see every movie in those recliners. Beer helps too.
Love there redoing of the seats but don't like I'm having to pick seat ahead of time employees very friendly and helpful
My favorite Movie theater The prices aren't too much higher than other places, but Regal offers so much more. Reclining leathers seats and you get to pick the exact seats that you want to sit in with an interactive map. The front seats are also far enough back where it wont strain your neck. They also serve alcohol for those of legal age.
This is one of the best theaters I have ever been to. It is indeed expensive for the tickets and especially for the food. The seats recline and are so comfortable. In addition, they have desks that swivel and there are three cup holders for each pair of seats. It was overall a great experience if you do not go to the movies regularly.
New seating is awesome, full leather recliners. Buy tickets early and reserve a good seat otherwise you'll break your neck in the first row. Great neighborhood location.
Those reclining chairs are a wonderful treat! But seating views can sometimes be difficult as there's so few seats. But grab the right one (third row center is my favorite) and it'll be perfect. The rest of the theatre (lobby / concessions) needs work. Parking is annoyingly pricey (best park on the street or in a local neighborhood). Best thing is Pequod's nearby!
This is one of my favorite theaters in the city. I love the reclining seats and the ability to pick your seat ahead of time. The only drawback to that is that the best seats are always taken early, so plan ahead. You don't have to show up ahead of time, but you do have to plan. Parking is easy. The layout of the theater is a little weird with the bathrooms being in pretty different places. Other than that, love this place.
This movie theater has really improved over the years. They now have reclining seats that almost go far enough back that you are almost laying down. Also you reserve the seats you want. Yeah it's very expensive, but I feel if people are spending more money for a movie ticket, they are more likely to want to watch the movie than to distract other movie goers with talking or looking at their phone.
did no mean to say charice she was great the da she was at the bar sems like she was the manager. this was at ashland and webster every time i go there she work fast an smart. but the other people act like they just got up out the bed and did no eat for thre days
This theater is awesome. I love the seats...if I had a blanket I could have curled up and pretended I was at home. Very comfy theater - 5 stars!
Pricey tickets, but absolutely worth it for the incredible seats and well calibrated sound. The Regal on Western can't figure out what "too loud" means.
Great renovations to this location has made this our goto theater. Reasonable pricing with guaranteed seating in very luxurious, reclining chairs. Great experience.
It's ok. Paid parking, which is a bummer. Validation will save you a few bucks. Street parking available, if you can find a spot. Theaters have power recliners and tables. They have a bar now with a drink limit. You actually have to get a wristband and the guy marks off how many drinks you've had. I think it was a 3 drink max (maybe 2). You can take the drinks into the theater. Anyways, because of the recliners, there are less seats available so make sure you buy early online with reserved seating.
Okay this is my favorite theater in Chicago! They have huge reclining seats, food and adult beverages. They have a couple of nice theaters with these seats downtown but the parking is at least $10 more. I love Webster.
Great theater, comfortable king sized reclining chairs and a full bar. How can you go wrong? I travel from the south side just to go here. I love it.
nice seats and staff... gave rain check after sitting through a movie that had no AC.
AWESOME! The only downside I can think of is that you get spoiled here. I dare anyone to go to a different theatre and be as comfortable as you would be here.
Parking is problematic and expensive, but the movie theater is awesome.
One time we unknowingly parked on the first floor, it costed us extra $10 for realizing our mistake and leaving the lot within 2 mins.
Great reclining seats. You can purchase tickets in advance. Popcorn is wonderful and self-serve butter (honestly the popcorn is the most important part). Service is average. This place gets bonus points for location. It is in the same complex as a Barnes and Noble, and across the street from Peaquods and Potbelly.
There's a big trend in the movie theater business toward reserved-seating theaters. I don't know about the general consensus, but I'm not a fan. Personally, I'd rather just buy a ticket and arrive a little early than try to beat the crowd online. Never show up to this theater without purchasing a ticket ahead of time. This is the place you go when you know a week in advance you want to see a movie. If you're just out and about and are casually planning to see a movie, you'll be lucky to even get seats, let alone good ones.
The theater sizes themselves are smaller than traditional Regal/AMC theaters, but the seat-to-screen angle is still weirdly sharp. I think this is because the seats are leather electric recliners, but don't expect too much: they're stiff and not actually very comfortable. For all that, you'll also be paying a few bucks more per ticket than you would at a traditional theater.
But as with all Regals, audio and video are reliably crisp. I can't find any reason to ever choose this theater over others, but it might be a good fit for you.
You probably heard about the seats, right? Yes they are super comfortable... pretty much comfy leather couches that recline. I don't really care for choosing your seats, but okay I guess. The bar is def great and a plus! There's a nice area for you to enjoy a drink or two, yes there's a limit. Price range is pretty decent. Only eghh is that the food station is a bit messy, but then again what more is to be expected when its the 12am show and ppl are drinking. Overall relaxing place w food / beer / comfy seats.
Nice theater playing most of the current movies. Admission prices are fair, and food is a bit expensive (and options are not as nice), as some other "upscale" theaters. Parking can be a hassle, as the lot and surrounding streets get busy in the evenings.
Seats are great. However my first time there I noticed then film didn't fill up the entire projector screen. It was a bit jarring, and bothered me through the film.
Still, I returned. The second time the film was blurry and a even out of focus at times. So the picture quality is questionable!
Movies in question were Doctor Strange and Fantastic Beasts.**
Legitimately only of the only cinemas on the north end that does not have obnoxious fellow movie goers. Not once, while reclining in my private La-Z-Boy, have I heard people explain their personal opinions and feelings aloud in this den of silence. It's probably the price point and lack of arcade the prevents noisy, sugar-riled youths from whisper talking over my film experience. I am happy to pay for silence, and the ability to always have the best seats in the house.
Good food. Affordable bar considering its a movie theater. Ultra comfy reclining couch seats.
Love the reclining spacious seats. Theater has good video and sound quality. Not quite up to par with some of the best theaters I've been to, but it certainly is one of the more appealing theaters in the city.
There are trays for your food or drink orders, which they will bring to your seat if you order something hot that they need to make. I've tried chicken strips there before, pretty sure they were microwaved. The wine and beer is quite overpriced, but it's a nice option.
My favorite movie theater to go to. Probably the best I've ever been a part of. I buy my tickets online or through my phone and the ticket is scanned through a barcode on my phone. No paper no waste.
Then for the actual viewing experience itself. The rooms have a total of 4-7 rows with leather lounging chairs that nearly goes nearly 180. Tables for your food and cup holders for your drinks. Love this place.
The parking is cheap or you can find free parking even on the street. Best feature is being able to pick your seats ahead of time. This movie theater has been my spot for over 20 years. head to Pequod's Pizza (2207 N Clybourn Ave ) a few hours before the movie or stop off at potbelly around the corner for a sandwich (yes I sneak it in).
EDIT - Regal responded to my review, asking me to reach out to them. I did again and, again, never heard back from anyone.
I'm a Regal member, meaning I earn free tickets every now and then due to my frequency of movie going. Webster wouldn't accept the free ticket and, when pressed about it, they explained it was because it said they didn't have to because their website says some places and movies don't accept their own free tickets.
Disregard that I'd been using these tickets at this Regal for years and that they only do refills on larges "as is our company policy" (despite the Regal on Western doing refills on any size anything. I feel like I could take an empty Kit Kat wrapper to the Western counter and they'd refill it with Kit Kats for me - they're THAT nice). They turned away my movie ticket so I told them NEVER MIND, I'LL JUST GO HOME and then, since I wasn't a customer, they refused to validate my parking. I'm already upset and bothered and they couldn't be bothered to stamp my parking because I chose NOT to pay full price for a ticket. And they refused to validate the parking.
This location will NEVER receive my patronage again. And I'm an easy going guy - this is literally the ONLY place that I would say that about and, prior, I'd been here ... 50-100 times... easily. Even wrote to Regal corporate about it and never heard back. Just... bad.
I liked this theater and went there at least once a month with my family until they took my $25 gift card and didn't return after realizing I left it at the register. The manager (I think her name was Tiffany) mentioned she will look into it and will call me back. Never happened. Called her the next day and the same story. Won't be returning there due to poor customer service!
One of the better mega-theater experiences in Chicago. Parking is a breeze and the facility is nicely laid out and maintained. Ticket and snack prices are pretty high, but what else is new ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Regal is a great theater. With reserved recliners you're never in a bad spot of the theater if you plan ahead. The theaters are dark, sound is good. Pretty much provides everything a movie theater should be.
That being said, the staff aren't that friendly, the concessions staff is usually pretty slow, and the apart from the bar in the lobby, the food choices at the concession stand is lacking. On more than one occasion I was given old pop corn. Thankfully your movie going experience hardly deals with these people once your butt is in the seat.
This theater's atmosphere is comfortable and enjoyable. Everything is clean (didn't see a spec of popcorn anywhere) and fairly quiet. Each room is equipment with reclinable leather seat and spaced very nicely. One caveat, the front row is much too close to the screen so beware when choosing you seats (at the time of ticket purchase).
The declined seat is wonderful. The sound quality and effect are not as good as Icon. But the parking is cheaper. If you buy general tickets from your company or university, watching 3D movies will introduce another $5 for each ticket.
This place is awesome. It is worth every penny! Clear view of the screen, great variety of snacks, and above all... the reclinable chairs make this for a comfortable well invested trip to the movies.
Came here for a screening of a movie, the place offers parking at a discounted rate. The place is mostly clean and offers plenty of movie rooms. The seats were comfortable and the food was good.
Only real complaint is price, but nowadays $12-$16 for a movie ticket is on par with most theaters. Parking isn't free, either, which is kind of a bummer given the price of admission. The king size recliners are glorious though and they've upgraded their food recently. Though, I think they got rid of staples like hot dogs and nachos which is odd but all you really need is popcorn and a soda anyway!
I went to see a movie that was scheduled for 11:40 AM, and the movie did not actually begin until 12:01 PM. I feel that 21 minutes of commercials and previews AFTER the start time of the film is really excessive. I had no issue with any other part of the experience, and really enjoyed the theater, seats, and viewing experience... once the movie actually began.
This location has the nice large recliners. Good deal on a drink/popcorn/candy too. You can find street parking nearby at no cost.
Powered reclining seats and a solid snack selection make this one of the better theaters in town. The sound system is top notch after a recent renovation. My only complaint is that the clientele can be excessively loud and inconsiderate - holding conversations loudly and breaking out phones in the middle of a screening. Unfortunately that seems to be rampant at most theaters though, so I can't fault them for it. Parking can be a bit pricey and they really need to be a bit more diligent about cleaning the restrooms, but I'm largely happy with this theater as an option for us and it's generally our first choice for first run movies.
They offer free parking validation and have the super comfy reclining seats. I noticed they've started offering more food options, too, although personally I stick to the classic popcorn and drink fare.
Great place to watch a movie. Love the seats very comfortable and recline back with foot rest. By far one of the better theaters I been too.
Nice seats. This was our first time there and we couldn't find our theater. At least a hint from the usher would have been nice. Picking our seats was kind of cool but since we didn't know the theater they were not what I would have chosen. I would go here if the movie I wanted to see was somewhere else.
This theater's atmosphere is comfortable and enjoyable. Everything is clean and fairly quiet. BUT BEWARE, the place is costly. From parking, food and movie admittance this place will leave you poor.
This is my favorite theater! I love that the seats are assigned and super comfy recliner chairs instead of gross movie seats. It’s cool that they have a bar too, and a parking garage with cheap validation.
Love, love, LOVE this theater for their incredibly comfy chairs. I like that I'm able to pick my seat ahead of time and buy tickets electronically. They have a good food selection and a bar if you get there a little early. Great location and easy to get to!
This is always my go to place when wanting to go see a movie at the theaters. They have these super comfortable chairs that recline and the ticket prices are fairly priced, considering on average you pay $13-16 for tickets nowadays. I typically skip out on the snacks, but when I do get them I share them with whoever I go to the movies with and split the cost with them.
When I first learned of Webster place having the comfy reclining seating it immediately grabbed my interest. The chairs in most other theatres are not comfortable for someone who is 6'4" & 300 lbs. The seating here was such a pleasure ...it was great. It made watching a 2 hour movie possible, so...thank you Regal Cinemas Webster Place.
Good staple neighborhood theater... recliners and reserved seating. Takes Movie Pass. A bit small compared to moden theaters and parking is not free but validated for a discount (street parking is usually available though). Full alcohol bar available in lobby.
Ultra comfy seating, fairly reasonable ticket prices and nice screens make this theatre a decent value. All the modern conveniences with liquor sales and ample parking deck.
Great place to see a movie. It's pretty clean and the seats are comfortable. Also, the staff is very helpful
The seating was amazing. Basically spacious recliners complete with optional table tray. The seats literally recline if you want them to. It's extremely easy to stand up and leave for the restroom if necessary. Basically, this place is set up to make people want to see movies in theaters again.
Love the reclining seats. We may never watch a movie in stadium seating again. We usually find free parking in the neighborhood, use a Regal Rewards Card, and these offset the prices. Service here seems more attentive than most theaters. Well done.
This place has the best seats! Prices for beer are decent. Movie tickets are fairly cheap, especially on tuesdays when it's only about $8.
Love Regal cinemas and I especially love the Webster place location.
Ever since I've gotten Moviepass, I've been coming to Regal at least once a week. This location is really nice because they have the super comfy reclining seats.
My only complaint is that the concession stand doesn't butter your popcorn for you, rather they give you the bucket of popcorn and have you butter it yourself on a counter off to the side. Popcorn without even butter distribution layered all the way through is sad popcorn :(
If you care about picture quality, avoid this theater. Saw Star Wars in 3D and the picture was unbelievably dim. Even without the glasses, everything in shadows was indiscernible and nearly totally black. I know screens these days are dimmer than ever but this was truly the worst I've ever experienced.
On top of that, there was a very bright exit sign right next to the screen that was very distracting, and the theater was freezing cold throughout the movie. Overall just not a good experience at all.
The seats are reclining and that's incredibly valuable, makes for a comfy experience. They have moved to assigned seating and this causes chaos and seating disputes in a crowded theater. Tickets are sold online, in normal check out, and at kiosks... This can overbook a theater not unlike tactics airlines now use. Would you like a dispute with unknown peoplein the dark crowded theater at "I, Tonya Harding"? If so, come to a popular movie here. Eventually, it'll happen.
Love this theatre. The seats are extremely comfortable. Just be careful you don’t fall asleep during the movie. Highly recommend if you want to see a movie and have space to spread out. Being 6’3” it’s always uncomfortable sitting in a movie. Not here. Recline and relax. Great sound and picture quality as well. Perfect temperature. Favorite theatre in Chicago.
REALLY COMFY SEATS THAT RECLINE & HAVE CUP HOLDERS!
They have Oscar - nominated movies & the new hot movies. ..
Also, most of the staff were friendly; & the large
I'd give it 5 stars if parking were still free. With validation, it was $5.50...good for up to 4 hours, more than you need if watching only 1 movie.
What you would expect from an upscale theatre. Good food, great seats (assigned), and great staff. It was more than I wanted to pay, but I'm a cheapskate that wouldn't normally go to this type of theatre.
This location was the 1st to have the reclining seats. Which more than made up for me feeling cold from the time I entered the theater. I hate feeling cold.
I love this movie theater and I'm willing to travel to get to it. The theaters have these oh so comfy recliners that allow you to sit back relax and get lost in the movie. Make sure to make a reservation by buying your ticket(s)online because more than likely you'll either not be able to get in or you'll end up in the front row. This place is actually pretty awesome.
Nice theater with the new reserved recliner seating. Attached parking garage costs something like $6.50 WITH validation (more expensive without). There's also a bar in the theater. Regal also sells a reasonably priced kids meal thing with popcorn, fruit snacks, and a soda all in reasonable portions, which is nice because the normal servings are way too big.
Great seats recliners and tray tables for the grub. Plan to buy your tickets a day or two in advance. Seems that their shows are always pretty packed which is a good sign.
Just horrible... came in to watch Quiet place today at 7:20... came in at 7, got the ticket on line beforehand. Came in early to settle in and enjoy myself. Ordered small soda and pretzels... my receipt says 7:07... got my pretzels at 7:23... there were 3 managers in suits just leisurely walking around but I'm guessing a girl that was making food was all by herself... I wouldn't order food there ever again, cause I just love my previews too much... but it was just painful to watch people in suits not give a dam about any of that, there was quite a few of us waiting...
Seats are the best part... but Roosevelt movie theater is just much better for $13...
I love this location specifically for its amazing theater seats that recline so beautifully. It's also incredibly spacious and the seats are numbered which helps keep things in order. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is nice. The only thing I would like to improve is the parking situation. I understand I'm parking in a garage but I'm pretty sure it costed me close to $10 additional dollars to park for an hour and half long movie. That's a downtown price but this isn't downtown.
Seats were disgusting. Food and dried up spills all over the seats. Had to sit in another seat hoping it wasn't reserved for someone else. They don't clean in between shows? Not even a sweep? Wiping the chairs doesn't take that long... Luckily the movie was good. Won't come back
Loved the seats. However they were in front because the movie was almost sold out. Parking is kinda goofy. To pay over 24 bucks should be a sin. The staff was very helpful.
It's definitely a nice place. The seating is now reserved so you don't have to worry about getting good seats. You can also buy tickets in advance so you don't have to worry about getting tickets to any big movie premiers. The seats are spacious and recline and are very comfortable. There's enough room to eat and drink comfortably. It sometimes tend to be a bit too cold but overall a good place to watch movies
I love the recliners but the price is pretty steep for the screen and sound quality. The seating is also not ideal for date situations because it's hard to tell when reserving whether you will have a giant armrest with attached eating surfaces between the seats reserved. Especially when you add parking it doesn't feel like a good value.
✔THIS CINEMA MAKES GOING TO THE MOVIES AN EVENT AGAIN.🤹♀️-(there r no jugglers, this is all I could find)
❎IF YOU GO TO THIS REGAL CINEMA
WATCH OUT FOR...
...LONG LINES AROUND THE BUILDING.
🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿(Giving them 6 popcorn buckets!)Very comfortable seating, and theater is always clean. This theater seems a very safe place to be and meet friends. The staff is pretty young but they are very nice people.
They frown on bringing snacks and drinks in, as you know the majority of theatre profit is from concessions...but if they can't tell your arm cast is fake and full of popcorn...🍿...WHO CARES!
The picture quality here has gone down significantly. Just saw Mission Impossible here and the image was dim and muddy. I've seen this movie in IMAX and at a discount theater. This was the worst showing.
Apart from that, all the seats are assigned, so you can come in a little late and still get a good seat if you buy them ahead of time. They are very comfortable and all have little snack tables attached to them. They also have a bar in the lobby.
Parking is $5.50 with validation for up to 4 hours.
The City North 14 by the Kennedy and Western is a better bet. Much better presentation of the thing you paid for, the movie.
Love being about to reserve seats. The recliners are very comfy! But I wouldn't want to pay $14 for a ticket unless I was sitting in the middle or close to it. The seats on the side don't have a great view.
A bit pricey, but that's chicago. Super comfortable seats and good service. Never had any issues at this theater and have been several times.
This is my favorite movie theater in Chicago. It's been recently renovated so the theaters are nice and have reclining seats. There's also a bar and restaurant in there so I've even gotten dinner there before which was surprisingly good. Drinks were reasonably priced as well. For all fight fans, I have seen multiple PPVs there too!
It’s hard to still love this place. $5.50 for parking after paying $16 for a movie ticket is more than nickel and diming...it’s really just a rip off. And topped by the fact that you have to wait in a separate line to pay your parking even though you saved time buying e-tickets online, given the chance I’ll choose pretty much any other theater besides this one if possible.
The service at the Regal Cinemas is the best. Great movie great seating. Food and drinks great. Have good family fun when we go there to watch movies. Keep up the great work. We will keep coming back
I love the recliner seats. So comfortable. The food is amazing. A bit pricey but completely worth it!
No complaints, nothing special besides seating size and recline. Been to newer and better. Parking Garage late at night is like a scary movie.
Really enjoyed with family and friends. I was there to watch Jurassic Park : Fallen Kingdom. Although the movie was not very good, hall sitting, sound system, hall size was too perfect. The recliner seats are so comfortable that my friend fell asleep during the movie. Lol.
Definitely my preferred theater in the city by far. Having assigned seating is a godsend relative to other places close by, which can generally be pretty filthy and borderline nightmarish.
It's more expensive than your standard stadium seating but it's worth it to me for the recliner seats and food trays on the sides of the arm-rests. My boyfriend is a tall dude (6'6") and even he could comfortably sit in the recliner seats without his feet hanging far off of them.
Enjoyed the E.U. film event here, and really appreciated the list of film offerings.
I was brought here by a friend after a nearby function, whom...read this and 148 more
