How would you rate Hubbard Mansion?
Don and Sheila are a great team. Making the B&B the place to be! From start to finish we had such a good time in New Orleans. The mansion is right across from a streetcar stop. Transportation was a breeze in and out of the French quarter and through the garden district. The mansion is newer but exemplifies the old garden district style and charm. It was a perfect spot to come back to after the day or evening on the town. Breakfasts were lovely and a very good cup of coffee is served. Along with juice, water or a variety of tea choices. You won't be sorry you decided to stay at the Hubbard Mansion.
Hooray mardi gras! Don is fantastic.
A wonderful B&B conveniently located in the Garden District. Don & Sheila were great, but the WiFi was not accessible in the front rooms. Had to go to the back of the house to get any internet access.
Have stayed here 3 times always a pleasure..
Beautiful bed and breakfast, and a must visit! We visited for relaxation, and that's exactly what we experienced. The owners are very personal and friendly.
Just beautiful, and great stories shared on our visit!
Thank you for the hospitality we received...
This is a wonderful private home, a jewel in the garden district of New Orleans. It's very clean and has parking; I'd like to keep it a secret so that there is always room for me when I call.
We had a 3 night stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast in New Orleans. The room was beautiful and met all of our needs. We felt so welcome while we were there. Breakfast was excellent and Don Hubbard the owner of this B&B gave us the grand tour complete with the history of the B&B and of his family. Located right on the St Charles St. street car line it was a short convenient way to get right downtown in just a few minutes or in the other direction to New Orleans excellent zoo. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit New Orleans.
Amazing Bed and Breakfast, perfect for weekend getaways. Family reunions, weddings, bachlerette parties. Convenient to The French Quarter, The Garden District and The Bysiness District.
I have never been there.stop asking me to rate something I know nothing about
Amazing wonderful place. Beautiful place for a wedding reception, as my cousin celebrated yesterday
Blindly and without previous knowledge of this establishment my wife and I booked a reservation during the New Orleans Jazz Festival in May of 2018.What we experienced was a delightful serendipitous adventure that we will no doubt repeat in future visits. The staff and management were courteous and knowledgeable in regard to their facility and the surrounding areas, including attractions, restaurants and other visitor events. The Hubbard Mansion is exceptionally clean and the daily household duties are usually completed prior to the end of breakfast each day. Our room was more than adequate for our needs and the community area offered areas to socialize should you desire. The rules of this establishment were offered to us in both verbal and written form.
Proximity to most cultural and public events is a plus if you are driving.
We found that management suggestions for dining were exceptional and we enjoyed a few new restaurants without regret. Our travels will take us again to New Orleans and our stay will again be with the HUBBARD MANSION BED & BREAKFAST.

The host is quite entertaining and the mansion is beautiful.
A Great place to stay while in NEW ORLEANS
Great place. Historical but modern Bed & Breakfast
The place is beautiful! Although the WiFi is terrible and the breakfast is very early and very minimal. Loved the old, historic, and Victorian designs
Awesome Bed and Breakfast with pure New Orleans at it's finest. Event space is perfect for meetings, intimate weddings, family or girls' weekend NOLA style. Love it!
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mansion and visiting with the Owner. Amazing place along St. Charles Ave. Catch the trolley to the Circle that connects to Canal one direction or to Tulane University in the opposite direction. New Orleans Seafood and Burgers about a ten minute walk or trolley ride away.
This is a magnificent place. As far as I know and have been informed, here is the only black-owned bed and breakfast spot in NoLa. Historically, blacks couldn't even walk down this street, so it is wonderful this place even exists. The hosts and employees are welcoming, warm, and intriguing. I've personally enjoyed exchanging stories with Don, the owner. Sheila is amazing in her own right, just the same. This place is highly recommended and it's located right across from the RTA (the tram) and close to different areas of NoLa. Each room has its own vibe and feel. Even better, the devices are durable classics from the past and work just as well as modern equipment. If even in NoLa, GO VISIT!
Our stay at the Hubbard Mansion for New Years 2017 was totally awesome.
