How would you rate The Credit Repair Shop?
I paid this company 200 plus to fix my credit and they got their money but I didn't get my credit fix! Their communication is horrible ! I heard from one woman from the company and that was only to inform me that my payment wasn't received ! Hey got their payment just state my credit score didn't go up or down! So thank you for making sure my credit didn't move at all😢😢😒
Awful simply awful. No work on my credit has been done in two plus months plus you can't get in touch with them voicemail so full you can't leave a message. And if you do get though the lady always blames Procredit for the problems. Nothing ever gets resolved. Awful and unprofessional.
Bad on communication I gave almost $600 and they told me that they would remove all collections some where moved they removed address and the closed my open credit card accounts which made my score decrease. If I known what I know now about credit I would have never invested my money with them. They haven't touch my sent any letters out to disputes may credit in yet they keep charging my card $12.95 a month total waste of money my hard earn money I wouldn't recommend them to nobody.

Put my money and trust in this company. What a big letdown. Was doing business with this company for about 5 months. This company absolutely did nothing. During that time, they only disputed the negative remarks from my transunion credit report. Nothing from Eqifax nor Experian. They never even looked at ProCredit, a credit monitoring service that they recommended. I found that out because they had my log in information so that they can check it monthly. That never happened. I'm quite sure that they got a kickback from ProCredit. They only updated their so called portal one time, at the beginning. The staff that I dealt with were unprofessional and didn't have a clue. What a big ripoff. BEWARE!!!!
Not helpful or Honest, save your money and go somewhere that can help you. They will take your money and won't help you it's sad but its true. You can do better somewhere else or on your own.
Horrible company they never follow up customer service are the worst I ever experienced .

The owner stated that they require the customer to be engaged in the process in order to see results. I've called multiple times and was promised a call back -that I never received. I had to write a negative review to get a response from these people. I received a phone call from an employee there who basically told me that my account was just sitting there and not being worked on. So for the inconvenience, they would work on my credit for 6 months for FREE. So nice of them to offer me a service that my husband has already paid for but never received. Save your time and your money and call Lexington Law.
DO NOT BUY LEADS from this company... nothing but BS leads sent over people who had no idea of how they signed up.
Excellent Service! I really appreciate the time they took to show my how to read my credit reports and scores. It was a process and they keep me informed about my progress. Thank you for helping me!
They use to be a good honest company to deal with a few years ago, but now the people working on your report want return your call are respond to a text. It's a shame that they are ruining a good business. I recommended two other people to this company, and they are this satisfied also. They promised me that they were going to call me today, no responds,
Called for help with a car repo and credit card debt. Over a year and $600 dollars later this issue hasn't even been touched. The only thing they did was send dispute letters out and I would send them copies when I got the report in the mail. This went on for a year. Towards the end of the year I called to ask what the next steps were. And was told I would have to pay for the " service "again. When I asked why when they hadn't done anything the rep got an attitude and began trying to shift blame to me.
If I had only read the reviews instead of listening to Steven on YouTube and thinking this was a reputable company. I started seevices in June, September came and there were no changes. I requested a refund and after a week of going back and forth I'm literally having to PROVE them wrong for claiming deletions of items that weren't even reporting on my credit report in the first place. Steven has only recently reched out via email stating he'd be in touch after reviewing my credit report and has yet to contact me this is day 2. Mind you I have sent numerous emails with photos and screenshots of proof to show the items in concern that were NOT deleted. Again, I am requesting a refund. I am going to email once again before I get lawyers involved.
Whoever is in charge of responding to these reviews is "nice nasty" and lacks professionalism. Based on how you're responding to the reviews and blaming the customers for not receiving a service they paid for, makes me believe every single bad review is true.
I have been paying this for 3 months and nothing have been done from Mr. Willis or his company. 1 call and nothing else, no follow up, no email answers.
Very good videos but very very bad service and customer service. Not recommend it at all. I want my money back!!!
On June 28, 2020. I paid for their services because I loved the knowledge that the owner Stephen Williams displays on his YouTube videos and I don’t have the time needed to dedicate to deleting negative reports on my credit reports. According to his website they begin working on your credit as soon as they receive the initial payment so I thought they were already working on my reports because I sent the documents requested. On July 8th I get a text from Ms. Banister that they need to do an evaluation before they can get started. She says they will mail all the disputes the next day. On August 12th I still haven’t received any correspondence from any of the three credit bureaus or any creditors. By law they all must reply within 30 days or the items in dispute must be removed. I kept leaving messages and their answering service said they would pass along the message. I finally left a message that I want my money back and Lola finally called me back. When I asked why I haven’t received any response from anyone yet she said COVID is affecting the response. I told her I’m still getting regular mail and deliveries no one else seems to be impacted. Lola said give it 10 more days and she acted like she saw some charge off changes since I paid for their services - my credit monitoring services would notify me of any changes and I didn’t get any notices about what Lola was talking about. After 10 days Lola did not call back so I had to play phone tag again until I finally got a hold of her. She kept making excuses and said someone would call me back. I finally started posting my dissatisfaction on Stephen Williams’ YouTube videos but he didn’t care. I finally got a hold of Lola again and she said because they’ve already done some work on my account would I settle for half a refund. I said if you can prove to me that you did anything I’ll settle for half a refund Lola said she would call me back and she never did. On 10/16/20 when I told her I want my full refund she said Stephen Williams will call me back. I still have not received any replies from credit bureaus or creditors in response to any disputes sent by TheCreditRepairShop and Stephen Williams still hasn’t called me back. I went to BBB to file a complaint and this company isn’t even listed so I will fill out the info, complaint and request an investigation.
