How would you rate North Milwaukee State Bank?
I am very sad to see guaranty bank go. I cannot say that I am dissatisfied with first citizens bank as a whole because I do love the staff at my branch but I am beyond frustrated with the switching of the two banks. I never received a new debit card before my guaranty card was cut off which led to me having to make several trips into the bank lobby throughout the week to get cash. This has been such an inconvenience! Also I have no access through phone or online to see what my balances are- the website is shut down. Too much! I’m hoping that the corporation will figure out an incentive of some sort for customers who choose to stay because as of now I’m trying to figure which other bank to go to.
Does not care about their customers or fixing mistakes they have made.
Went through the “drive through” on a Wednesday morning was not greeted for about 5 minutes then when girl came she did not say hello or anything I had to press call button just to make sure the bank was open then I had 2 little checks to cash and waited 15 MINUTES!!! I think I will be changing banks ! All done
After the change and before name change, I put 100 cash deposit at brick and mortar branch ( all that left after close 109 locations) at Brookfield capital drive branch, the fail deposit cash as available immediately they with Attitude told 2 day hold on my cash deposit. Why put cash in my account? For bill sues tomorrow? Closed my account change BMO Harris made new arrangements for the payment I scheduled to new account. Guess what it deposit in same day available. That day. Just like guaranty bank did with my cash deposit. 1998 to 2017 with bank before takeover by first citizens bank. I believe the bank manager at capital drive Brookfield location should lose his job with his 20 plus year experience because a cash deposit should be Available immediately by any bank. He dare have argument with me about cash deposit but close my account. I lot good bank managers lost thier job . Why did 1st Citizens Bank keep Idiot employee at branch manager
I'm having trouble with the login app. Not cool at all.
One of their customers left his wallet at my brother's business. Called them to get in contact with him, since it had his social and birth certificate in it. They cancelled his card and didn't tell him where his wallet was. .... not the customer service I'd want from my bank!
The mobile app was working for awhile but now it doesn't. Fix your mobile app. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get into my account then after one login it fails to allow me to log in later. After putting in the four digit code it just loads and loads and never completes the login. Doesn't matter if you're using the four digit code or the standard log in. You're a big bank with an IT department. Get it together.
**WARNING**!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RIPOFF FOOLS! THEY'LL CHARGE YOU FOR USING YOUR OWN MONEY, ASKING FOR STATEMENTS! ALSO OVERCHARGING IF A CUSTOMER DOESN'T HAVE OVER $300 IN THEIR ACCOUNTS. A FRIEND OF MADE A WITHDRAWAL THE TELLER CHEATED HER ALMOST $100. ALSO TOOK MONEY OUT OF BOTH OF HER SAVINGS ACCOUNTS. LESS THAN A MONTH'S TIME TWO WEEKS ACTUALLY THEY TOOK OVER $10 OUT HER ACCOUNT AND OVER $12 OUT OF THE OTHER. TALKING ABOUT LATE FEES WHEN SHE CLOSED ONE ACCOUNT SHE WAS CHARGED $5! THAT'S RIDICULOUS! After they all stole her money and said they charge 5 bucks a month if there's not 300 dollars or more. I liked it better when it was $25. 300 is way too much people have bills to pay. That's why Guarantee Bank changed their name cause they were stealing customers money. What's the point having a savings account and they're taking money out. They're going to lose a lot of customers doing that. My friend contacted the FBI since the manager lying about her money wasn't taking more one time a month. It was two weeks when she went back to the bank and found out she couldn't withdrawal what she wanted. On March 1st 2019 she went to withdraw $700 the teller cheated her out of $100 than the balance was $147.56 with supposed to be $250.04. They are crooks thieving liars. STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEM GO TO ANOTHER BANK. Can't believe she closed a account charged her a late fee and charged another $5!
