How would you rate My Mail Box?
This place is open. They have a notary public. They always provide good service.
Their business has closed without any notification to me, trapping all of my mail inside!
They did not pay UPS for a package and I got the bill. After trying to get them to pay it or refund me, they kept giving me attitude and telling me it would be taken care of. Two months later, it wasn't and I had to pay twice, plus their fees and late fees for one package. Scam!

Help full place
I do almost all of my shipping out of this FedEx/ ULS location due to its convenient location. I have my business shipping address setup here, which was easy to do thanks to their help. This location offer a wide array of services that help me run my small business, which allows me to spend more of my valuable time doing other things. Prices are probably to the high side, but worth it for the convenience factor of going here.
I don't go in as often but at one point I visited monthly and each time the staff was nice and friendly and service was quick and easy. I went in recently and the experience was still the same, and they even recognized that I hadn't been in for a while. Great black owned business.
Bless their hearts. I went to this place to send an envelope via FedEx and wouldn't you know THEY WERE OUT OF FEDEX ENVELOPES. Needless to say I went to another FedEx spot and they use plain white cardboard envelopes to place your letters in and PRINT a FedEx label. So simple. Like how do you run out of FedEx supplies? When you're low you reorder. Maybe I'll give them another try... Maybe not.
Great customer service
Customer service is great, but if you can, do NOT mail a package here. I dropped off an eBay package here about 2 days ago and usps tracking still says that usps is awaiting item. Are you kidding me? I’ll go in a double check with them today to make sure it gets sent, especially since I paid for 2-day shipping!
Duane and the entire team were friendly and very helpful. I needed to print documents before my flight and even had WiFi services available. He also went over shipping options to see which one was better for me. This is a great multi-service company in a convenient location! Great experience!
This place is the Pitts. Some weird looking twerp of a man working here looking like a lumberjack completely unprofession in his speech attire everything from a to z. I would seriously watch this place probably stuffing your important mail item in the back of his car telling you to blame the shipping company, also completely unknowledgeable!!!
Avoid at all costs completely ridiculously staffed and uniformed employees. Actually quite barf like and uncooperative with the laws of a cmra.
This place is awful. Not only they don’t know how to do their job, they absolutely don’t know how to communicate with customer. I went there to send a package including a visa application and my passport. Here after 45 days my tracking number shows that my package was never picked up. I went to the store two weeks ago, the guy behind the counter said his manager is not there and asked my contact number so he will call me back. He never did. I called 4 times to follow up every time the manager wasn’t there and they promised that he will call me back but no one called me. I called UPS and talked with few people and they told me that the shipping label on the package was messed up so it is probably in the UPS Olympic hub but you need to ask the store to make a request to return to the sender. I called the store; the manager is not there again. I went there yesterday and the guy behind the counter called the manager I talked with him on phone he was trying to convince me to go to the hub myself instead of taking responsibility and doing something and I knew and explained that it’s not the way it works then he said I am gonna call you back but of course he didn’t. They were just trying to get rid of me. I said I am gonna wait here till the manager call me back because the guy behind the counter refused to give me the manager’s number or name. Then he called security to throw me out. These guys are unbelievable. The guy behind the counter was the rudest person I have ever met. No need to mention that they still didn’t make the request or do anything regarding my lost package. I would rate Zero Star if I could.
Absolutely atrocious customer service and blatant disregard for their responsibilities in delivering what you pay for. We gave them a passport to send for a travel Visa with a prepaid return label included... apparently they placed the return label on the package instead of the outgoing label, which has caused the packaged to be lost in the chaos of UPS hubs. Now, more than a month later, with the help of UPS, we located the package at a hub in DTLA and the owner of the store needs to simply request a return to sender in order for us to get the passport back... but instead! This guy tells us to go to the UPS hub and ask for the package ourselves... which is not the protocol nor is it going to result in any progress since my mailbox LA is somehow listed as the sender of the package, not to mention a blatant disregard for his own responsibilities to customers paying for services at his store. An absolute disaster and endless headache, with nothing but sass and rude comments from the manager and his staff. MYMAILBOX LA: resolve this matter ASAP or I will continue to write reviews explaining in detail just how awful your store's treatment of its clientele is. If this does not get resolved, I'll be contacting the Consumer Protections Bureau to file a formal complaint against the business.
