Just wanted to share an experience I had with the service department. I brought my 2016 Tundra in, which I had bought new. I had it serviced every 5000 miles as the manual states. I came in at my 25000 service. I was told this time no oil change was needed. It is now every 10 000 miles. The manual clearly states every 5000. The service individual stated no oil change would be done. The paperwork clearly states it was not done, however it was billed for such services. I come in next week for an explanation. I was told since it was billed for the oil change, it was done. However, the previous service provider told me it wasn't performed and the document reflects it was omitted.
Why I am being told something that clearly looks suspect. I just want done what is right. I need to explain these are complimentary services for the first 25 000 miles. Hmm? Now I'm wondering if my tires were rotated. I've never thought this way before, but I feel I am being duped. Can the owner please explain the discrepancy. I just don't understand. I was told before I left. If it was billed, it was done. No matter what was on the paperwork or what the previous service advisor said. ?????
P.S. I have been very pleased with everything I have every had done, however I am just a bit confused by this latest experience.
This had to be the best experience when buying a car. Krystal our sales person was fabulous. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable on the car. When finalizing our deal it truly was haggle free. They gave us a fantastic deal . The finance officer was also very professional in his department. There was absolutely no pressure applied to purchase additional packages for the car. I would highly recommend Jim Norton Toyota for your next car. I love 💗 my car.
I took my 2015 Highlander in for regular oil change. I was greeted by Jerai Hershel with a polite greeting and a warm smile. He asked me my name and how he could help. I explained that all I needed was my oil changed. He explained to me that he would get my vehicle in right away. He later returned with my air filter and explained that it needed to be changed so that my vehicle could function properly. I agreed with him and my vehicle was serviced and washed within 1 hour. He thanked me for coming in and opened the door for me and showed me where my vehicle was located and ready to go. i appreciate his kindness. He is a added bonus to your service department.
We had a great experience with the Jim Norton Toyota dealership! Jerry, Katelynn, and Amanda went above and beyond for us in our transaction. We're from the next state over and had to drive quite a few hours to get there, but the staff did additional inspections of the vehicle and took additional photos to assure us that we wouldn't be wasting a long trip on a vehicle that was below expectations. The vehicle has been great, it was exactly as they described it. The staff was honest and great to work with!! Based on our experience we would definitely recommend the Jim Norton Toyota dealership to other folks!!!
David Espinoza was our sales guy. He got us into the exact car we wanted. Super professional and offered us tons of food and constantly made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be referring people to him.
Our salesman was Vladimir. He was super helpful and showed us all possible options and helped us settle on a new 4Runner. We didn't feel like we were being pushed or coaxed into buying something we didn't want/need from Vlad or our finance person, Marco. All of our options were presented and quality recommendations made but nothing forced on us. A much more positive experience than the one we had at Bob Howard. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a new Toyota
Sales staff is knowledgeable without being overbearing. Inventory is varied with numerous possibilities for each price range. Finance department searches for the best deals for the customer. Definitely recommend to anyone considering purchasing a new vehicle.
I went to the dealership for service. My car was there for almost nine hours for a one hour service job with a scheduled appointment at 9am. I started calling the service department around 4pm and was not able to get in touch with anyone except customer service support. Which they basically only assist with setting up appointments. Finally they called at 523pm, my car was ready. I requested the shuttle pickup the guy arrived in about fifteen minutes which was perfect timing. Once I arrived to the dealership I experienced the worst customer service experience I've ever received in my life. For starters they couldn't locate my vehicle. I was asked several times what kind of car and color. There was even an encounter where the service agent reached into my purse to pull the paperwork out which it was on top of my purse. But nobody should touch anyone's purse. I waited about 40 minutes for them to locate my vehicle. No one in the service department expressed any sympathy, any empathy or anything. Once again worst experience ever.
My sales person was Erin Cantrell she was knowledgeable and professional while still being very helpful and kind I felt like I had known her for years she helped to explain everything to me in detail so I had no surprises. My finance person was Drew he was also knowledgeable and professional very thorough and also assisted me in understanding the process both of them worked quickly and efficiently to make sure I got the car I wanted that had the features I wanted at a price I could afford I love my new car and I enjoyed doing business here .
Jonathan Madrid was the salesperson that worked with me the most. I was very happy working with him during the car buying process. He didn't use high pressure sales tactics. After the sale, he made time to come and sit in the car with me and connect my phone and show me how to operate the computer system. He called me a few days after I bought the car to see how everything was going.
Facility was clean. It was easy to make a service appointment. The service manager was professional and amiable. I would ask to work with him again. The oil change was quick and I appreciated that they checked the spare tire which was flat.
Best buying and trade-in experience I have had. I have dealt with a few dealerships in the past, and most were what you expect. The back and forth on price, pressure of a salesman and pushy ad ons once the purchase is made. The stars must have aligned perfectly for me with Jim Norton or they really have some great people working for them. Brandon was my salesman and Marco was my finance person. They both were as down to earth as it gets. Brandon really new how to talk to someone, not as a potential customer, but just as a good person. We shared some stories in the process of getting the right truck for me, and he made it enjoyable. Marco was just as pleasant to speak with, very transparent on everything. It might have taken longer to get finished up, but that was because we were having a good time talking about each other’s families. He explained everything in detail and answered every question I had. I will definitely be recommending this duo to anyone that needs to buy a new ride. Thank you again Brandon and Marco for a very calm and easy business transaction. Jim Norton, keep taking care of these guys!
I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. The sales team was geared to find what I wanted exactly. The finance team is.. well finance but I'll tell you one thing, I've been screwed over before by finance but not these guys. They took good care of me. Could use some more practice on calling people back however but none the less took care of me very well.
Thanks Jim norton for the awesome experience as well as my new truck. I'll be recommending you to all my customers as well as friends and family. You've earned yourself a life long customer now and someone who is very vocal in the online community giving you highly positive praise.
From the sales manager Ron, to the salesman Wavin... I was treated with respect and had an awesome car buying experience! I also appreciate the follow up from Wavin a couple days after the purchase of my new car to make sure my questions were answered and that I was enjoying my car. I have purchased 4 Toyota’s in the last 3 years and this was by far the best experience so Jim Norton OKC is now my dealership of choice. Great job!
Chris Williams was the salesman who helped me today. And I just have to say this, he is the most coolest, knowledgeable, and helpful person I've ever met while looking to buy a new vehicle. I only test drove 2 vehicles... 2! And the one he had suggested to me while talking about what I like in a car is the one I ended up loving and getting! I 100%, highly recommend asking for him if you're looking to get a new vehicle. He is just amazing!
I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle with this dealership. It was straightforward and hassle-free. A special mention to Chris Williams who was the sales person who assisted me. Instead of trying to overwhelm me with information and opinions he was working with what I wanted and really got out of the way. Could not find anything negative in particular about this location.

It was great until I made a deal, sales representative great. And car was great. They are cooperative.
But after I closed the deal, it was really pain to get their response. It took almost a month until I got a car (Im buying it from another states). And their finance department is not really agile enough. I
still did not have the title so I could not register now. I recommend knowing their director or supervisor.
I had the best experience at Jim Norton Toyota! This isn't a short review by any means.
I had been interested in upgrading my Chevrolet equinox to something a bit bigger, a 4Runner or Explorer were at the top of my list. I initially sought after a Ford Explorer at a local Ford dealership here in OKC. However, I experienced some pretty terrible sales tactics; they refused to give me the price advertised, refused to give me anything for my trade in, and when I frankly asked them to admit they were engaging in false advertising, I was told I didn't know what I was talking about. I have a masters degree in business administration and I have been in advertising and marketing for some time and when I shared this with the sales manager I was told that high paid lawyers from a billion dollar corporation told him that his dealership could sell cars in the manner he was. I promptly asked for the keys back on my trade in and informed them I'd be taking my business elsewhere.
So I arrived at Jim Norton Toyota around 8pm. I explained what had just happened and that I was interested in looking at a 4Runner as long as they could guarantee the online advertised price was the exact price asked no gimmicks; i wanted to spend no more than x amount and I didn't want to waste their time or mine. I was assured that was indeed the way they sold cars. So the fantastic salesman asked what my wants and desires were for the 4Runner I had in mind and confirmed the price range I was comfortable with. He brought around a Brand New 2019 4Runner SR5 Premium that fit all my "needs" and had most of my "wants", but definitely hit spot on the price point and they offered the trade in value I wanted for my old car.
Once we negotiated and agreed and I signed the tentative agreement, the experience only got better. I was with their finance department for as long as it took to get me the right deal regarding term, interest rates, & add ons. I say as long as it took because I was in no hurry and their team is full of troopers! It was after 11pm before we signed the deal and exchanged keys. But they got me the vehicle I wanted for exactly what I wanted to pay! I couldn't be more thrilled and I would recommend shopping Jim Norton Toyota to anyone!
The place overall is dirty. They need to update the chairs, clean the walls and children’s play area as well as get rid of it or update it and clean the area. Toyota is the top brand in my opinion an they can most definitely afford to keep it clean and comfortable. They need more staff members and better communication with customers and staff no matter if they are short staff or busy.
I do not remember the name salesman who helped me, but he was quite rude. I was there to test drive a used vehicle, and he did not seem happy to help me. I lost count of how many times he sighed. 10 minutes prior to me leaving my house, I called to make sure the car was still available, and it was, but when I got there the salesman started saying, it was probably sold, even after I told him I had just called. He was not taking me serious, and my prescense seemed to annoy him more then anything. He went and got the keys for the car, while I looked under the hood and everything. He gave me the keys, and the car didn't even start! The battery was completely dead, though it was 2 months old, the positive terminal of it was completely caked in corrosion. When it didn't start, he thought that was funny. He went to get a jumper box, and took his time doing so. I eventually walked back into the show room, and told him it's not worth my time or money to look at a car that won't even start. If I ever go back there, I will avoid this salesman at all costs. He was unhappy I was there, made me feel like I was wasting his time, didn't take me seriously, and generally did not make my experience a pleasant one.
I did not buy a car here. I am on their email list still and no matter how many times I've asked them to stop I still get emails. Highly recommend going elsewhere. I got a much better deal elsewhere
Called ahead to make sure the car I wanted was there, told them what time I would be there to look at it, they told me they would clean it up and have it waiting on me when I came. Got there and they said they sold the vehicle and it was going to action, sorry. But while your here let me show u this pos we got. Never again will I go to this bait and switch dealership.
I called up there trying to get simple information about getting a key copied. I kept getting transferred around. I could swear that one department would pick the phone up quickly and simple transfer me back to the operator.
When I would talk to the service department, I was cut off before I could finish what I would say. And then I'd be transferred.
They quoted me $142 to copy my Sienna key. I had a locksmith quote me $85. All I wanted to know was if they would match the locksmith's price.
But instead I just got transferred around a bunch.
I did finally get an answer to my question and everyone was nice. So I'll at least give 2 stars.
We've almost had a great experience shopping here. Brandon as a salesman was super nice and gave us the best deal. We bought a new Corolla 20 along with a $500 protection plan, but we had a second thought and returned that plan the next day we purchased. After 5 months we are still unable to get refund back. The plan was cancelled and no money refunded to us yet, probably we have to eat the loss. Be careful when you put down the money, you might not able to get it back like us. Or shop somewhere else!!!
Traveling to Oklahoma city to visit relatives and warning light came on. I arrived in the afternoon and immediately called Jim Norton Toyota. They got me in early the next morning and I was out before noon. The car was still under warranty and it turned out to be a minor repair, but you never know. Mark was my service advisor and he was absolutely great! I highly recommend this Toyota dealer!
My daughter and I went looking for her a new car and Jim Norton Toyota was by far the best place to buy a car. I recommend them to everyone. A perfect 10 in my eyes. GREAT JOB OMAR AND JOE!!!
With only a few little hiccups, this was a great buying experience. Our daughter was buying a car for the first time. She knew what she wanted, knew what she wanted to spend, and Tony made it happen. He was patient with us and got us the exact price we asked for. Then there is Vladimir - wow, we have dealt with quite a few finance guys and he is not typical. He wasn't pushy at all, explained everything as we went along and was patient when things that were suppose to be worked out with our bank weren't. I've never been a fan of buying a car or of car people but this was a good experience. Ask for Tony and ask for Vladimir - they will make car buying pleasant.
Buyers Beware~ Jim Norton Toyota did NOT come through for us. We walked in prepared with a pre-approved loan with an amazing interest rate. We test drove the highlander and decided to buy it that night. We negotiated and signed paperwork but then before they would give us the keys the sales rep said he had made a mistake not adding in the $1168 left on our current vehicle that we're trading in. His manager was then made aware of the situation and he said he was "unable to do anything else for us" as this was the lowest price he could sell the car for and also take on the payment from our trade-in without the approval of his General Manager.
They then tried to pitch us on getting their dealership loan for the rebates, with a much higher interest rate, that way we could get the vehicle and THEN take out another loan from our original lender with the lower interest rate to pay off their dealer loan! WHAT? Of course we declined that ridiculous idea and said we were willing to walk because we were up front with everything and we are NOT paying for their mistake. The sales manager assured us he would speak with his GM on Monday and will give us an update on it all that day. The Sales rep called Monday early afternoon stating he did not get an answer from the GM yet but that he was still working on it. We were never contacted again.
We are appalled with their lack of professionalism and will never send any of our Military friends or family to do business with this snake of a dealership.
First off two thumbs up to the salesman Mr Christian he took very good care of me put me in the car I wanted good payments so if anyone looking to buy a dependable vehicle go there and ask Christian tell him Ural sent you in he'll get it done
They have sellers who don’t know the cars they are selling! Bad costumer service. I bought a car and it came without carpets, without the engine cover and they didn’t even know.
I went to talk to the manager to get an answer as to why my car didn't bring the carpets! I talked to a manager named Ron or something, I didn't know his last name. I treat myself badly, he is a rude and poorly educated man, I asked him a question and he told me rudely, he was already finishing with me. I bought the most expensive version and according to that manager my car comes without carpets and all other versions it brings them. that seems illogical to me. It is the first time in my life that I receive a bad treatment from a manager. Obviously that man does not represent the quality for which Toyota is known worldwide. He should work where he has no contact with customers.
He told me in my face were not going to give them to me because I made a bad review about them on google. This is a third world dealership. I had to cancel warranties and I have to do the services to my car in another Toyota dealership. Before buying a car there, there are better places in the city. This dealer is a circus.
Very friendly and helpful service personnel! I was driving cross-country to handle a family emergency and was in a hurry. Along the way, one of my brake pads cracked and failed. When I called, I explained the situation and Anthony was very helpful. I was able to get a new set of pads put in in 30 minutes despite arriving very late in the day (about 4:10pm). I was able to get back on the road quickly thanks to the help I received.
The sales person was great then it went down hill very fast after that.
The finance person won’t give us the time of day with his computer screen talking 100 miles a minute swiping to the next screen without us even being able to see what it was.
Then the promised us a loan vehicle while they installed the remote start. No loaner available. Service blamed Sales and Sales blamed Service. REALLY!!
If your going to buy a Toyota, don’t buy it here. Treat your self to a dealer who treats you well. This is not it!!!
Living on this side of town now...this is the closest Toyota dealership to me. According to my warranty I needed an oil change & tire rotation (even though I 2k miles short of the mileage marker) before 6.30.2020

I made an appointment the week before and arrived @ 830 am 840 appointment time to a cheerful Shy - service advisor. He got me taken care of and let me know the expected wait time 60+ mins. I went and toured the lot waited for an Uber. (I wanted to rent a car from them...yes I was willing to pay them money to go a mile up the road to knock out some groceries for the kids of the house) not available....
I truly appreciate Shy informing me on the process and calling me when the service was done. This dealership is blessed to have him on staff! (My perspective)

They are very fast and efficient. Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful. I always wait less than an hour and am impressed with how quick they get my service done.
I've given this place multiple attempts to have good customer service. They need HELP all around. I got calls from sales agents after I told them to stop calling after the 1st call. The agent also told me the car I was interested in wasn't smoked in and didn't list the hail damage that was clearly on the car. Yes it was!!! There was ash on the floor boards. Some Service reps are good and other will just look at you and then carry on talking to another employee. Lastly, today I try to call for service and was hold for over 10 minutes. No one answered. I decided to go the dealership. Come to find out after I read the sign on the servie door, they close the Service dept early due to COVID. Fine, but PUT THAT MESSAGE ON YOUR PHONE SYSTEM! I'M DONE. NEVER AGAIN.
We love the service these guys provide. They always go above and beyond. I really appreciate that.
I was sent to Jim Norton Toyota by David Stanley which they had plenty of good things to say about Jim Norton and they had a variety of the type of car I wanted. The amazing salesman that helped me through the whole process was Wilbur. He made sure that the car I was interested in fit the details and features I asked for! Along with answering all of my questions fluently in English and in Spanish for my father who accompanied me, he made sure we were comfortable and not feeling pressured throughout the whole process. Joe Rosarios helped explain in depth all of the paperwork and warranty of my new car! He made sure I understood everything that I was signing and instead of handing me a bunch of papers, it was done electronically. Quite modernized which I loved on top of being an avengers fan! Would absolutely recommend to friends and family, even strangers looking to buy a car.
Brandon Meadows- Very professional and Helpful yet he allowed me the space to look and think. I Truly enjoyed my experience with him and because of him I left with a 2020 car. Matthew also played a very strong part in helping me by showing me that I do matter and that I was not just another sale.

Bought a new car at Jim Norton Toyota of OKC 5 days ago and was greeted/assisted by Tim Wilson. Tim provided us an excellent customer service and pleasant buying experience. He took the time in explaining every details and answered all our questions. Never felt hassled the entire process. Came back the next day for service and was also assisted by Heath Sweiss. Heath went out of his way in taking care of us and gave us an excellent safety advise. Huge thanks to these 2 gentlemen! We recommend Jim Norton Toyota of OKC for their staff's outstanding customer service and ask for Tim and Heath to assist you in getting into your new car. Thank you!
