How would you rate City Heights Farmers Market?
I come to this Farmers' Market almost every Saturday to buy my greens. A couple of the vendors usually have Kale, Mustard and Collard Greens. There are a variety of veggies and they are always fresh.
A true multicultural urban farmers market.
Not much there.
The boys playing jazz were awesome!!!!
Organic foods present here
Fresh fruits and veggies plus yummy food stands.
Small farmers market, not many vendors... I go to get the BEST deal on local raw honey in SD! Other than that, there are lots of okay looking veggies and craft/clothing items.
Nice local market, food, people, and music
Small, but mighty!
Not really worth it.
Always pure delight to visit Farmer Bill and family and San Diego's organic collection of seeds, plants, soils! Also there are lots of Innovations in Hydroponics, organic gardening, and crops that work within San Diego's climate.
Really great produce and plants.
Especially love the kale chips and bananna brittle one guy there sells!
There are fresh and organic vegetables. Also fruits, but they kinda expensive than usual market products.
Have to try Pochos tacos handmade tortillas mmmm
Sad little farmers market. Not many vendors
Small market very expensive and bad fruits and vegetables.....
A crucial hub of the neighborhood. It has grown and dipped multiple times over the years, so always worth checking out. Plus ten points for great affordable organic veggies.
Lots of food stalls, a swap meet type plastic toy and sundries vendor, local honey, and a decent number of produce vendors, not all local. Stories and free books for children, a low-key vendor of free gospel DVDS in many languages., and a guy selling stuff made with hemp oil. Near buses, might be parking at nearby strip mall. Close to a Wells Fargo ATM.
When it's really windy/wet out, but don't have the courage to trek from the Financial District to the the Farmer's Market at the Ferry Building on a Thursday, the Crocker Galleria's Farmers Market is a great second option.
All we need its here
