How would you rate BASICS Training Studio?
Old school field house environment where you can get in a real workout with a myriad of different workout equipment. Trainers seem to know east they are doing and it has s family environment.
Great one on one OR group training. Couldn't imagine going any where else
This is the home of some of the best trainers in Houston. Byron runs a great program and is capable of working with anyone no matter the fitness level. I love the fact that it's all about having a great workout and no one feels out of place.

I go to Misfit strength to get some work done with Chris Courtright to help me recover faster from BJJ practice. He uses graston technique as well as a couple of the things to fix me right up
No B/S place to work out, lift weights, and get your sweat on. My kind of gym. Byron, the owner, is the man.

Strong sense of community and dedication to fitness from the staff and the clients. All the staff look like they just walked out of a Muscle Magazine!They have everything from tire flipping to stairmasters. [Much better than any box gym]. Go earn your sweat!
