How would you rate Sublime Doughnuts?
These doughnuts are special. The actual doughnuts are light and fluffy not heavy or greasy. Love the variety of options. Go early to get the best selection. Ingredients seem to be high quality and service is good.
I've tried the toffee, strawberry, white chocolate peach fritter and the cinnamon swirl doughnut. All were good. Sublime is a great choice for doughnuts that are kinda fancy.
Delicious donuts and a sweet owner. I go in frequently for the glazed croissants; recently, a bank mix up meant a cool $500 vanished from my account - which I learned when my card was declined at Sublime! While I was outside giving my bank what for, the owner of Sublime came out and gave me the donuts on the house. It was a small gesture, but I appreciated it at a very upsetting moment!
I recommend the toffee caramel, the orange dream - really they're all very good!
one of the best doughnut shops in atl. if you can only get one thing you MUST get the strawberries and cream doughnut with fresh sliced strawberries. Each doughnut is only $2. they have tons of different creations and more seasonal varieties. its pretty small inside it has a few tables and couches for you to sit and enjoy. Just want to say again....STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM! my only suggestion would be to put nutella inside the doughnut instead of just as frosting on top, seems like a no brainer and i hope the right person reads this ha.
After reading reviews in national foodie mags, I motivated one early Saturday to snag a dozen doughnuts. Holly Hannah, deliciousness dipped in glaze! The A - a Boston cream shaped like an A - is my all time favorite. The strawberries and cream - fresh berries and cream cheese custard-type filling - is an upscale spin on a breakfast treat. Other adventurous flavors continue to impress no matter how wacky they sound. Get there early to ensure you have ample selection to pick from. Know that no matter how hard you try to be polite and smile the staff will come across as put-out and grumpy. Forgive them because they were up before the sun to satisfy your need for gourmet sugar in the morning.
I purchased the dulce de leche and toffee doughnut. Both options were tasty and fresh as well as light and fluffy in texture. The doughnuts were not similar to Krispy Kreme, though. I would recommend trying this place and taking visitors there. I'm not a huge doughnut lover, but this a fun location with some great options!
Can you think of a better way than getting a donut to reward yourself for doing a 5K? No, you can't. That's why I stopped by Sublime and treated myself to their Strawberries & Cream donut. It truly is sublime! I've fought rush hour traffic to get a donut before. And just when I thought they were all out, they brought more fresh goodies out so that I could indulge. Gotta love it!
Bet you can't say this 5 times fast: A dozen delicious decadent doughnuts deserves decisive praise for defying daring odds to do different things in Atlanta. This doughnut shop is AMAZING. Fresh pastries that you can pair with even better ice cream. Heaven on Earth! Sublime Doughnuts is honestly one of the best doughnut shops in the city of Atlanta, or dare I say it... in the WORLD and we are just lucky that the owner decided to place his first location here. I would highly recommend that you check this shop out soon.
What more can be said about these pillowy pastries of goodness? I love Sublime. Love. If I'm anywhere near 10th street, I have to stop to get at least one.
My favs include: strawberries and cream, orange dream star, nutella and my newest favorite - the salted caramel with balsamic. The first time I had that I nearly ate a fingernail as well. Devoured.
They do a consistent, solid job with their craft and we are lucky to have them in the city.
Unique and tasty donuts that will surprise those that usually eat dunkin donuts or Krispy Kreme.
DONUT HEAVEN. I've only heard good things and couldn't wait to try it out for myself. It definitely met my high expectations (and I LOVE donuts, guys). The donuts taste fresh and are unique in flavor. I tried the Oreo and Butter Toffee donuts. The latter was definitely my favorite. I'm not a huge fan of slap-in-your-face-sweetness, and thankfully these were a perfect balance. It's a cute little place, and wasn't extremely busy when I went there on a Thursday night. Can't wait to go back!
Delicious Donut Delights! Amazing pillowy soft and tender donuts in a large variety of flavors. Peanut Butter Cup, Dulce de Leche, and Fresh Strawberries and Cream and on Saturday, Bacon Donuts! Everything is made fresh and is absolutely delicious!
well worth the hype! we grabbed a dozen and every single one was delicious - oreo, strawberries and cream, dulce de leche, reese's... i get the impression you can't go wrong. there was a line to the door (sunday morning, y'all) but it moved pretty quickly and the doughnuts were worth it. will be returning for sure.
also, it's *nothing* like krispy kreme (which i like well enough, no hating on them). it's way better.
It's similar to Krispy Kreme donuts. Donuts are $1.5-2.00 each and you get about a $3.00 discount per dozen so about $20/dozen. The best one I had here was the strawberry creme one, and the best part was the strawberry. I like Davinci's Donuts in Alpharetta a lot better.
Omgggg!!! Delicious donuts with a friendly (& patient) staff. We ordered pretty much one of everything so I will highlight a few. Must try: salt and vinegar (unique for sure)...strawberries and cream (lord have mercy)...honey glazed bowtie (simple and literally dissolves in your mouth)...Oreo (for cookie lovers) and sweet potato (mmmm). All of them were great, including the ones I didn't name (all the fritters were good btw). Not a lot of seating so if you are wanting to stick around with friends get there early the line gets long quickly. And if you ask for a cup of water don't expect anything fancy, it's straight from the sink lol...but you don't come here for the water.
Everything is amazing. Start with an A-Town Creme to get a taste for how better ingredients make a better donut. Then get a little more experimental with a Dirty D or S'more. And before you leave, or when you inevitably return, do yourself a favor and eat a Strawberries and Creme...
Delicious!! What a fun outing for kids of all ages!! All of our taste buds exploded after eating some of these delectable treats!! Yum!!!
Best donuts I've ever had. They're pricey so I would consider them an occasional treat but well worth the price once in a while.
The. Best. Donuts. Everything is fantastic, but the Strawberry & Creme and Orange Dreamstar stand above the rest (and I'm a chocolate guy myself). If you ever go in and they have the creme brûlée donut...get it.
Wow. Just wow.
This tiny little place next to mediocre other places has THE best donuts I've ever had. The name is right: the donuts are sublime. They have a variety of donuts, and somehow the fruit flavored ones are better.... which says something on its own. They are sweet, but not overwhelmingly so, soft, and fluffy. I've only had a couple, like the cinnamon one and the banana one or strawberry creme one I think, I don't exactly recall. Either way, this place is definitely the best donut place I've been to, and I'd love to come back to try the rest of their donuts.
Great donuts!! Much better than donuts from other places. Definitely try the strawberry n cream and raspberry filled heart donuts. Great value for money!
My daughter and I visited on Nov. 8, 2015. The donuts were delicious! Pretty small place, but we found a couple of spots at the counter to enjoy our donuts.
If visiting Atlanta this place is a must. Great donut creations and a cute atmosphere!
OMG - The best Strawberries and Cream Doughnut I've EVER had in my life!! YESSSSS Sublime Doughnuts
The BEST donuts you will ever have. These have ruined every other kind of donut for me. If you have never tried it, I promise it is worth it.
The dough is so fresh and their flavors are all so unique and delicious. The most popular items are probably the fresh strawberry donut and the A-town cream, so I recommend going with one those for your first time.
I couldnt pick one or two. The donuts look so artsy n pretty youre tempted to try as many possible. Theyre always fresh and each donut has its own personality...if thats possible lol.
I saw this shop last year and had never gone before...well, I should have stayed away because they are the most incredible that I have ever had. I am so confused and so furious at the phenomenal taste. I SHALL RETURN!!
I love sublime donuts. These used to be the best ranked, but to me they are still the best. My favorite is the A-town creme donut.
Wow! I'm not a big donut type person but goodness this has changed everything for me lol!! By far the BEST donut place I've ever been too and I've been to a lot of places in different states in the US. Can't go wrong with any donut you pick! They are out of this world donuts. Best spot ever!
The resess doughnut is NOM, NOM!
Tourist trap: ask exact prices of their drinks even though it is displayed on their menu because the names on the menu are misleading. For example, an order of simple brewed coffee in their world is interpreted as a nitro coffee and charged a staggering 3:50$ for 12oz :) Staff pretends ignorance. Probably a consumer affairs case is brewing of misrepresenting prices. Locals don't buy drinks from them :)
Wow, this is where the tooth fairy takes you to get your teeth to fall out =)
Seriously good doughnuts. Not your ordinary glazed or cream filled either. No. These are serious. Punch you in the head and beat you in to submission doughnuts. I mean that in a good way. They are not normal. They are from another planet. They are excellent.
I ordered a number of doughnuts here...
1.Nutella... I love Nutella, I was hoping for more in this doughnut. Probably the only let down of the bunch.
2. Strawberry & Cream - Fantastic cream and fresh sliced strawberries in a halved doughnut. Great choice!
3. Orange Star... a cream filled sweet orange glazed. Great, but a tooth killer as far as the sweetness
4. A Town Cream - A cream filled done perfectly.
5. Smores Doughnut - Very good, although another tooth slayer in the making.
All in all, a fantastic little place. Its off of 10th and Hemp Hill... If you are looking for a place to Eat... Antico's my favorite Pizza place in the USA is one or two blocks away (on Hemp Hill).
Sublime doughnuts is clean, relaxing, charming. The treats are tasty and a bit pricy ~$1.50-$1.75 each but well worth the trip to the dentist.
first time eating at sublime. this location just opened. staff was unfriendly. stock was limited. did not have ice cream or speciality coffee available. many donut varieties were not available. line was out the door and moved slowly. we went at 9pm. donuts were very tasty though.
Forget Krispy Kreme -- Sublime Donuts are the local, must-have sweet treats that have no competition in the ATL. From the A-town Cream to the Toffee Caramel and Orange Dream Star, every single bite is a delight. On weekends, arrive early, or you'll be standing in line ... but even the line is fun, because the people you meet share a passion for these remarkably addictive donuts. First timer? Be sure to get at least one Fresh Strawberry and Cream donut -- and, if you're lucky, snag a Saturday-only Maple Bacon to go with it. This joint never fails to impress. Highly recommended.
Service - 5 Stars
Ambiance - 5 Stars
White Chocolate Peach Fritter - 2 Stars. Don't get me wrong its great. But has no peaches. I got tiny bit of peach in the whole fritter. Add more peaches.
Caramel Apple Fritter - 2 Stars - Not enough apple flavor.
Orange Cream - 3 stars. Good Flavor but bit too sweet for my taste
Fresh Strawberry and Cream - 4 stars - Sweet but great. Must have
Oreo - 5 Stars. Must Have.
Nutella - 1 Star. Just a plain doughnut with Nutella on it. Didn't care for it much.
Chocolate Wild Berry Fritter - Same issue as other flavor. The berry flavor is missing.
A-town Mocha - 5 stars. Its amazing. Perfect combination. Must have
Salt & Vinegar - 3.5 Stars. Something different, must try.
Dulce le leche - 1 star. Plain doughtnut with caramel on top. Nothing special.
Rasberry Filled Heart - 3.5 Stars - Both powdered and chocolate covered versions are good.
The employees are friendly and helpful and the nitrogenated cold brew is great, but the actual doughnuts don't really do it for me. The toppings and flavor combinations are creative and generally good, but the actually "fried dough" part of the doughnuts tastes pretty similar to something like Dunkin, to me. If I were choosing based on the doughnuts alone, I would always go to Revolution over here. Sublime, however, has *much* better hours and a *much* better location.
I have been living in Atlanta for a few years now,but many things and places are still unfamiliar to me. I have heard so much about this place but never had the chance to try their donuts and I have never seen a location...until last weekend when I was headed home from Atlantic Station. It's in a small shopping plaza so if if's not too busy you should be able to find a park and all will be fine. It is a little small and quaint, which I like because it makes the experience more intimate and fun. They have sheets of paper with the pictures and prices of everything so you can choose what you would like before you get to the counter. The downside is that some of the donuts are only served on certain days and made in small quantities so get there early or be SOL. Out of what they did have that appealed to me, I tried two and was left dissappointed. I had a traditional glaze donute and some of type wheat cinnamom twist donut. Don't get me wrong, the taste was nice but nothing that I haven't had before or couldn't buy at Publix or Kroger. I would like to go back and try the donuts that were sold out the day I went, but only if I am in the area again. Based of what I had the place isn't worth driving out the way to go to.
Best we have had in atlanta. FrOster croissants and dark chocolate doughnuts are as good as it gets!!
So I heard about this place on WSB Belinda Skeltons Atlanta living a month or two ago. Iv'e been wanting to go there an I did finally last night. Great location downtown, right off 10th street. There were about 10 people in there and I waited about 5 minutes to get sereved. They were having trouble with there Mac register (get rid of it please) so I was patient. The people were friendly, I realized it wasn't a mass moving doghnut machine like Krispy or Dunken, but thats ok. They definitly are lacking in an expedient system for service but the employees were frendly being understaffed as one said. It happens. So, I bought a dozen for my family. With tip I spent $20. They didn't have any red velvet which was dissapointing but They still had a good selection. The A Town Lived up to what I heard. The Dulce de leche needs to be filled, not glazed. But it was good. The rasberry filling was amazing but......BUT.... The oreo was the dissapointing one. It was good, when I cut it in half i drooled, but it 's filling had a weird taste to it, sweet but like somene else described "floral" Maybe? My hope is they develop a system thats more expediant. The prices where on the high side, avg $1.80 a doghnut. So i felt it was a bit overrated. They are decent size and the rest were inhaled by my kids so I know there good having tried a bit of each. I still will go back again, I just hope they invest on improvments to how they deliver. Keep the staff, there good people. I think this place has a lot of potential to compete with the big 2 down the road. For taste i will say 4 1/2 though.
I am more a fan of standard glazed doughnuts with cream filing but this place has more unique flavors that I'm personally not a fan of. If you like doughnuts sans glaze then this is the place for you because what they do have is very nice quality.
The idea is fantastic and the location is good. I loved the interior of the restaurant and the ambience. I wanted to love this place because the donut flavors are so unique but I was SO disappointed. Everything tasted the same, like potpourri or something. All of the cream filled donuts had a strange floral taste. The fritters were okay but for the price it should have been much better.
They were out of several flavors of donuts plus the service sucked. Are they getting high back there or something? Or do they have tho work 24 hour shifts, too? They were slow and rude, and the guy didn't even say thank you. I had to remind him. Plus the food wasn't all that. I've had better. They're overpriced and I hate to say it but I'd much rather go to Dunkin' or Krispy.
Great donut shop. A bit overpriced. I would recommend the oreo donut or the Nutella but overall great donuts
I love treating myself to Sublime. They always have a good selection of doughnuts available regardless of the time of day!
Definitely some of the best donuts I've ever had. I love their strawberry and cream one.
My favorite in town doughnut shop for 5 years strong. In summation, these 🍩 are carefully crafted in flavor, thoughtfully made, and consistently fresh. Enjoy
The best cinnamon roll I've eaten ever. I've been a fan until trying Sublime's creation. It's simply perfect with just the right amounts of sweetness minus extreme glaze.
This place is the only place that I'll choose over Krispy Kreme. The selection is awesome! The taste is amazing! My inner Homer Simpson comes out when I visit.
Interesting and unique flavors...cinnamon stick isnt super sugary and would go good with coffee...great customer service
I was pretty hyped up about this place and I think part of the reason why I didn't have the greatest experience had to deal with the time of day (9pm). Had the Oreo donut and Nutella donut. Oreo was super filled, almost too sweet. Nutella was ok. The donuts didn't taste fresh but I chalk that up with time of day. Would give it another go to be proven otherwise.
If you like donuts then you'll love this place! This is a small donut shop with very good tasting specialty donuts and pastries. The staff is nice and everything is clean. The store is situated right next to Georgia Tech so there are always students coming in and buying food. The interior design and music choice fits the store perfectly.
Perfect donuts, ambience, service, ingredients. No bad aftertaste. Real ingredients. Wish there were more locations around town.
Awesome donuts with a variety of flavor combinations to please anyone's sweet tooth! The strawberry and cream is excellent.
I wish I could give 6 stars! By far the best donut ever. I drove 40 miles to get a dozen. My favorite is the Strawberry & Cream ...
Great donuts and amazing ice cream. But the employees are weird. Like, really weird. Like it's a front or something.
Strawberry and Creme is the best. Busy but fast service. Good coffee.
Yes, all the donuts are fresh and amazing. My favorite was the strawberry short cake. Do you want an Ice cream sandwich with a donut bun? Yes, you can have it all!
Amazing FRESH doughnuts, and they're open 24hrs. As a college student I probably went here way too often to satisfy my sweet tooth and to stress eat. But it was always delicious. There is usually a doughnut that might not be on the menu, so I encourage people to ask about it and try it! However, everything on the menu is equally as enjoyable! And the staff is always so nice and welcoming. It's a relaxing atmosphere, with some dope tunes usually playing, and free wifi. Its's a hopping place, but make sure you go during normal human hours to get the best selection because they stop replenishing the least sellers during the late hours.
The food, quality, and design is great. But I got to say that it is quite expensive. It is a nice place to hang out at with friends and family. It's 24 hours. It can be kinda packed. But I got to say it is amazing.
Oh my gosh, do not miss an opportunity to go eat at Sublime Doughnuts. These are melt-in-your-mouth quality. Try the honey glazed bow tie and let your mouth guide your other choices. We frequent this location and haven't had a bad doughnut.
What am amazing donut shop. So many different donuts to choose from. If you are in the Georgia Tech area you MUST stop by. Open 24 hours
Great homemade donuts. The service and atmosphere to bland. First time visiting thought atmosphere would be more friendly.
This place was wonderful! It's right in Tech Square. The artwork in the shop is really nice, and the shop itself has a very relaxed atmosphere. I got the Reese's cup donut with the peanut butter center and it was delicious.... oh so soft and oh so sweet. It was fluffy, and very filling. My order was taken quickly, and the staff were super kind. The prices are nice too, I paid about $2 for one donut! I will definitely be returning here. :)
Sublime is a local favorite donut store. I highly recommend their strawberries and cream donut with is SO fresh. They're open really late so you can always go in to if you're craving something sweet. You get a discount for buying donuts by the half dozen or dozen.
I read an article about the top doughnuts store in each state and Sublime was mentioned for Georgia. Loved the variety and enjoyed my choices. I think the prices are also reasonable for an artisan type shop.
Good coffee. The orange star donut tastes just like and old fashioned creamsicle. They stay open late. It's perfect for when you need to indulge that craving.
This place is soooo good! We went at 3 am and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Took some home and let the kids have some and they absolutely loved them! Lol were actually going back today to get them some of their own! Thanks for such a great first time experience😚
Y'all. Where do I begin. I've been coming here since 2009 and Kamal, the chef, is always innovating. The stable of varieties available from day one was already delicious. Even though I've moved far away, I make it a priority to come here, stock up on old favorites, and see what's new. Always nice to occasionally see Kamal in the store and chat.
While watching Food Network with Jeff Dunham and he was here I got here the very next day which was last week Sunday. Today my husband is passing through the town and I brought him here to enjoy the Peach Madness with Peach Sorbet and all it's fixings. I will tell you that you have won him over as you got me. Keep up the awesome job you're doing!!!
Amazingly creative doughnuts, all very affordable. They also had some of the best ice cream I've ever had. I went with friends at around 3am and the lady working was welcoming and even gave us a free ice cream to try (it was avocado and it was heavenly).
Omg! Where have these donuts been all my life? I am not a donut kind of girl but after seeing this ship on food network I made plans to visit them the next morning. I had got a mix of red velvet, Butterfinger for my son, the croissant and strawberries and cream donuts. I automatically fell in 😍 with the red velvet donut! I will be back!
I always go for the orange dream star (orange cream filling with orange glaze on the outside). Citrus sounds like a strange flavor for a donut, but you'd be very surprised. It's actually a quite refreshing flavor. Another favorite of mine would be the strawberry one. These really is one of the 100 places (or maybe 50 or 30) you should eat in ATL before you die.
An ATL institution - with the appeal of 24 hour service! We tried the strawberries & cream donut & cookie crunch donut (topped with 2 different chocolate cookies). Friendly staff, willing to talk you through the many varieties - but the donuts themselves are fairly grocery-store standard - hiding below the unique toppings & fillings. The fun toppings, service, and opportunity to experience local flavor are what makes it a fun experience, but once is enough.
The donuts and coffee were awesome! Lots of fun and daring donut combinations. A Town cream is a must if your a first timer. If you're going to eat a donut than at least make it a good one!
Donuts are unlike anything you've had before! You must try at least once if you live in Atlanta. The special flavors are SUPER sweet, but I guess that's to be expected.
Absolutely scrumptious donuts. Wide selection of creative flavors, with seasonal flavors too. Recently tried the ice cream "burger" which was over the top but really good to share with someone.
I loved the donuts! I'm a sweet freak so this was right up my alley! Great concept. The only thing I would suggest is ....I wish the donuts were warm, or if they gave you the option to have your donut heated...otherwise it was great!
The donuts are delicious and I usullay get great service there, but the last time I made an order the lady that answered was extremely rude. Whoever she is needs to be FIRED! I will not be returning after such an unpleasant encounter.
So good! The fresh strawberries and cream donuts are the best ever! The orange dream star and raspberry donuts are among my favorite here. The coffee however, is not good! They need to up their coffee game.
The only standout piece of dough is the honey glazed bow tie. Everything else is a Dunkin Donut with some fancy stuff on it. Thing is...THEY NEVER HAVE BOW TIES. Twice now I’ve come and you haven’t had bow ties so I suppose I’ll stop trying.
One of the only donut places we found late at night, but it was a pretty great one. It's in a college town so it makes sense that it's open 24/7. The ladies who helped up out were very nice and helpful and I chose two of their specialties. I put four stars because they were good, but not mind blowing. But it's a safe bet if you're wanting to try some new innovative flavors.
Everything here is good, but all of their doughnuts are super sweet. They need to diversify and play with some more savory and subtle flavors.
I would definitely go back, but I’ll probably just get one or two doughnuts instead of a dozen since they were all more or less the same—sugar.
I love love the donuts. Strawberry cream and A-town are my favorites. One suggestion, the Sublime on 10th street should pull up the carpet. The carpet was the 1st thing I noticed when I walked in. Other than that, the service was good.
Donuts are excellent! Customer service is lacking. No joy in the staff, nor do they make you feel welcomed when you walk in excited about buying a "fun" food. A moment that is supposed to be enjoyable is quickly taken away by the staff. I've gone many times and unfortunately it's the same stale service. Too bad for such a good and fresh product. I'll have to find another spot. :( Oh well, goodbye Sublime. Please treat the rest of your customers better.!
Sublime offers some of the best donuts you will ever have! They're open 24/7, sell ice cream and coffee, and they ALWAYS play wonderful music. Whether you're stopping in just to buy or sitting to consume your donuts, you'll love this place!
Delicious donuts!! I had a nutella and banana fritter, and they were both very good. Get a dozen, you won't regret it. The service was not bad at all, they just seemed as if they would rather be somewhere else. It smelled of some lovely coffee, I might try that next time.
Ok, my daughter loves this place so it has its proponents and the donuts are good with lots of varieties to choose from. I just wasn't impressed, that's all. If you are in the area, or even better if you're friend/kid is a student at one of the nearby universities, I would recommend that you try it out, someone will probably drag you there anyway so may as well get a jump on it and sound 'hip'.
I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!! The owner is a genius and many kudos to him!! I would love to give five stars but I just feel the customer service lacks. I've been here many times and I will continue to rave about how I think the owner is a genius and the donuts are great... but I have yet to meet a cashier who seems happy to be there. When people ask about the different flavors it's like the cashiers are annoyed and lack interest. Usually their focus is elsewhere, they are very nonchalant and eye contact is non existent. I understand that people probably ask about the flavors all day, everyday... but customer service is key, no matter how awesome the product is! May I suggest that flavor signs be invested in to rid the annoyance of constant 'what's that one over there?' questions and a customer service 101 training. Keep up the deliciousness and up the customer service! I will be back.
It's an excellent place to eat at. First, this is a black-owned business, and I will always support that! Second, this place is open 24 hours! So if you wake up in the middle of the night with a craving, Sublime will satisfy your needs!
My personal favorite donut is the strawberries and cream donut! It's perfect, delicious, and just heaven in my mouth.
I really enjoyed this place. They had donuts and sorbet and coffee. It's a really chill cafe, and it's next door to a Firehouse Subs and a Chinese Restaurant, so it'll be good for dessert after a meal. The donuts here are really creative. I ordered the s'mores donut and it was really good especially with the marshmallow in the middle. I took some home that day, and the Reese donut too.
Fantastic donuts in a nice little store located right off the Georgia Tech campus. There's a great variety of creative donuts so there's something no matter what your tastes are. Not a great study location, but a great place for a coffee and donut study break.
My husband and I came to Atlanta from Fl after working night shifts we couldn't sleep come 3am with everywhere else being closed we figured why not.
The young guy working the counter was absolutely fantastic, answering our "what's that flavor" questions over and over with a laugh and a smile! Working night shift I know, the struggle is real come 3 am, and he never showed it at all!
The Strawberries and creme, and the Cresants were definitely our favorites!!!!!
I would go back and recommend this place to others!!!
If I could give this place 1,000 stars I would. This is by far the best donut place I’ve ever been to. By far! If you love Oreos and love donuts, then the Oreo donut will be heaven to you. The cake part of the donut tastes exactly like the black part on a Oreo and the cream filling in the donut tastes exactly like the cream in an Oreo.
Again, if you live in Atlanta or go to Atlanta then this place is a must.
I would actually take one star off my 1,000 if I could give them 1,000 stars, because there’s one thing they lack... delivery to other states. I live in NM and would love for them to start a delivery service.
I love it - hard not to stop into the Chinese restaurant nearby, but strawberry is just perfect. Do not miss the toffee one either, people are right about that.
Man just a nice little zone inside. Comfy chairs, friendly folk, quiet and soft between little clumps of people.
Second time trying. The donuts are okay. You must be a fan of cake donuts. They do have unique flavor options. After reading the rave reviews, I wanted to try the strawberry donut. Of course they were out. I was very disappointed. The service mediocre. It is nothing to rave or complain about. The setting is cute. It has high traffic, get crowded real fast, and tight. I can easily see this being another Atlanta' s landmark. They should have drive thru option to offer the diners more relaxed atmosphere or at least separate it from the check out. It's true the red velvet donut was tasteless and dry not to try again. Overall cute spot with unique variety of cake donuts that's open 24 hrs.
Best doughnuts ever, hands down! Not overly sweet, but just right. Large selection and every option is amazing. Friendly staff and great service. Totally worth the stop!
So many great choices! My favorite is the A-town cream (A-town version of Boston creme). Donuts from here seem especially indulgent, almost cake-like. But donuts are not healthy anyway, right? So might as well have a donut that is worth the calories! Just make sure to eat it slowly (that’s what she said).
Some friends took me to this donut shop with my Aunt and they seemed pretty excited about it. When we arrived it didn't look like anything special. It's small, dimly lit but very clean and well kept. I asked the cashier what their favorite donut is and she said the strawberry cream filled donut. I got that and my aunt got the Butterfinger donut. I have to say, no wonder their strawberry cream filled donut is their most popular. It's incredible. Very soft, the cream isn't fluffy it's creamy with fresh cut strawberries on the inside. Definitely worth a try.
So this Strawberry cream filled donut was EVERYTHING! It was just right! Not overly sweet nor bland... The cream inside with the fresh strawberries was very complimenting! Think I have a new sweet tooth spot!
Best donuts ever. Will definitely be back again and again and again. If you love donuts you will be speechless on your 1st trip.
Not your typical donut shop but a 24/7 donut cornucopia for those seeking for a midnight decadent indulgence. From their Fresh Strawberries and Cream to their Orange Dream Star Donuts. Everyone should find their rich and delicious fill of satisfaction. The strawberries were actually fresh and the cream was spot on 👌. The cost of each donut cost between $1-2.50 so good luck choosing which one you want. If you are like me you just buy one of each so no trouble with choosing. Enjoy my foodie connoisseurs.
Donuts are really one of a kind. They also have coffee and ice cream! It's a little small and there's not a ton of seating but there's usually not a lot of people around. It was a little hard to connect to their WiFi but it worked eventually. I like their variety of unique donuts based off cereal and candy bars.
What is there to say about Sublime that hasn't already been said. Their donuts are great and they're open 24 hrs a day. The prices are a bit high but on par with other gourmet donut shops. Started going to the one on 10th and now go to this one when I'm in the mood because it's closer to the house. Quality is consistent. I love all the crazy experiment donuts but the classic Orange Star is one that I always go back to andy wife likes the glazed croissant. I personally prefer Revolution Donuts but it is an entirely different beast and I have to give props where they are due. Hopefully they stay busy because this area seems to be turning into the Gourmet Donut Mecca for some reason (and to the detriment of my waistline).
When you first visit, you can become addicted, especially when it's convenient to your travels. The staff is typically friendly and pleasant, and I love the music that they play (typically R&B but it varies). Once you control your appetite for fresh, fluffy, flavorful treats, you will still come back. Lastly, anyone that compares to Sublime to KK or DD is insane. Sublime is like a Southern Voodoo Doughnuts in Portland, OR. Both are worth the money and time spent. 💗
Interesting 24 hour spot. Donut menu selection is amazing, but the place itself (hole in the wall) could use a little professional touch up & better presentation as a business. Mainly seems to cater to campus community nearby. I'm not a student. I'd love to give it 4 stars. Maybe next time!
The best donut shops in Atlanta! The flavors are to die for you have to try at least three or just take home a box. It’s a great to share with friends, meetings or just for yourself. The best part about this shop is they have unique flavors go there and find out for yourself.
Best donut place in Atlanta hands down. Love how it’s open 24 hours. No matter what time you go they will always be soft and taste fresh. I recommend the White Chocolate fudge!
Great selection of donuts, the service was good. Many say this is Atlanta's best donuts and they were good but not the best I've ever had. I drove 45 minutes to get to their nearest location to me, and I probably would not make the long drive out of the way just to visit. But if in the area, I'd definitely stop by.
So I don’t even really like doughnuts. But we stopped here to take a box home for breakfast- Best. Doughnuts. Ever. Had the one with strawberries in it- must try. Can’t remember the name. Anyway- get there! It is worth if.
Donuts were great. There was just some woman working who clearly did not care about her job or the customers. She did not welcome us to the shop she did not smile one time seemingly annoyed by my wife's questions. When I requested an Elvis style donut she simply did not know what it was and was sort of reluctant to find out what it meant. I'm a long-time fan so it's no big deal just she needs to realize she is working in a one-of-a-kind donut shop and not some job. She was dark skin with tattoos no glasses.
Love their donuts! This location has a better selection than the other location in my opinion. Always friendly and quick
When I think of doughnuts, I no longer think Krispy Kreme, I think Sublime. Growing up you couldn't tell me that Krispy Kreme was not the best. However, in...read this and 962 more
