How would you rate Suite Food Lounge?
This is a place I would recommend to all my friends and network. I have a good time every time I go to eat or and attend an event. Suite food Lounge have great food, events, staff, sexy atmosphere and beautiful women that attend the special events. I give Suite Food Lounge a 5 star.
I am writing my review strictly for Thursday night Live Jazz where Cindy Bradley was the featured artist. April 16th, 2015. Let's start off with parking. If you get there early enough, just pay valet $10 and walk right in under a covered area. Rather than walking across busy streets after parking in lots nearby.
This was my first visit so I got there about 1.5 hours early. We were allowed to sit at the bar and wait to be seated later. From the minute I walked through the doors, we were greeted and our names were checked by two very nice young ladies. The place is very modern and spacious. Clean and neat from top to bottom. The bathrooms are flawless and they smell fresh and clean. Everything from the tables to the professionalism of the staff. It was a perfect 10 all night long. The food: I had the White Spinach Pizza for $10 which was really good to me. I'm vegetarian so I appreciate that. They do have salads but I opted not to order one. I ordered asparagus which was tender but flavorless. I wish it had been grilled with lines but it was only steamed with no seasoning. Only 4 stalks for $7. Not good but I won't take a star for that. I just won't order it again. There is a Penthouse on the second floor with outdoor seating and glass flooring sections to see down below as we could see up top. That section was closed. I will probably only go here for Jazz and leave before 11 pm because I don't like large crowds anymore. Even though the place is huge. Don't let any negative reviews steer you away from this beautiful establishment. Go there and find out for yourself. I am very hard to please and my reviews on YELP will prove it. So for me to give them 5 stars says a lot. Thanks for reading. Peace.
I visited here for the first time and much to my dismay the experience was AWFUL!!!!!!!! The staff at this establishment is RUDE, it started from the time that we entered thru the night. Upon arrival there was an awesome live band performance going on and it was outstanding...however, at the conclusion of the live performance the setting transitioned into a nightclub experience. Every single seat in the house was by way of VIP purchase, and if you had not purchased VIP seating your status was standing room only!!! Unknown to our party a seat or two was taken at a VIP reserved table, shortly there after a loud belligerent woman came over and asked if we were apart of the party, our answer was no we were rudely yelled at and told to GET UP & MOVE!!! As we were removing ourselves from the area, a young lady in our group was shoved in the back by one of the security staff hurrying her along to get out of the area. I completely understand the necessity and the order of doing business, but IT WAS SUCH A DISTASTEFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Needless to say that was my first and last experience. I do not spend money with establishments like this...they were just despicable!!!!
Had reservations we were sat down in a timely fashion. I ordered the "Fried Snapper" which was clearly not cooked all the way still had scales in some spots on the fish which was in a piece of the fish that i ate. So i asked for a manager and was told that he would ask the chef about it and the meat looked completely raw. So he comes back and i tell him i would like something different. So i choose the " Rib Eye " 30 mins passed he asked "Did they bring your food?" No they haven't brought it out to me. Tells me it takes a while to cook it. When my friend ordered the same and we got it quicker. So now its going on 45 mins and i tell the waitress to keep the food i don't even want it. Then the food comes out 15mins later. So the manager comes by and ask " Did they bring your food?" I tell him i don't want it and he ask was i upset? Never again will i go here!!!!!
This WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Waited two hours and no seat. I watched the hostess seat approximately 15 people as we waited for accommodations. This was a special event that I purchased advance tickets online For. My wife and I were on a date night and excited about the opportunity to experience one of Atlanta's premiere locations. The staff is poorly trained and unprofessional. I didn't appear as if they were prepared to handle the volume. Owners of this establishment please save your business. Best of luck to you if you are brave enough to handle the piss poor attitudes of staff. You are in need of serious public relations training.
I was humiliated and embarrassed by the hostess lying and telling the manager that I "put my hands on her. She did this in retaliation for me confronting her about her constant lying about continuing to seat people as we watched from the bar area. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! As a patron of any professional business, one should never be treated this way.
I went there on a Sunday evening. I'm visiting from New York and it was refreshing to hear something other than trap music all night. The wings with cheap and tasty and the hookah was official. DJ Sns was spinning. Grown and sexy. It was a nice space and you can see some of the Georgia Atlanta skyline.
Great music, good drinks, the DJ played a great mix of classic old school jams and the newest hip hop beats! Although it rained, we still had access to the roof top for private conversations . There was a great mix of people and an awesome vibe! I will definitely go back. Easy access to all the bars were also a plus!!
Waiting for 45 mins and did not get service... the short bald manager then told us it is 25 minimum to have a seat to order... that was very disrespectful bc everyone in the party was going to order multiple things... that is why I frequent white establishments
Wife and I went on a Saturday, I will admit nothing is cheap in any major city, if you attend an outing like a lounge and complain about the food, I think it's sad! I never expect food at a lounge to be of pure restaurant quality. We never try to see the beauty in things, its always to tear you down, last but not least, we grow to believe that parent's are perfect, once you realize that is not true, everything else is null and void! NICE LOUNGE FOR GROWN FOLKS 30 OVER!
Nothing to really brag about food, average ,lobster Mac and cheese soupy and very little lobster, service sucked and after waiting for my food for almost 45 minutes they come out to tell me they don't gave anymore of what I ordered. Everyone has their own opinion and mine is a no go..
I'm from out of town and I went there for a birthday party on 11/14/15, party was great but to my dismay thieves stole everything out of my car which was parked directly across from the lounge, my husband and I drove all the way back to Philadelphia with an awful taste in our mouths.
We pre paid to get in the party and had to wait in the line to get in. People who didn't pre pay was able to get in before us. Asked for our money back and was unable to get it back so we just stayed since we paid 43 dollars in advance. They are very rude and unorganized. The only thing good about the club was the Dj....
A complete rip off we payed 80 dollars in advance to attend a new years eve party at this venue. Once we arrived, I realized they were allowing customers who had not paid in advance to get in before the people who had paid in advance. In a effort to make more money. They had the audacity to tell me " that was business". Wrong is wrong how are you going to allowing people who did not pay in advance (do not have a ticket) to get in, before people who paid in advance (already have a ticket) to get in.
My husband and I invited our friends from out of town to join us for a night out at Suite Food Lounge for Valentine's weekend and there's only one word to explain our experience: Outstanding!!!! From the warm welcome from their very Professional Staff Artis Brunson to the Ambiance of the Fabulous Lounge, to the Incredible Food and friendly servers, to the Band "Quinn & Jukebox Band" who was Superb. The Atmosphere was inviting and we really enjoyed ourselves. This place exceeded our expectations and we're in the process of planning another Fabulous weekend with family and friends at Suite Food Lounge. On a rating scale, I would rate this place EXCEPTIONAL!!!
Isn't this the old Lucky Lounge??
From the moment you pull up they are in your pockets or purse in my case. The parking attendants are standing outside like vultures quoting prices.. Tacky. If you stay pass a certain time it not 10 it's 20 for valet. So me and my worker are looking at each other like, when you want to leave before we even walked in the door. Anyone whom is into nicer restaurants knows valet does NOT quote prices unless you ask which mostly all fining dinning restaurant valet is courteous & complementary they are are to be more concerned about the experience and getting you out your vehicle and into the restaurant. So you just tip when you're leaving. No ma'am we had to pay valet first before we walked in the door.
The food and watered down drinks my coworker and I considered below mediocre. Soupy Mac and cheese.. Frozen not fresh crab cakes. (with the prices of a fine dinning restaurant). The service was slow and inconsistent. If I have to look around for my waitress we have an issue. I do not mind paying to go out, but I want to feel like the value was equal to the money I paid, and it was not.
You can only have hookah in the bar area because they do not want the smoke to bother other paying customers.
On the positive side the place looks nice and ladies on the phone when booking the reservation was friendly and helpful. It is very clean everywhere including the bathrooms. However, I would never return and I would not recommend this place.
The music was great but the food was blah. The seafod seemed to be frozen then cooked. The lobstertail was super rubbery on a positive note the drinks were strong.
I have enjoyed the nightlife here, as well as the afternoon dinner with my family and friends... I am never disappointed!!! Celebrate life with good food & drinks 🍷🍴
Good atmosphere and nice variety. Drinks were nice but selection was okay. Could have been a bit more upscale for variety. But still a great way to get food, entertainment and dancing in one night.
Had a great time! The music kept us going ALL night even had a little dance off between my homegirls and I v/s some local gentlemen very memorable!
First time here, but won't be the last. They had a great jazz show, stage and sound was fantastic! Good food and wine list too. Didn't have dinner, but the food looked great. Next time I'll try the whole snapper. People seemed to love it!
Very over priced everything starts at 20$ Drinks start at 12$ dj kept playing same song over and over the staff to welcome guest and the people who collect money very rude and to get vip you need a certain amount of people lol this lounge is a joke bad food bad service bad everything...except the bathroom nice bathrooms though 😂😂😂
Such a great night spot with AMAZING service! Was just here last weekend to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday. My sister is a member of Atlanta Police so the club owner/promoter was super nice in giving us a VIP section for the night at a very good price. We chose to be on the second level of the club which had a great atmosphere and we went downstairs to the dance floor on the first level several times during the night to dance.
From the minute we arrived we had great service. Mike, one of the bouncers greeted us upon arrival, he had also given my sister a full tour of the club a week before the party and was super helpful and nice all night. He even had the DJ give several shout outs to my sister since it was her birthday. Mike took care of valeting our car for us when we arrived which was nice since parking in the are is limited I hear. When we arrived in our section our server for the night, a gorgeous girl they call Lady was very prompt and attentive taking our bottle order and bringing us all of the extra mixers and things we asked for so we could do shots! Brent, the bouncer who was stationed upstairs that night was also the best. When we first arrived at our section there was another party that was next to ours who had some of their guest overflowing into our sections seating, Brent quickly let the other party know where the VIP section lines divided and that they needed to keep their party out of our section and he was nice enough to watch out for us and our space the entire night. All of the bus boys at the club made sure to keep everything in our section stocked and clean and came by often to remove trash and empty cups and clean up spills. Brandon was the bouncer stationed on the stairs leading from the first level to the second and he was always super helpful and offered us ladies a hand getting up and down the stairs when we went from one floor to the other.
On one of our trips downstairs we made it into the cigar room which is located in the back. Definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the mood for a cigar anytime. One of the owners, Gary was in the cigar room and was super nice. He explained the different cigars they had on stock for purchase showed us their menu, GREAT prices for cigars by the way, and he even let us try one of his favorites.
The DJ played a great mix of music and when my sister had a requested we were able to get into the DJ booth and ask the DJ personally to play some songs which he promptly did.
The service at this place truly made the night the most fun and I know my sister was so happy with having her birthday here.
Thank you so much to the amazing staff and keep up all of the good work.
Went here today for their Mother's Day Brunch I've been wanting to check out their food being as though I come here for their night life. Food was very delicious but the waitress was horrible. Would have given this place a 5/5 had the waitress service been a lot better.
The menu is a little pricey, but the atmosphere is wonderful! They have good drinks, a great rooftop, and if you catch them during their specials, that's even better. They often do free entry. The staff is very friendly and its just a great spot to vibe out and have fun, unlike other places in Atlanta.
My girls will tell you, I am NOT a club/lounge type of girl.. Don't like the night life at all or the ratchedness that comes with it.. But I have to admit it, the ladies chose a REALLY good spot for us to hang. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.. I was The first to arrive so I sat in the front waiting on the others. The guard kept me compaby and also got me in free for my wait. Even though it wasn't their fault I was waiting.. We got in, the atmosphere was nice. They also let us in VIP (cuz we were cute af lol) and it was on a nice roof top. Like I said, I really enjoyed myself and will actually go again.. It wasn't ratchet, maybe cuz we were in VIP idk.. The ONLY reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is cuz if u want a booth u gotta buy a bottle.. Ok cool no problem.. I guess that's club etiquette.. But the bottles were $300!! I'm not a drinker so I couldn't imagine payin $300 to sit down basically.. Nevertheless, we paid it lol and enjoyed our night. Like I said, I guess that's standard for clubs these days *shrugs*
Ps. Vallet drivers betta get it together!! I have a very nice car and his ass put it in reverse instead of drive and almost hit the car behind him.. I almost died just watching.. BUT he stopped just in time.. Whew!! *wipes sweat off forehead*
Manager Yvette R. took excellent care of my party when we visited Thursday night, and went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. Our issue was handled promptly and professionally, and the venue itself is beautifully designed and centrally located. Very impressed and will return.
Looking forward to the next time! Spacious 2 level club (top floor VIP). Guest DJ the night I was there and we danced non-stop from the time we got there until they closed. Not sure of the drink prices, but self parking was $10, general admission $20 and VIP $40 so not exactly where you should go if your funds are tight.
Would have given it a 5 but didn't try the food nor visit the restrooms (though I heard they were clean and had an attendant).
Great date night with my husband. Food was great. Drinks were good also. Ty was our servicer. She is wonderful!!! I give her 5 out of 5! She provided fast service and she got all our orders right. Highly recommend this lounge and ask for Ty!
$600 wasted!!! I reserved a VIP section a month in advance for 10/22/16. I stayed in constant contact with Tiffany, Patrice, Deverux to make sure my section and the my time frame was reserved. I rsvp for dinner and lounge at 9pm-3.
My party arrived at 9 and my section was not reserved. My guest were split up in different sections of the club; we had to move 3x and my party planner had to gather all the decoration 3x ...until the people moved from my section. Prior to me getting there the waitress was able to comp a few drinks; but that still does not compensate for the inconvenience of me in my guest. I do recommend coming to suite lounge but please by all means don't waste your time money and effort paying for a VIP section. No one in management seem to come up with any type of solution.
Top notch rooftop experience. Andre was the best security a girl could ever ask for. Surprised by automatic gratuity in to of what e already tipped waitress individually.
Upscale, nice crowd (mostly around 25 and older), beautiful people everywhere. $20 entry but free for Scorpios when we went so I got in free. Upstairs "VIP" area was an extra $20 with a light crowd, beautiful city views, much-needed breeze! Drinks average $10 and tasted pretty decent. DJ was nice and didn't talk too much. Security was not overly anal and displayed complete professionalism at all times. Bartenders were fast. No drama, relaxed but fun atmosphere. Everyone was dressed to impress. Why not 5 stars instead if 4? Blame it on the roaches that were crawling around near the sitting areas where they serve food. I don't think I will be eating there, but I will definitely come back to have some fun.
Place is nice size venue. A great place to rent out if you want to have your own party and such. The food smelled good, but I honestly didn't have any. A good party location if you are looking for somewhere to party on the weekend. Only draw back is the countless homeless that squat in an empty lot up the street as they tend to move around alot in the area.
Love the atmosphere. My date and I went to see the comedy show(Comedy Kitchen) on Friday. At first we were told there were no seats available but they were able to find us one. The food was great and delicious. Seemed like it was cooked to order. Will definitely go back for the food. It turned into a club scene after the comedy show.
Birthday party of 12 people. Worst experience I've ever had... service was slow. After ordering our food, only four people got the appetizer salad. Food came out at different times and the last person was rushed to eat because they had to move tables to set up dance area. Drinks took over 20 minutes to get back to the table. It was very clear the waitstaff couldn't handle the rush. Very disappointing and will not returning. Very unfortunate because the live band was great and the set was amazing, food and service just couldn't match the ambiance.
First it was 20.00 to park. Bodyguards IQ zero. Food over price. Presentation good but taste like Nursing Home food. Waitress dressed like broke Hookers. I was confused if it was a Gay or Straight Bar. Just would like to know. Women feeling on your ass asking if you are a Gucci or a Pineapple.WTF. I give it a year. If service doesn't doesn't match the fees... they will be gone. Just Damn!
We showed up for a show & dinner & the manager -Yvette, she was most accomodating with our seating preference. Our waitress-Tanisha was a gem, very prompt & pleasant! My husband felt like he was @ a food feast, the food was delicious!!! Great date night 4 us.
Great atmosphere good food no so good service. They could be making sooo much more money if they were properly staffed. They are Seriously understaffed today during the Atlanta Green Bay Championship game. It's lit in here though. .. RISE UP! !I
Good atmosphere but they do have people in the area up to no good I suggest paying for valet because of the people in the surrounding area trying to hustle you out of $10 for parking
Nice setting. Thursday is jazz night. I took two Breaths and my drink came. Took two sips and my food was out. 👌🏽
Nice atmosphere for a night of entertainment and dinner.
Very nice place to wind down and party. Most guests were over 25...we enjoyed the VIP treatment. It was not that expensive even though Game, the rapper, made an appearance
Good atmosphere and great drinks. But for the price you pay for food. Not good at all. Wings shrimp and grits and pizza. Was horrible. I would come back but not to eat. Stop at McD or Harold's Chicken before you come.
Great food and music! The crab legs are good for $10 on Wednesdays! Love their happy hour!
Music was very good, however bartenders charge a different price whenever you go to the bar depending on who you get for the exact same order. Spoke with bar manager who at first said " you paid what? No that's wrong" only to a minute later take it back because he did not want to deal with it. Visiting from out of town, (come often to ATL)will not be back n would never recommend..oh charged $28 for 2 drinks??? Lol not even top shelf and price could not be verified, only told round about "new" math that somehow would not e quite to that number. I have no problem spending my money and would have spent a great deal more, but when I feel I'm being ripped off its hard to want to purchase. You loose business doing things this way. Know from other customers I was not the only one feeling this way.
The line was long but they got me through it fast I'm not used to waiting in line). The hookah service was horrible. I ordered a hookah and waited like 30 minutes before I saw the hookah girl again. She didn't have my hookah and when I asked her about it she acted like she never saw me before. I ordered again and paid for it then waited a long time again. When my hookah finally came it wasn't the flavor I ordered. I took it cause I didn't want to wait again. I did still have a good time though, but that was mainly because of the company I was with. There is a good crowd there I will go back.
There was a little "miscommunication" between the hostesses and staff about guest list entries. The waitress "required" an additional CASH-ONLY tip at the end. AND it seemed to have taken forever for them to turn the air on...BUT it was definitely a great place for a birthday round-up. A mixed, flexible crowd with music for all ages.
Was across the street at the Hyatt Hotel. There were families and children present. All everyone could hear was the most foul mouthed, disgusting DJ. He was constantly screaming out Pu****, Ni****, sh**, Fu**...and every word you ever heard, but would never say around your family. Apparently it was a black Mother's Day celebration. Come on people, don't support that garbage! Have some standards. Shouldn't be allowed, blasting all through the neighborhood with loudspeakers.
Nice establishment, great food, fun atmosphere. At the time of my visit, it was a lot of hip hop, not sure if they have other genres on different days. Nice restroom
I would definitely promote this place. My visit there was all the way live! The music was on point, and even the dj was turnt up... Drinks and food was good. Nice jazzy crowd, a few gangstas, but you can tell. Wish they had more lounging and booths.
Absolutely a fan of this establishment! I strongly recommend locals and out of townees to pay a visit to Suite Lounge. Great atmosphere, delicious eats and affordable drinks.
I've enjoyed several events here. From dinner to jazz shows to private parties on the rooftop. A classy lounge with good food and decent drink prices. Bottle service available which is cool if you have a crowd.
I like how the music evolved throughout the evening. Something for every age partier.
This is a nice lounge with absolute terrible service. I wish I could say that I'll be back but I'd be lying. I ordered calamari and there something suite drink which was good so I had a few of them, although it took very long for the appetizer come out? Therefore, I passed on ordering my entree. Overall the venue is nice and the food is ok the service is terrible, wait time is also. I really wish that they paid more attention to this area because I could see this place doing great however service is there downfall, like most places in this city!
The place is not bad on the outside or the inside. Went here to attend Jagged Edge release party and the men looked as if they had just rolled out of bed. Not my type of crowd but the decor is nice.
Excellent food and great service. Food always fresh. Great variety on menu for various taste; seafood, steaks, wings, etc. Some of the best bartenders & servers in the city.
This has been my go to entertainment spot since I moved here two years ago. Love the atmosphere. Friendly customer service. The vibes is just right. Those jumbo crab cakes are my favorite.
Went out for Dinner and Dancing to celebrate a birthday on a Saturday (8/19).
I always opt to valet instead of street parking, which is expensive ($10 if you leave by 10 pm, $20 all night).
The wait for a table was about 40 minutes (arrived about 9 pm).
I ordered chicken and waffles, which was really good. I've only had one okay meal from this place (Springer chicken, which was too salty...may have been an off night).
The DJ this night was terrible it took him until well after midnight to find a good pace. His mixing from one song to the next was just cringe worthy, the crowd even booed at one point lol.
Overall we had a good night.
My friends and I came here on a Saturday evening and it was horrible. The server forgot to put in some of the alcohol orders and messed up the food. One of my friends had a baked potato, which had to be sent back because it was not cooked all the way through. Then they had the audacity to charge a gratuity because we were a party of 6 or more. Not with your shady ass service. The onlu reason they received 1 star is because the live music was awesome!! I subtracted the gratuity amount from my own check. Get outta here!!
I booked a section for my birthday. I had to stand at the door for at least 20 minutes after getting in waiting to be seated and the place was not packed. Host that was seating others kept looking over me until I approach her myself and even then didn't seam happy to help. Better organization is needed, especially on your customers special day. They did not make me feel special in the least bit. Will not book again
The main reason why I would rate Suite Lounge as a 5, is because of the excellent service we received on Saturday night by Jackie in the VIP area. We had a large party crown and she accommodated every single aspect of our event. Jackie managed the flow of the liquor and made sure that when the liquor rounds were "fun and exciting". She was 100% professional. As an event planner, Jackie worked with me to make sure that our whole entire night was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend that if you do get a VIP suite, you as for Jackie to be your waitress!
This is a typical wanna-be lounge. I went on a Saturday night expecting to sit & eat then get up and dance. They shouldn't advertise "food lounge" - Its a club with club food. They had a 2 hour wait for a table yet none of the tables were occupied (the hell was the wait for)? And after standing in a pointless long line for a $20 cover?!...uh! never again. The DJ was OK. He tried to mix it up a little but too much trap music for my taste. The crowd was 20s to 40s; decent mix; well dresssed. Bartender caught an attitude because she screwed up my food order and had to change it. Zero tip for you honey. Next time get it right. Typical club - nothing spectacular.
Went here for my first time last Friday night and LOVED it. The chicken and waffles with peach accent is AMAZING! Loved how big the booths were and that we had an option to turn up at the lounge when we were done eating. Good music, good energy, good people! Will be going back. Get there before 10pm on weekends to avoid a cover charge. Also you may have to put aside money for valet if you’re not able to find parking on the street (we did).
Suite would get a better rating from me of they weren't so Hollywood and expensive. The last time I went on a Sunday with my friends from out of town. They told us it was $40 to get in the door and another $40 to go upstairs. That's in addition to paying $20 to valet park. The time before that my friend and I spent $200 within 1 hour of being there between food and drinks. We wanted a hookah, which I think is $45. We were told we would only be able to smoke it at our table for 30 minutes because the tables have 2 hour limits. Needless to say we left and spent our money elsewhere both times.
My experience here was great. Beautiful lounge with good music and drinks. The VIP area was also amazing. We had a really large group and the workers handles everything well. It's pretty expensive but worth every penny.
It was good food and excellent service. Our server was Nicole and she handled our party of 25 with no issues. She was very responsive and brought out extra condiments and instructed the serving staff wonderfully. All the food came out hot and everything was correct! The live bad was great and entertaining. I am glad that we came to eat, it got crowded really fast and that line was long. We are not there for the club so we timed it perfectly.
This weekend I held my Belated Birthday Dinner at Suite Lounge. It was a party of 10 and we ALL enjoyed ourselves. Our table 13 was in a perfect location from the stage. The singer and the band was on point throughout the entire set. Our waiter was very nice and professional. I would recommend this lounge to anyone.
Wednesday Happy Hour is great! Ten dollar crab legs and half off for the drinks plus karaoke! Atmosphere and vibe is really nice! Waitresses are very patient and helpful!!! Can't wait to go back
Great space if you planned to host an event. I attended a networking event by Young Black Professionals. I met so many people from different professions. Suite Food Lounge has two floors and lots of seating with DJ entertainment. The spinach artichoke dip tasted good too, $12. They had a Friday drink special for $7 Grey Goose when I went. I would recommend for people looking for an after work spot, a place to host an office event, or place to host a networking event.
Though this place seems to have changed names and management a few times over the years the atmosphere, keeps it alive no matter what. We got drinks and dinner at the bar since the dining section had a long wait- you better get in very early to have dinner on that side. With an attentive and efficient bar tender we enjoyed ourselves.
A couple of weeks ago some girls and I (total of 11 females) travel from Florida to visit Atlanta. While we were there we were told to attend the suite Lounge as it was a cool hangout spot for an older crowd. Let's just say this was our first and last time attending and all of my years of going out to clubs I've never been patted down to enter. As each one of us walked into the club we all felt violated as the female security guard went above and beyond with her search and excessively touched around our breast and butt. I just felt as if her method of searching with uncalled for and it's one thing if one person says it but when the entire group of females all mention the same thing then you know there's a problem. So I say to the owners please have a talk with your security guards and educate them on how to properly search indiviuals when entering the club.
My group of friends and I have had many good times at Suite on Wednesdays in the past. This last time we were informed by some dude walking around to tables that people were waiting and we needed to leave because of a 2hr time limit. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We weren't even finished with drinks and food. There was an unoccupied back section and the upstairs was closed. More than enough room for everyone to have a good time if you use it. A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush when customers are still buying drinks and eating. Our server was very nice but the experience was ruined with this tired policy. We won't be returning to spend our hard earned coins in an establishment that doesn't want the money.
Abbey was wonderful! She continuously came to update the table on the status of our food. Paul was also very attentive! He came to
Check on us multiple times through out the night! I definitely will recommend this location to Atlanta natives and visitors.
Jazz artist Eric Darius was a very entertaining sax performer (5 stars). We enjoyed the night of music here. Atmosphere is cozi and the food servers are polite and professional. One problem is the kitchen doesn't seem to be able to handle large crowds that come out. As a result orders lack quality, and sometimes ingredients from the menu, taste is bland. Otherwise a great place to visit.
We had a great time that night at Suite Lounge. We started the evening with dinner. The food was decent. Nothing over the top but it was good. The evening concluded with a birthday celebration for a friend. Great people, great music, great friends. We will definitely be back!
I went here to attend a Bridal Shower and I loved the atmosphere. This spot appeared to attract those who are grown and sexy. If you decide to go, make sure you dress up semi-formal. No hats. No sneakers. No sagging pants.
Went there for a comedy show. Pretty chill and laid back, casual but not too casual kind of vide. Food was good I suppose, nothing over the top! It turns into a nice little lounge spot after a certain time as well.
Very classy mature restaurant. Parking could be an issue but valet is available. I parked on the street and walked about a block away. Visit this place if you want to get good quality food, wonderful entertainment and classy professional service. The waitress was a little too attentive but it's better then nothing. After 10:30 the restaurant converts to an after-hours club.
My experience tonight was not so good. Me and 5 of my people went to have a great time, but it was ruined by a security guard who wants to be more. He harassed us as if he wanted some attention. All six of us spent $13 per drink plus a hookah. And he complained about where we stood, how we stood and how we danced. It's 2018, we're going through enough as it is. We worked hard for our money and we chose to spend it at Suite lounge. At the end of the night we regret choosing Suite Lounge.
Had a wonderful time and was treated first class by the staff. The live entertainment was everything we were looking for and the venue is wonderful. Wanted to say thank you for a awesome night and accommodating us. C James Gabriel
I went to this place before for me and my friends birthday, all of our birthdays are in the same month. The atmosphere was nice, food kinda pricey for the small amounts but it was still good. The only thing I really recommend for change is the free birthday dessert, my two other friends and I had it-it looked all dazzle up and good but the flavor is nasty, I just feel like y'all can do better with that. But other than that the place was great. Had a fun time.
The ambiance was exceptional and the live band was entertaining. However, the food was okay at best and the drinks were horrible. I’d go back for a good time and stick to basic drinks(margarita/ Hennessy and coke) don’t try any house signature drinks and don’t go hungry. Go for a good hangout space.
Great place for a happy hour! Customer service is awesome and the appetizers and drinks were great! We help my bachelorette party there and everyone was pleased! Strongly recommend it!
Food great, vibe great! The steak is kinda overrated. It tasted good But this place is one reason I'll be back in ATL soon.
It was one of my family members birthday party. It was a nice bar/lounge,/club!! I had a very nice time. It was enough of, and not to much. Damn bomb food to. I definitely would go back!! For sure... 👍👌👏
I went there back in April for a friends wedding and we had a blast. The music was amazing and there is more than enough room on the dance floor.
However, I went recently looking to have a similar experience and they have 3 different lines: VIP, which is about $40-50 to get in, the "cut" line (aka you get to get into the normal part of the lounge faster), which costs $30, and then final the normal line, which is $20. Now the distinction between the cut line and the normal line was not well specified and it didn't really take that much longer to wait in the normal line and get in... So, we didn't think it was worth it to pay any more.
The drinks were good, but the music was not. They played trap music for the bulk of the time we were there. I have nothing against trap music, but it's not really dance music. I would've preferred a little more variety, like the last time we came so that we could actually dance more.
This is a hookah bar. So, if you don't like smoke, this isn't the place for you, which is true of many of the bars in the South where smoking is allowed inside.
The one redeeming quality of the bar and the night was the amazing lighting in the bathroom! We took our best photos there and I'm not a fan of bathroom pictures... I think they are weird.
So, 3 stars for not living up to the previous experience, but allowing up to take AMAZING photos :-)
I love this place! Whenever I attend a show here the food is excellent and the drinks. Very intimate venue! Great variety of food choices. Clean nice restrooms and always valet park so you can get right out at the door.
Great looking place! Went there for my birthday had a hard time getting in even though I got tickets from Eventbrite... drinks were good... bartenders are rude especially to women...the men are weird in there... seems like it was a bunch of gay or married older man... the music was good... the roof top was very boring... a bunch of men sitting in sections acting snobby talking amongst each other... no one wanted to dance.. i wouldn’t recommend this place for a birthday unless you are a older man that wants to see a bunch of men
Food was amazing... server Ashley was nice ... music was great. I went on a Friday night to grab dinner and ended up staying until 2am (I haven't stayed out that long in forever lol).
Twin was super accommodating allowing us to get the full experience of the place, given it was our first time.
I liked the balance of songs from my high school years...current music...and a smidge of reggae
Upstairs was playing old school jams mixed with current ...it was great just a little more chill I recommend the rooftop if you just want to sit back.
I wish I could re-eat my meal out of all things though 😂
I"ve been to this restaurant plenty of times and the food and events are usually amazing. Yesterday I went to the Groove Lounge event and encountered an incredibly rude host at the front. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what the issue was but he was unbelievably dry and short with me. For the venue to be so nice I don't understand why they would hire people who clearly don't want to work or offer customer service. The rest of my night was amazing though and I enjoyed the event and had an amazing waitress, so that helped make up for the rude encounter when I first entered the building.
Beautiful place, live band wonderful staff. This place has upstairs and downstairs, valet parking, the food is good. They do enforce strict dress code at 10, but if u are already in before that, u are fine. This was a girl's birthday trip and I enjoyed every minute of it.
We visited the lounge for the Saints vs Falcons game and not only did we win but we had a great time!! The food took a little long to arrive but our waiter was extremely attentive and sweet. Destiny was awesome and made sure everyone taken care of and comfortable. Great place and people! #whodat
They have some amazing fish tacos and good drinks. Its always a nice crowd here and they have a nice rooftop deck. You can either park in the Aquarium lot or valet, your choice. However, the floors seem to always be sticky like they dont mop every night or something. The bathrooms are just trifling UGH. One thing I can say, you will always find some great young black professionals here because there is always little events.
Suit Food Lounge is one of my favorite lounges to party on a Friday or Saturday. The food is amazing my favorite dish is the broiled lobster and macaroni & cheese. The calamari are super fresh and the drinks are always strong. I have been on crowded nights and I have been on less crowded nights and the vibe is still the same positive. The atmosphere is nice and there is room to dance, places to stand, and if you buy a section then somewhere to sit. The service is always excellent and there is no smoking other than hookahs. So when I leave I don't smell like cigarettes or marijuana. Whatever the management is doing they need to keep up the good work!
The house band was awesome!!! I was there for a birthday dinner and it was very classy. But make a reservations if you want a guarantee band seat. I had the Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo. It was served with 6 jumbo shrimp which I was surprised!! My husband had the Cajun shrimp and grits which was also delicious. The drinks were worth the money and our server was fantastic!! Will be back soon!!
I normally don't rate restaurants but this place is awesome!!!! My husband took me out for dinner on Thursday night the jazz was fabulous and the food was amazing! I really recommend this restaurant for date night or any special night... the place is amazing!
Music is great.
General seating is far too close when there is a major, major artist.
Service is usually quick.
Go there for the music. You will not be disappointed.
Was going to Atlanta breakfast club but the wait was 1 1/2 hours. Right next doors was Suite Food Lounge. What a treasure. We were there for brunch. No wait very roomy seating arrangement. Staff was excellent and the food was wonderful. And coming from two women that know how to cook. Differently will return next time we are in town’.
I actually liked this place, been here several times. Went by this past weekend, my server Nichole decided to give herself a $20 dollar tip on my card. I would suggest if you eat here to double check your statements. I called, not even 24 hours later to let them know, so they could fix it, and was told someone would be getting back to me in a few days. Still waiting. Transaction went through, no change and they will be getting reported.
Solid experience. The crab was great. We did a birthday party for a friend. Music was awesome. Right in the heart of downtown. I will be back over and over.
I ordered a beer and the server brought a hot bottled beer. It had water on the sides like they had attempted to put it in an ice bucket for chilling moments before it was handed to me. Turns out the beer cooler was broken, nothing was on tap and apparently the servers had no idea because the gentleman at the table across from us had the same complaint.
I ordered the fried airline chicken. I substituted the collards for asparagus just as a personal preference. It also came with roasted potatoes. Overall it was well seasoned (a little salty) and the presentation was nice. Unfortunately, I paid $22 for the drummie part of the wing attached to a small portion of the breast.
Thankfully, as the server pointed out, the hot beer that was returned after 2 sips was taken off my bill. Duh
I went on a Friday evening around 9pm and there was way too much going on. A comedy show was blaring from the back over music from the bar in the middle over the restaurant sounds in the front.
Not my cup o tea but I'm giving them points because the table was ready for our reservation on time.
Amazing atmosphere. Great food.
Love band on a Saturday night that was amazing.
Lots of fun.
Perfect date night.
Get there before 10:30 to catch the band and have dinner.
It's hands down the venue of choice there is No competition. Up scale atmosphere but the mixed crowd and culture of people, are down to earth. The food is tasty, and on time drinks are priced right strong not watered down for an upscale venue.security is always on point no joke and professional. DJ's lit Fire!! Bartenders lovely and patient. This lounge is a celebrity favorite,I salute team suites from owner's, Manager's Don't recall all there name's Tim, Joshua, just to name a few great guy's. Fridays/ Saturday's please visit they won't disappoint you, And you won't regret Good times.
This is one of my favorite places for good food, atmosphere, and jazz. They have a good variety of food for pescatarians, vegetarians. We can all find something to eat. The house band is very good. They usually back the headliner on Thursday’s. Makes for a nice evening out.
Had our 10 yr class reunion here. It was the perfect atmosphere. Live music/band. Food was amazing. I would def recommend them. They were very accommodating
The food was delicious as always but the restrooms were horrible. After speaking to the hostess it was immediately taken care of but not fully cleaned but better. The service is always slow when dining but the food is worth it. That's the only reason I keep coming back, the food is awesome. The menu price is sufficient with the area and it is good.
The food was good. The atmosphere was nice. The sound was subpar. I went to enjoy a nice meal and listen to the Jazz Series more specifically Phil Perry. I could barely hear him sing and definitely could not hear what he was saying. I paid extra for nothing.
Suite Food Lounge has great service. The bar tenders were friendly and. efficient. I will tell everyone I know when visiting Atlanta Georgia they need to stop there.
I went for a birthday dinner and we had a good time. It's a pretty decent sized placed that is split between a club area and a dining area. There is a dress code that is enforced after 10 and there is free street parking or valet parking.
The food is actually pretty good and generous size portions. I went with the half a rotisserie chicken and I was definitely full after eating only half of my meal.
If you are a picky eater this isn't the pace for you. They are shooting for an upscale vibe and their menu items have little tweaks to the norm. For instance they have "honey" lemon pepper wings which are lemon pepper wings drizzled with honey. The steak also has a type of sauce that I really wasn't feeling but the steak was cooked well.
The drinks are pretty good and even my wife had a couple. You will spend money here so just be careful. I think the average drink was about $12 and not really a decent sized drink.
Valet parking is $20 or $10. $10 has a two hour window.
I would go back and I would recommend you trying it out. It's in an interesting area to where I would rather park in valet than park on the street.
Great dining EVERY time. The food is consistently good and I ALWAYS receive fantastic service. Shout out to the management for maintaining the standard at Suite Food Lounge. I'm DEFINITELY coming back and going to send my family and friends your way!
Excellent service. Wait staff was very attentive. Never had to ask for drink refills. Food was served hot and everything was delicious. This was our first time dining here and would highly recommend!
Great food. Great time. I would have given it five stars but we went for brunch and the wait for the food was kind of long. It said on the table that there was a two-hour time limit on a table that big. And it took one hour for our food to even get out there. And when one person from our party stood up to go use the bathroom they had that obvious look of a customer looking for the bathroom. And two girls who look like bottle girls walked by her twice and didn't offer her any assistance. Maybe I'm just picky. But I managed restaurants so I notice things like that. But despite that the atmosphere was chill. The food was amazing. And the vibe was great.
Enjoyed a night out here with my girls on my last birthday, and had a date night here with my husband a little while ago. The food is always amazing. Try the fried lobster and macaroni, the shrimp and grits, or the chicken and shrimp Alfredo. Some alcohol options aren’t offered, and the hookah looks great, but the “third party” who offers it never came by to see us even after we asked our server. This is definitely the spot to go to for great food and evenings when there is live music.
This place is wonderful. The food really surprised me and my wife - dishes were delicious. The service is top notch. Good atmosphere and location. Give them a try.
This is a first time at lounge, which is spacious. The atmosphere is diverse and resembles a sports bar with multiple television. Key differences are live band and live comedy. The servers are incredible. There is an additional charge to hear the comedy show-entertainment fee. There is valet parking for $10. This is a great space for events.
Excellent food! I had the chicken and waffles.....exotic! Drinks are on point, no watered down expensiveness. Will visit again. Kind and very helpful and friendly staff!
Great party atmosphere! Very accommodating! My friend enjoyed herself for her birthday. I would go here to enjoy the atmosphere, not for food again. Prices too expensive (food) for the level of quality I received
Brittany the bartender was great! Attentive and informative with all answers to our questions! Our waitress at the sit down table was also kind, and helpful. I did not catch her name, but would only say that keeping drinks up for a table of six was a bit of a challenge.. so hopefully y'all order well in advance and sip your drinks! All in all, cool vibe. The Valet is $10 ..at six o'clock...and sloppy, really. They could do better as far as efforts there. The women bathroom sinks were lovely, bit there was no paper towel options, and only one hand dryer. The stalls were unkempt, I'll leave it at that.. ick.
Really expensive, but good spot for a good time. The dude who sang during the dinner service was not so good. The atmosphere turns to climb vibes, but there is confusion of whether an area is reserved or not. We had to wait on people to move at the bar to sit. The hookah was 40 or 45 for 1 hose. Unlimited was 65. Drinks were like 13 plus. The bartenders were really cool. Food was good, but very high. High class African American chefs. Overall good time.
Nice-looking venue. Good food. There had been rain recently before my last visit. Unfortunately, there were leaks in the roof. I came with a sizable party and they were quick and efficient to accommodate us with new seating to get us away from the Leaky ceiling.
Service amazing and accommodating. My daughter wanted a "drink like momma" miss Ashanti was able,to,get her a "like" drink. The food was a absolutely FABULOUS! My girls recommend. Banana foster French toast brioche. I definitely suggest shrimp and grits. Well worth the trip to Atlanta
The food was good and the service came at the right times and was on point. I like the menu it is nice. Be prepared to pay over 25 dollars for the good entres. They had a comedy club but they were only letting certain people in they stopped entry right when I got to the counter I was kind of upset because I planned all day and got there at 830 like they said online and still didn't get a seat to the comedy. But the restaurant was good and they had good food.
My first time here and it was memorable, but in a horrible way! By 8:30pm, they were out or snapper and out of 2 red wines. I ended up getting the wine for starters (because it was all they had left) and it was served in a plastic wine glass. Who does that disrespectful $h!t?
I ordered the kale salad (which is HUGE!), fried green tomatoes with feta, and shrimp and grits. Why the salad has the entire bag of kale is beyond my comprehension. The fried green tomatoes were...ok at best. My shrimp and grits...well...grits were lumpy and warm and the sauce was congealed. This is a dish that definitely has to be served hot! Needless to say, I'm disappointed and will not be returning for a second chance at a first impression.
DO NOT COME HERE WITH CHILDREN!!!! It needs to be better publicized that this is more of a club than a restaurant. I was looking for a place to go with my family after visiting the museums nearby and the menu looked interesting. I wasn't the only one as a man with children walked in right behind me. The music was so loud and people were smoking hookah pipes inside at around 3 in the afternoon! I just don't understand why you wouldn't want all that museum and aquarium money walking away. Maybe do the club thing after 5?
If you're going to the free comedy show on Fridays, definitely don't show up late! We walked in at 9:15 and it was standing room only but it gave us the opportunity to enjoy a meal at a booth instead so we didn't waste our $20 valet fee. The ambiance was a little jarring because there was different audio in the cafe section and the comedy club. Our server was excellent, attentive, knew exactly what to recommend, and was very accommodating. I had an excellent cup of coffee and a decent burger (The Wood Fired Suite Burger) with fries and no bun (the gluten free solution to no gluten free menu). The burger was cooked appropriately for the medium rare temperature I desired and had a nice over-easy egg, tomato, and shredded lettuce. The fries were a little oily and had good flavor but myself and a friend who also ordered a burger and fries had several fries which were partially black in color as if they had been cut from a decaying potato or left out too long. Two others in our party ordered the Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo and loved it. Overall, a great value for downtown especially if you're with children (kids menu goes up to age 16), but we won't consider this our "go-to" spot unless we walk over to enjoy the witty, delightful cocktail menu.
I really liked the upscale atmosphere and the friendly and professional staff. Honestly, the food was not great but I will return; I’ll just eat dinner elsewhere. In fact, the food quality is the only reason I can’t give 5 stars. Great place to hang with friends with a mature crowd.
Ken Ford was awesome. The food and drinks are awesome. The service was quick and great servers. One less star because it is very cramped...but doable. Well worth the man next to me breathing down my neck. 😊😊😊
I went the 2019 hair show weekend for the first time. I really really enjoyed myself. The music could be just a little better, but other than that its w nice to nice place to go and enjoy self
Food was delicious,I ordered the Jumbo crab cakes and a side of garlic mashed potatoes, Yummy! A Friend and I Took my my cousin here for her Birthday. The staff was very friendly and everyone around Suite Food Lounge was Cool. Nice place, good food. My cousin from out of state most definitely Enjoyed herself as well. I would most definitely go back again! 🙂👍👌
AMAZING!!!! Went out there last night with my wife for dinner and comedy show and from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out the staff was amazing! The ladies at the front door were extremely nice and attentive. Our waitress made some delicious recommendations “bourbon salmon and shrimp” and it was absolutely delicious to the last bite! Comedy show was hilarious!!!! I can’t say enough about this place, definitely making it one of my places to go to !
Great venue, spacious and comfortable. Nice ambiance and amazing music.
Food on the other hand... I ordered the chicken and shrimp Alfredo that came sans any bread (contrary to the photo on google). There was so little pasta, the bowl looked like it was just clumped cheese with shrimp on top. It was so dense I could barely make out the teeny tiny pieces of chicken in it. The taste wasn’t bad.
I’d return to have a good time or if invited, but probably not to eat.
The food was sooooooo good and the drinks were not watered down and the service and staff were excellent!! I enjoyed myself and can’t wait to go back the fried green tomatoes, the fried lobster with Mack n cheese n the Halie Barry cocktail I had were 5 stars!! Even the cornbread brought to the table was delicious!! They surprised me with a special Birthday cake at the end of the meal n the girls held a large happy Birthday sign n even a sparkler and that warmed my heart!! I love this place and can’t wait to return!!
I was at Suite Food Lounge to eat and dance. When I arrived, I was told I could watch the band from my table for $5 or I could sit at a regular table for no charge. I opted to sit at a regular table because I was there to eat. I ordered the chicken and waffles. They were okay. I did enjoy listening to the band. After the hand left, the DJ began playing music. He was good but people were not dancing but rather, looking around each other. By the time I left, the music and vibe changed. Next time, I will pay to listen to the band and leave afterward.
I came here with my friends craving brunch and was not disappointed! The atmosphere was cool and modern, filled with young beautiful people. Our waitress was also extremely friendly and helpful! I got a breakfast platter that was delicious! My friend that got the red velvet chicken and waffles did want me to note that his fried chicken wasn't very seasoned. I also wished they had a few more options on the menu. All in all it was a cute stop!
Nice Space, went to Friday Night Comedy show.. Customer Service was good, food was good and tasteful. This place is organized and it was fun.. Needs a little upgrading but the concept was good for a girls night out. Definitely worth checking out if you visit the ATL.
This place is awesome! Went on a Thursday night and they had a jazz dinner. I hear it's packed out on the weekend with a DJ and R&B. The menu looked great but w only had drinks because it was late. The bartender was great and b someone else said that they had a cool rooftop area. We will definitely be back to eat and hang here another time.
Awesome... I danced all night!! It was my cousins birthday.. and they did an outstanding job. Music.. Service.. and the Atmosphere was on point. Mixed age crowd.
It was just okay. Keeping it in perspective, it was a free comedy show on a Friday night that started at 8pm. It was crowded and after a while around 11 its even more crowded with not much seating around the bar area. However, we got there at 845 which is a good time if you're looking to dine in. Food was great and the service was good. However the drinks were overpriced and food was small portions. As well, if you're into hookah, try another place. They charge $40. Not worth it. Decent spot to go to if you're already in the city instead of driving into the city on a Friday. Parking is tight in and around there. Valet service is $10 and surrounding parking lots charge the same.

The party was popping. The staff was nice and bartenders were on top of it! A great atmosphere. Definitely recommend
Because you are treated so well when you arrive. There's no need for you to try to figure nothing out. Just go with the flow and the flow is so beautiful. The owner is a fantastic, man. I pray that his business prosperous. 100% my daughter took me and I had a wonderful time so good to get out and dance and be free for a minute. I think her very much for that.
If you haven’t been yet, GET THERE NOW!! The atmosphere is so vibrant, it made me want to dance while in line. The staff greet you individually when you open the door and gives you a special shout out if it’s your first. I’m a picky eater so I got a “BASIC SLUT” (funny, I know) and it delicious down to the last bite. Who knew vegan food could have so much flavor??!!
The live music, the food, the atmosphere, the energy was amazing!! Beautiful people all around me simply having a great time. And, I never knew that tubas were party starters! Two tuba players showed up and showed out!!
Saturday night... remember that! Go for a late dinner and enjoy the live music and avoid the cover charge 😉!
Overall we had a great night! Atmosphere awesome, band awesome, food & drinks awesome. I’ve been to Suite Lounge quite a few times but this time was just a bit different than what I’m used to. The crowd was a bit more mixed than I remembered in the past ( more twenty somethings). I’ve always looked forward to going because of the “ grown & sexy” crowd. The younger generation are not always dressed up to par and that was definitely different. I saw fitted hats, sneakers and even a jogging suit. Still a great time but I would love to see them tighten up that dress code a bit. Never considered suite lounge ratchet BUT if things continue in this direction it will be.
The food was very nice and the bartender, Amber, was amazingly skilled with the drink. The crab cakes were so good but the spinach dip could've been better. The pizza was so good. I loved the atmosphere and the whole vibe. It's so intimate and cozy. Can't wait to go back.
My friend and I went here for a great time and that’s what we got....for the most part. They were having Karaoke night which was fun to not only watch but also to do. The dj kept the music flowing and the crowd entertained. The food and drinks were absolutely great. The server was super attentive and knowledgeable. Even parking wasn’t too bad to find. I would totally recommend.
I will say the only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth were the Hostess and the Server who were taking people to their seats. We didn’t have a reservation so we put our names on the list and sat down to wait. Plenty of parties walked in after us and were seated immediately. I’ve even seen people who sat at the bar at first and then they saw a table they wanted and the host made sure to sit them. Went back up to the stand to see how much longer and was told “we’re waiting for this table to get up.” We sat there for 45 minutes and still no update after that. We decided to see if we could still make a reservation online. So we made a reservation online and as you would guess- they got us seated immediately.
I would suggest a change in host/hostess because if that is the first encounter people have at an establishment it lasts way longer than the other service. It sets the tone for the restaurant.
Love the love band, food and drink was great too. Parking pricey. I'll definitely go back. They served drinks out of plastic cups and package plastic dinnerware. I appreciate them using safely measures for the customers!
Intimate setting without being overcrowded. Nice menu, however a little more attention to detail is needed such as temperature of cooking i.e, rare, medium, well. Wine and cocktail offerings are top notch. The entertainment lineup is impressive. We attended the performance of Amanda Cole and she was magical. Check out their event calendar and I'm sure you'll have a great time on any day for any offering. Parking was not an issue. They also had valet parking.
I had made a reservation for 2 on 6/21 at 12:30pm. We arrived 15 minutes early to check in and we were told by security/door handler that everyone that was waiting outside had a reservation too and stated that our wait time would be an hour. My initial thought was, "then what's the point of making a reservation if it's not going to be honored at the door?" and I also thought, "there needs to be a better system implemented at the door along keeping track of the guest." When we were finally seated, we were taken to these tiny tables for 2 on the dance floor and the music was extremely loud. I asked the hostess if there was any seating outside and she told me that I could go check for myself so I did and there were exactly 6 empty tables outside on the patio and yet you're trying to seat me and my boyfriend and another couple at these tiny tables on this loud dance floor. So we sat outside, ordered strawberry mimosas, red velvet waffles and fried chicken, fried catfish and grits and before we got our food our server Dede brought us some warm fluffy biscuits with different flavor spreads. 18% gratuity is already added to your bill which is fine. Overall, the experience was okay. I lost my excitement while waiting outside after my 12:30 reservation time but we decided to wait anyway since we were already there and we wanted to give this black owned business a try. The atmosphere is not welcoming and the employees are stale with their energy. Truly a one and done kind of place.
The service is not all that at all. Food was cold and salty. Waiters are slow. The bus boys are awesome and attentive to their customers. I honestly don't know if I'll ever be back. Not really impressed by this place at all. I'm a very honest person and believe giving honest reviews, and with that I promise you I'm not hating on this spot at all. This could really use some adjustments with the cooking and service.
Social distancing- hmmm. For show only. They do temp checks, and you have to sign a waiver, but once inside that’s a different story. The food was good and our waiter was good, the music is way too loud, felt like I had to yell just to be heard. If the music is gonna continue to be as loud as it is during dine-in service, then perhaps they need to consider a contactless ordering system. I gave 4 for the food and service.
Seats needed wiped down however, the vibe, drinks, food, energy, DJ even how precise they were making sure policy was followed for covid-19. I'll be back.
We were charged $20 a piece for wearing sandals just to eat in the restaurant because our shoes had no back on them. We made reservations and no where on their website was the show policy listed. The food we ordered did not come with the things listed on the menu. We ordered burgers that were missing half of the items that come on it. When asked why was the items were missing on the burger the food was taken back and we were not asked if we wanted anything else. My sisters order of tacos were wrong and they took her food back and forgot to fix it. The table across from us had burnt crab cakes. We asked to speak to a manager and he never came we waited over 40 mins and the manager never showed up. It really just lets you know what they think of their customers and the people who keep them in business it was my first and last time coming here.
I only come here for the brunch on Saturday’s. Although it’s been a while, this place has the best brunch food. The atmosphere can be a little too much at times, but the food and mimosas makes up for it.
Customer service was great and the music was right. I ordered the seafood omelet. However, I don't know why they called it a seafood omelet because it was only two shrimps and a tiny bit of crab on one side of the omelet. For $18, it should have been seafood all throughout the omelet. It all didn't really have cheese on it.
I've never drank before. I had my first drink here. The red bottom. I actually enjoyed it. The rooftop experience was really nice. I really enjoyed myself.
Really enjoyed the music. The food was horrible but I gave this place 5 stars because they offered to fix it or offer a full refund with no issues. During the pandemic you are required to wear a mask to gain access. Once inside no one followed the mask restrictions.
Overall I like it, got in right away on a Saturday during brunch hours, chose to sit on the patio it was very hot with the sun blazing but the atmosphere was nice. The kitchen did mess up my order but they fixed it no problem. Had 2 different mimosas strawberry and pomegranate the pomegranate was delicious I didn't like the strawberry as much. I'd recommend it as a spot to check out though.
Honestly I was a little annoyed with Suite because their website let me reserve an area that they don't use during brunch hours. I explained to them that an employee called and confirmed my reservation as well. The staff was very helpful though. They understood why I was upset and did everything they could to accommodate me and my friend. We enjoyed ourselves. Our waiter was awesome. The bottomless mimosas are great. The food was good. The only issue is that there is a 2hr time limit on the tables and security or whomever it was, gets a lil Bossy when they're coming around to tell you to leave. Which makes you feel like the bottomless mimosas price should be reduced since it's honestly, all you can drink in 2 hours. But overall we had a nice time.
This place has the best brunch and mimosa. My Wife and I just love this place and our waitress Erica is outstanding. Keep up the good work. The fried lobster is superb. This place makes us feel so welcome. Thank you all.
First time going and I walked up stood on line no more than 5 minutes later the security was getting in to it with a lady in line. Very aggressive and told her she wasn't coming in tonight. I get inside and order food, salmon and shrimp and it comes out really fast. I guess too fast because it was cold. I ordered fries too and they came out cold. Makes me wonder who the chef is. The drinks were ok, but the Band, was truly amazing. Me personally with the level of service they provided, will never go back.
Most unique breakfast experience I've ever been a part of. It was #LIT. A bit pricey but overall definitely worth it. Recommend their hookah and chicken, hands down. Do not recommend their mimosas (all juice). MAKE RESERVATIONS if you don't want to wait 30 plus minutes for a table.
This place is phenomenal! The atmosphere was very chill, and it very clean! The food....... hands down the best I’ve ever had. The Bourbon Salmon and Grilled Shrimp with mashed potato’s was to die for. Our waitress was Ariel and she was so polite and pleasant. We will definitely be back anytime we are in Atlanta!
Brunch came quick. Waffles were great!! No need to wait for Breakfast Club.
I didn't get to go in because it was so packed and nobody had on masks
Was visiting from Chicago and wanted to eat something good with a great atmosphere and was not disappointed. Had the catfish and grits. Tasted the lamb chops, Pecan French toast, waffles. Everything was great. Music was playing and plenty of TVs were on. Everyone had a good time!! Highly recommend!
The atmosphere was lit! The DJ was awesome and the service was five star! But the food was very disappointing I got the seafood omelet and it was dry and I didn’t have hardly any seafood and absolutely no seasoning! For $18 I was expecting fluffy, melt in your mouth and I had to scramble it to get it down. The Star of the day was the banana French toast. It was delicious! The bottomless mimosas were watered down too. Don’t waste your money on those. ZThe valets were professional and worth the $20. I’ll be back but I’ll eat first and be tipsy upon arrival ❤️
I went for a birthday dinner and we had a good time. It's a pretty decent sized placed that is split between a club area and a dining area. There is a dress...read this and 255 more
