I love my classes and tutors. Unfortunately, I'm giving CNM a 3 stars because of how aggressive the parking police are at the main locations. I recieved a parking ticket for simply parking in what a POSTED map described as a general parking area. I found out after I got the ticket that I was parking in the newly created 'paid parking'. This sinful invention has been around since the beginning of this year and they still haven't updated all the campus maps to acturately reflect this. My appeal was denied and I was not notified of a court hearing where I could defend my case. I am greatly displeased by the level of service provided by CNM Main Campus Security and Parking, and even more displeased by the level of service I received from officer P09. I will not be going to main campus for anything if I can help it.
Love this institute. The staff are alway there to help in what ever I needed. Great instructors and the ACE tutoring center is some good help.
Decent class schedules and good instructors.
Decent classes as very good price.
Great place for testing!
99% of the instructors are amazing. main campus in Abq is a dump but west side and others are a lot more comfortable. Small class sizes and wide variety of people aid in a unique learning experience. Way better than UNM and Highlands University.
Pretty huge campus. Can be a little confusing but it's easy to learn!
It's a fantastic place to go to get your basic classes. Its affordable if you are a resident of NM. Otherwise the price jumps if you take more than 6 credits per semester. It is great for people who work full time.
1930 Jetta review on this one sent to Mexico is where located by University of New Mexico it's everybody else goes there it's good school
Amazing Community College i have ever been to. Great classes and helpful textbooks and at last awesome instructors. : )
Great place to get started in your college career. Be smart with your time and do use all advisement given to you. TRIO is a great start.
The website and registration process is quite convoluted. I would recommend redesigning the registration process to be simpler. As it is, even getting on your student profile is a bit confusing. The Register for classes links and catalogue registrations, payment links and viewing account activity links, student account and student profiles etc, are all very similar but are not connected in any way. It would be make more sense to have for instance, a way to access your account and register for the selected class straight from the catalogue rather than having to exit out and go back in through your account- or to be able to make a payment right from the account portal on any page but there isn't-or if there was, it is not clear.
Was good experience to take classes there although seems the quality of education is poor from the instructors?
This school is so amazing, the bookstore is on point. When I ordered Monday items began showing up Wednesday. I absolutely love the culinary arts program. Thanks for being awesome CNM
I don't know why I have to pay non residency tuition when I've lived here in New Mexico for 2 years. The lady at admissions was completely rude.
We can't say CNM is a safe place and you can speak your thought this place is not a place to learn and teachers are spying for government. They are not teacher they are just spy!
Great School. Good instructors and has a good nursing assistant program.
Best college experience anyone could ever ask for! Science Major
Good place to get your feet on the ground. Paralegal program rocks!
Great place to go to school plenty of degrees offered and a nice campus.
I love this place! It has its flaws but instructors and students are enthusiastic. The pay sucks but I enjoy working with my colleagues.
ITS COOL NO IT SUCKS YES I AM 5 THAT OFFENDED ME
I wish I could give this school 0 stars. They run a scam, changing program requirements, expiring credits, and then only offering certain classes at certain times of year with no warning so you are either stuck with classes you don't need or stuck signing up late for classes as a "new" student . I've wasted 5 years at this school for a 2 year degree when I could have a bachelor's from a private school already. I thought CNM would be a more affordable and better education. I thought wrong. Waste of my time and money for 5 freaking years and then when I'm finally supposed to graduate next term oh what do you know CNM isn't offering any of the classes I need to graduate until next summer!!! 🖕🖕🖕🖕u CNM!! Ill tell ANYONE and EVERYONE do NOT waste your time with this college. Biggest scam ever
An safe environment to learn. Affordable and convenient.
I'm quite confused. Is this not a University? What's with all the dolts wandering about? Is this not higher education? What's with all the hair-brained decision making? Oh well, Congratulations 🎉
Many thanks to Nicole the young lady that got me in to get a bus pass sticker. She was totally helpful and nice.
Graduated with my degree in Health Information Technology. Loved CNM! Worked as a student employee. Everyone was so helpful. Even when I was having a hard time I utilized resources from CNM to get me back on track. No, everything is not perfect, however, this was one of the best community colleges I have ever attended and I have 3 associate degrees. Didn't get it right untill I came here.
I was getting my taxes done. Tax help
A great place of learning for a new trade or career path. A very clean campus, with friendly people. Grab a backpack, sharpen your pencils, learn a new skill set and find your passion. Even the security helping a student change his tire...wow. Plenty of parking, handicap accessible, bike racks and bus stops make convenient attendance.
*Edit* - It's really a great school. The teachers and advisors make this place awesome. They really care about learning.
Good school. Good prices. For lower division courses you're more likely to have a professor here with a degree teaching your class than learning from a TA at a university and paying 4 times as much. I recommend knocking out your lower division courses here and then transferring to a university.
Today my daughter showed up to take an Accuplacer test, the person at the entrance told her in a loud voice that she could not enter because she did not have an ID, my daughter is 14 years old and is in 9th grade of CCHS, and still She does not have her ID and she did not want to accept her, the 8th grade did not even let her speak and did it in a very abusive way, we returned again to my husband, and he told him in a loud voice to leave, my husband told him that we needed help that It is the first time that we did that, and that my daughter was only 14 years old and did not have a license as the lady at the entrance had requested, I just want to ask that the people who are at the reception should be kind and give options or in this case ask more questions to help, more in an educational institution, because until he saw an adult he deigned to help
I was here specifically to watch performances during the Annual American Indian Week. I did not have time to explore the cultural center adequately; however...read this and 76 more
