How would you rate Comcast Business Services?
I cancelled my comcast service because I had blast and was getting download speeds of 3 mb/sec when I got any service at all. The service tech who came out was unable to fix the problem.
Now, Comcast is charging me for my own personal equipment. I never rented comcast equipment. The equipment rental charge was never on my bill, yet they want me to pay an outrageous fee for the nonexistent Comcast-owned equipment that I never had. I have spent hours on the phone trying to fix the problem, and been told that it was fixed and I would be expecting a refund in the next month, only to receive another bill.
Liars and thieves. That's what monopoly power breeds.
It's like going to the DMV. If the DMV was in Walmart.

Seriously, Comcast? One service center for all of Albuquerque and no equipment drop off bin? Really goes to show how much thus company values the time if their customers. The person up front may tell you that the wait is only a half hour - She is lying. You will be here 1-2 hours.
Customer service was awful and their tech broke a peace of equipment and was to lazy to fix it so he closed the work order as complete when I was waiting to activate my account. I had to cancel before I even got my service.
The BEST ISP in NM hands down, I just got my speed boosted from 50MB to 200 MB and all I had to do was restart my router, come on! CLINK cant touch that!
